Description

The present invention relates to a method of bending a plate material in which a glue is applied to a bending groove provided in a plate material body and the bent groove is valley-folded so as to be fixed in a bent state.

In general, as a method of bending a sheet material of this kind, a bending groove is formed in a plate material body, an adhesive is applied to the bending groove, and both sides of the bending groove are valley-folded with an adhesive interposed therebetween. Then, the plate material main body is fixed in a bent state by being brought into contact.

The bending groove includes a projection projecting in an isosceles triangular shape from a bottom formed in a substantially V shape from the back surface side to the front surface side of the plate material main body. When the plate material body is bent, the protrusion is formed. While one side of the side of the projection side of the one side part abuts against one side of the hypotenuse, the other side of the projection side of the other side part abuts against the other side of the projection, and further, the one side part side surface There has been known a configuration in which a step portion on one side extending in a step-like manner is brought into contact with a step portion on the other side of a step on the side surface of the other side (see Patent Document 1). In this case, the surface side edge of the slope on both sides of the projection, the surface side edge of one side of the projection side of one side surface, and the surface side edge of the other side surface of the projection side of the other side surface when the plate material body is bent In order to prevent cracking of the surface, it is as close as possible to the surface side.

Further, as another bending groove, there is a groove formed by a linear slope formed in a V-shape from the back side to the front side of the plate material main body. In the bent groove, the bottom end of the slopes is as close as possible to the front side for the same reason.

By the way, in such a plate material, a colorant having a hue different from the hue of the material color of the plate material body may be coated on the surface. In that case, if the plate groove is bent by valley folding, the fold due to the hue of the material color of the plate body appears streaky due to the elongation on the surface side of the bent groove, and the surface is coated with colorant. The appearance of the corner portion on the surface side of the bent groove of the plate material body deteriorates significantly.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to provide a material color of a plate material main body which appears in a streak shape by elongation at a surface side end of a bending groove when the plate material main body is bent. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of bending a plate material in which the folds due to the above hue are completely inconspicuous and the corners on the surface side of the bending grooves of the plate material body coated with the colorant can be finished well.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a bending groove is provided between one side portion and the other side portion of the plate material main body, and the bending of the plate material is performed by bending the bending groove to valley. On the premise of the method, a material in which a colorant having a hue different from the hue of the material color is applied to the surface is applied as the plate material main body. Then, a protective tape is attached to the front surface side of the plate material body corresponding to the bending groove, and a colorant having a hue substantially matching the hue of the colorant coated on the surface of the plate material body is applied to the back surface of the plate material body. A first step of applying one side surface and the other side surface of the bending groove so as to penetrate from one side to a surface side, and one side surface of the one side of the bending groove to which a coloring agent is applied in the first step; A second step of applying an adhesive to the side portion side surface, and a third step of bending the plate material body and bringing one side surface and the other side surface of the bent groove into contact with each other via the adhesive, It is characterized by having.

Further, the bent groove is provided with a projection protruding from its bottom in an isosceles triangular shape. Then, when the plate material main body is bent in the third step, one side of the one side of the projection is brought into contact with one side of the projection, and the other side of the projection is brought into contact with the one side of the projection. The other side surface of the other side portion is brought into contact with the other side surface, and further, the one side portion side step portion that expands in at least two steps or more of the one side portion side surface and the other side of the other side portion side surface in a step shape The partial-side step portion may be brought into contact.

As described above, in short, in a plate material body whose surface is coated with a colorant having a hue different from the hue of the material color of the plate material body, a colorant having a hue substantially matching the hue of the colorant on the surface is applied to the plate material body. When the plate body is bent by applying it to one side surface and the other side surface so that it penetrates from the back side to the front side, the plate body that appears in a streak shape due to the elongation at the front side edge of the bending groove when the plate body is bent The folds due to the hue of the material color of the material become completely inconspicuous. Thereby, the corner portion on the surface side of the bending groove of the plate material main body whose surface is coated with the coloring agent can be finished with good appearance.

Furthermore, when the plate material main body is bent, one side of the projection side of the bottom of the bending groove is brought into contact with one side of the projection side of the one side surface, while the other side of the projection is contacted with the other side side of the projection. The other side surface of the protruding side is abutted, and further, the one-side portion-side step portion extending in at least two steps of the one-side portion side surface and the step-shaped other-side portion-side step portion of the other side portion side contact. By doing so, the stress generated at the time of bending is evenly distributed at each step portion, it is possible to prevent cracking on the surface side of the plate material main body, and one side surface of the bending groove and the other side surface of the bending groove Can be prevented by facing polymerization at the step.

When the plate material main body 10 is bent at a substantially right angle, the second overlapping portion 222 shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 6, similarly to the relationship between the first overlapping portion 221 and the first step portion 212 described above, the second contact portion 213 comes into contact with the bottom portion 213 a and the rising portion 213 b of the second step portion 213 so as to face each other.

The third overlapping portion 223 includes a rising portion 223a and a horizontal portion 223b that extends continuously from an upper end of the rising portion 223a in a horizontal direction. It is in contact with the bottom part 214a and the rising part 214b of the part 214 so as to face each other. Further, the fourth overlapping portion 224 includes a rising portion 224a and a horizontal portion 224b that is continuously developed in a horizontal direction from an upper end of the rising portion 224a. It is in contact with the bottom part 215a and the rising part 215b of the four-step part 215 so as to face each other.

An adhesive 23 (shown in FIG. 13) is applied between the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2. Examples of the adhesive 23 include, in addition to a vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive, a urea resin adhesive, a melamine resin adhesive, a phenol resin adhesive, an aqueous polymer-isocyanate adhesive, a silicone sealing material, Polysulfide-based sealing agents and the like are applied. Then, the two oblique sides 201 and 202 of the projection 20 and the first to fourth step portions 212 to 212 are formed by the adhesive effect due to the curing of the adhesive 23 between the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2. 215 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 are firmly fixed in a state where they are in contact with each other so as to face each other, and hold the plate material body 10 in a bent state.

The bending groove 2 has an application space 24. When the plate material main body 10 is bent and the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bent groove 2 are brought into contact with each other, the coating space 24 is used for the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 to contact each other. The contact portion is provided on the rearmost surface portion 16. The coating space 24 includes a one-side coating space forming part 216 that is continuous with the fourth step portion 215 of the one side partial side face 21, and another side coating space forming part 225 that is continuous with the fourth overlapping part 224 of the other side partial side 22. It is composed of

The one-side application space forming part 216 rises obliquely at an obtuse angle toward the back surface 11 of the one-side part 14 from the bottom part 216a extending substantially horizontally from the upper end of the fourth step part 215 and the extended end of the bottom part 216a. 216b. On the other hand, the other-side coating space forming part 225 is continuously extended in the horizontal direction from the horizontal part 224b of the fourth overlapping part 224, and from the extending end of the horizontal part 225a to the back surface 11 of the other-side part 15. And a rising portion 225b rising obliquely at an obtuse angle. When the plate material main body 10 is bent at a substantially right angle, the bottom portion 216a of the one-side application space forming portion 216 and the horizontal portion 225a of the other side application space forming portion 225 form the bottom portion of the application space 24, and are substantially parallel to each other. The application space 24 is opened through the opening hole 241 on the back surface 11 side of the plate material main body 10 by the rising portions 216b and 225b of the one-side application space configuration portion 216 and the other-side application space configuration portion 225. Note that the horizontal portion 225a of the other-side application space constituting portion 225 extends horizontally from the horizontal portion 224b of the fourth overlap portion 224 so that the horizontal portion 225a of the fourth step portion 215 faces the rising portion 215b. When the plate material body 10 is bent, the coating space 24 is formed between the rising portion 216b of the one-side coating space forming portion 216 and the rising portion 225b of the other-side coating space forming portion 225. I have.

Further, the application space 24 is opened through the opening 241 on the back surface 11 side of the plate material main body 10. The application space 24 is coated with the quick-acting adhesive 25 through the opening 241. As the quick-acting adhesive 25, a polyurethane-based hot-melt adhesive that hardens more quickly than the adhesive 23 and exhibits an adhesive effect, an EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) -based hot-melt adhesive, or the like is applied. At this time, the quick-acting adhesive 25 applied to the application space 24 is applied to the back side extension lines α and β of the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 when the plate material main body 10 is bent (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 6). ) Is located inside the coating space 24 from the intersection of the two, and avoids interference with both back side extension lines α and β that intersect each other.

Next, a process from creation of the bending groove 2 to bending and fixing the plate material body 10 according to the method of bending the plate material 1 of the present invention will be described in order with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of the plate material 1 showing a state in which the plate material main body 10 is bent and the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2 are in contact with each other via an adhesive, and FIG. FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of the plate material 1 showing a state where the immediate-acting adhesive is applied to the application space of the bending groove 2. FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of the plate material 1 showing a state where the immediate-acting adhesive in the application space of the bending groove 2 is cooled by spray water. FIG. 17 and FIG. 17 are cross-sectional views of the plate 1 showing a state in which the quick-acting adhesive in the application space of the bending groove 2 is cooled by blowing air.

First, as shown in FIG. 7, as shown in FIG. 7, a protective tape 13 having elasticity is attached to a corresponding portion of the surface 12 of the plate material main body 10 corresponding to the bending groove 2, and then a substantially 90 ° V-shaped. The first cutter member 32 having the cutting edge 31 cuts the one-side slope 26a and the other-side slope 26b of the temporary groove 26 up to the side of the one side 21 and the other side 22 of the bending groove 2.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 of the one side surface 21 of the bent groove 2 and the first to fourth overlap portions 221 to 224 of the other side surface 22 are in accordance with the shape. By the second cutter member 34 having the formed cutting edge 33, the bottom portions 212a to 215a and the rising portions 212b to 215b of the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215, and the rising portions 221a of the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224. To 224a and horizontal parts 221b to 224b. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, one side hypotenuse 201 and the other side hypotenuse of the projection 20 are formed on the bottom of the bending groove 2 by a third cutter member 36 having an inverted V-shaped cutting edge 35 conforming to the shape of the projection 20. 202 is engraved. At this time, the cutting edge 35 of the third cutter member 36 is brought close to the point where the surface 12 of the plate material body 10 disappears, so that the surface 12 side of the plate material body 10 does not tear when bent.

Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the one-side application space forming section 216 is engraved by the fourth cutter member 38 having the cutting edge 37 conforming to the shape of the one-side application space forming section 216. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 11, the other-side application space forming section 225 is engraved by the fifth cutter member 40 having the cutting edge 39 conforming to the shape of the other-side application space forming section 225.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 12, a water-based paint 41 (colorant) is sprayed onto a bottom side of the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2 by a spray gun 42 and applied. At this time, as the water-based paint 41, the water-based paint applied to the surface 12 of the plate material main body 10 is used as it is, so that the finish is almost the same as the hue of the surface 12 of the plate material main body 10.

Next, as a second step, after the water-based paint 41 applied by the spray gun 42 to the bottom side of the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2 is dried, as shown in FIG. The adhesive 23 is applied to the bottom of the second. At this time, as the application amount of the adhesive 23, the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 of the one side surface 21 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 221 of the other side surface 22 are formed by bending the plate material main body 10. The amount is set to such an extent that the H.224 and the H.224 are evenly distributed and do not protrude into the application space 24. The adhesive 23 is applied by the water-based paint 41 applied to the bottoms of the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2, so that the adhesive effect is not impaired. Therefore, wait until the water-based paint 41 dries. There is no need, and time can be reduced.

Thereafter, as a third step, as shown in FIG. 14, the plate material main body 10 is bent, and the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 are brought into contact with each other via the adhesive 23. At this time, the adhesive 23 spreads evenly across the facing overlapping portions of the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 of the one side surface 21 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 of the other side surface 22.

Then, as a fourth step, as shown in FIG. 15, the one side part 14 and the other side part 15 in which the one side part side 21 and the other side part side 22 of the bending groove 2 are brought into contact in the second step. A quick-acting adhesive 25 is applied to an application space 24 that is to be the rearmost portion 16 of the contact portion. Specifically, the quick-acting adhesive 25 from the adhesive gun 43 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening hole 241 is applied to the bottom 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one-side application space forming part 216 of the one side surface 21. The coating is performed so as to straddle the horizontal portion 225a and the rising portion 225b of the other side application space forming portion 225 of the other side surface 22. At this time, the quick-acting adhesive 25 applied from the adhesive gun 43 is a paste that has been heated and melted.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 16, the bottom portion 216 a and the rising portion 216 b of the one side application space forming portion 216 of the one side portion side surface 21 and the horizontal portion 225 a and the rising portion of the other side application space forming portion 225 of the other side portion side surface 22. The quick-acting adhesive 25 applied so as to straddle the portion 225b is cooled by spray water 44 from a water nozzle 45 inserted into the application space 24 through the opening 241. Then, as shown in FIG. 17, instead of the water nozzle 45, the quick-acting adhesive 25 is continuously cooled by the spray air 46 from the air nozzle 47 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening 241. As a result, the quick-acting adhesive 25 is cooled immediately and hardens more quickly, and the quick-acting adhesive 25 can reliably hold the plate material body 10 in a bent state in a short time.

Thereafter, the adhesive 23 is hardened at the facing overlapping portion between the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 of the one side surface 21 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 of the other side surface 22. After waiting until the adhesive force by the adhesive 23 is exerted, the protective tape 13 is peeled off from the surface 12 of the plate material body 10. At this time, even if the adhesive residue remains on the surface 12 of the plate material body 10 when the protection tape 13 is peeled off, since the surface 12 of the plate material body 10 is already coated, the protection tape 13 It is not necessary to apply a new finish coating to the surface 12 after removing the protective tape 13, and it is possible to avoid an adverse effect due to the residue of the adhesive when the finish coating is performed after removing the protective tape 13.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, in the case of the plate body 10 in which the surface paint 12 is coated with a water-based paint having a dark brown hue different from the hue of the material color of the plate body 10, the water-based paint that is coated on the surface 12 is used. Since the water-based paint 41 having the same hue as that of the above is applied by spraying with a spray gun 42 to the bottom side of the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2, when the plate material body 10 is bent, The hue of the base color of the plate material body 10 that is thinner than the hue of the water-based paint applied to the surface 12 and appears streaky at both ends of the bottom surface 203 of the protrusion 20 due to the extension of the end of the bent groove 2 on the surface 12 side is completely inconspicuous. Thereby, the corners of the bent groove 2 of the plate material main body 10 having the surface 12 coated with the water-based paint on the surface 12 side can be finished with good appearance.

In addition, the plate material main body 10 is bent, and the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 of the one side surface 21 of the bending groove 2 and the first to fourth overlap portions 221 to 224 of the other side surface 22 are bonded with an adhesive. 23, and then the bottom portion 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one side coating space forming portion 216 of the one side portion side 21 and the horizontal portion 225a of the other side coating space forming portion 225 of the other side portion side 22 and Since the quick-acting adhesive 25 is applied so as to straddle the rising portion 225b, the plate material main body 10 is bent and the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 of the one side surface 21 of the bending groove 2 and the other side portion are formed. When the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 of the side surface 22 are brought into contact with each other, until the adhesive effect of the adhesive 23 is sufficiently exhibited without being affected by the time difference of the curing timing of the immediate-acting adhesive. During, it is possible to perform a reliable retention in a folded state the sheet body 10 by immediate adhesive 25.

Moreover, in the third step, the bottom portion 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one side application space forming portion 216 of the one side portion side surface 21 and the horizontal portion 225a and the rising portion 225b of the other side application space forming portion 225 of the other side portion side surface 22 are formed. Is cooled by the spray water 44 from the water nozzle 45 inserted into the application space 24, and then sprayed from the air nozzle 47 inserted into the application space 24 instead of the water nozzle 45. The immediate effect adhesive 25 is continuously cooled by the air 46. As a result, the quick-acting adhesive 25 is immediately cooled and hardened more quickly, and the quick-acting adhesive 25 can reliably hold the plate material body 10 in a bent state in a short time.

Further, when the plate material main body 10 is bent, the one-side oblique side 201 of the protrusion 20 of the one-side partial side surface 21 is brought into contact with the one oblique side 201 of the protrusion 20 of the bent groove 2, while On the other hand, the other-side oblique side facing portion 221c of the projection of the first overlapping portion 221 of the other-side partial side surface 22 is brought into contact with the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 of the one-side partial side surface 21 of the bending groove 2 and the other side. Since the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 of the partial side surface 22 are in contact with each other, the stress generated when bending is caused by the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221. To 224 to prevent the cracks on the surface 12 side of the plate material main body 10 and to prevent the displacement occurring between the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2. The first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 and the ~ Can be prevented by facing polymerization of the fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224, the appearance of the adhered portion between the folded one side portion side surface 21 of the groove 2 the other side portion side surface 22 can be kept satisfactory.

FIGS. 28 and 28 are cross-sectional views of the plate 1 showing a state in which the immediate-acting adhesive 25 in the application space 24 of the bending groove is cooled by blowing air.

That is, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the bending groove 5 is provided on the back surface 11 (the upper surface in FIG. 18) of the plate material main body 10. The bending groove 5 is provided between the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 of the plate material main body 10 and bends the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 at an angle of about 90 °. The bending groove 5 includes one side surface 51 of the one side portion 14 and another side surface 52 of the other side portion 15.

The one side part side surface 51 is provided with one side hypotenuse 53. On the other hand, the other-side partial side surface 52 includes the other-side oblique side 54. The one oblique side 53 and the other oblique side 54 have the same length and intersect at approximately 90 ° on the front surface side of the plate material main body 10. Abut

The bending groove 5 has a coating space 24. The application space 24 is provided in the rearmost portion 16 where the one oblique side 53 of the one side surface 51 of the bending groove 5 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side surface 52 contact each other. The application space 24 includes a one-side application space forming part 216 that is continuous with the one oblique side 53 of the one side part side face 51 and another side application space forming part 225 that is continuous with the other oblique side 54 of the other part side surface 52. Have been. The application space 24 is coated with the quick-acting adhesive 25 through the opening 241. At this time, the quick-acting adhesive 25 applied to the application space 24 is applied to the back side extension lines α and β of the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 when the plate material main body 10 is bent (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 19). ) Is located inside the coating space 24 from the intersection of the two, and avoids interference with both back side extension lines α and β that intersect each other.

Next, the process from the formation of the bending groove 5 to the bending and fixing of the plate material body 10 according to the method of bending the plate material 1 of the present invention will be described in order with reference to FIGS.

First, as a first step, as shown in FIG. 20, a protective tape 13 is attached to a corresponding portion of the front surface 12 of the plate material main body 10 corresponding to the bending groove 5. Thereafter, a first cutter member 62 having a V-shaped cutting edge 61 of approximately 90 ° engraves one oblique side 53 of one side 51 of the bending groove 5 and another oblique side 54 of the other side 52. I do. At this time, the cutting edge 61 of the first cutter member 62 is brought close to the point where the surface 12 of the plate material main body 10 disappears, so that the surface 12 side of the plate material main body 10 does not tear when bent.

Next, as shown in FIG. 21, the one-side application space forming section 216 is engraved by a fourth cutter member 38 having a cutting edge 37 conforming to the shape of the one-side application space forming section 216. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 22, the other-side application space forming section 225 is engraved by the fifth cutter member 40 having the cutting edge 39 conforming to the shape of the other-side application space forming section 225.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 23, the water-based paint applied to the surface 12 of the plate material body 10 on the bottom side of the one oblique side 53 of the one side portion 51 of the bending groove 5 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side portion 52. The water-based paint 41 having the same hue as above is sprayed and applied by the spray gun 42 using the spray paint 42 as it is, so that the finish is almost the same as the hue of the surface 12 of the plate material body 10.

Next, as a second step, an adhesive 23 is applied to the bottom of the bending groove 5 as shown in FIG. At this time, the amount of the adhesive 23 to be applied is such that the plate material main body 10 is folded and the one oblique side 53 of the one side partial side 51 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side partial side face 52 are superimposed face-to-face, and are evenly distributed. The amount is set so as not to protrude into the space 24.

Then, as a third step, as shown in FIG. 25, the plate material main body 10 is bent, and the one oblique side 53 of the one side partial side 51 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side partial side 52 are mutually bonded via the adhesive 23. Abut. At this time, the adhesive 23 spreads evenly across the facing portion of the one oblique side 53 of the one side portion 51 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side portion 52.

Then, as a fourth step, as shown in FIG. 26, the one-side oblique side 53 and the other-side oblique side 54 in which the one side surface 51 and the other side surface 52 of the bending groove 5 are brought into contact in the second step. A quick-acting adhesive 25 is applied to an application space 24 that is to be the rearmost portion 16 of the contact portion. Specifically, the quick-acting adhesive 25 from the adhesive gun 43 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening hole 241 is applied to the bottom 216 a and the rising portion 216 b of the one-side application space constituting portion 216 of the one-side partial side surface 51, The coating is performed so as to straddle the horizontal portion 225a and the rising portion 225b of the other side application space forming portion 225 of the other side surface 52. At this time, the quick-acting adhesive 25 applied from the adhesive gun 43 is a paste that has been heated and melted.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 27, the bottom 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one side application space forming portion 216 of the one side partial side surface 51 and the horizontal portion 225a and the rising portion 216 of the other side application space forming portion 225 of the other side partial side surface 52. The quick-acting adhesive 25 applied so as to straddle the portion 225b is cooled by spray water 44 from a water nozzle 45 inserted into the application space 24 through the opening 241. Then, as shown in FIG. 28, the quick-acting adhesive 25 is continuously cooled by the spray air 46 from the air nozzle 47 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening 241 instead of the water nozzle 45.

Thereafter, the adhesive 23 is hardened at a portion where the one oblique side 53 of the one side portion 51 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side portion 52 face each other, and waits until the adhesive force by the adhesive 23 is exerted. After that, the protective tape 13 is peeled off from the surface 12 of the plate material main body 10.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, in the plate member main body 10 in which the surface 12 is coated with the water-based paint having a dark brown hue, the hue substantially matching the hue of the water-based paint coated on the surface 12 of the plate member main body 10 is used. The water-based paint 41, which has been reduced to approximately one third as it is, is sprayed three times with the spray gun 42 onto the bottom side of the one oblique side 53 of the one side surface 51 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side surface 52. Since the paint is over-applied to the extent that it dries to a degree, the finish is almost the same as the hue of the surface 12 of the plate body 10. When the plate material main body 10 is bent, the fold due to the hue of the material color of the plate material main body 10 that appears streaky at both ends of the bottom surface 203 of the protrusion 20 due to the extension of the end of the bending groove 5 on the surface 12 side becomes completely inconspicuous. Thereby, the corner of the bent groove 5 of the plate material body 10 having the surface 12 coated with the water-based paint on the surface 12 side can be finished with good appearance.

Also, after bending the plate material main body 10 so that the one oblique side 53 of the one side surface 51 of the bent groove 5 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side surface 52 are in contact with each other via the adhesive 23, The quick-acting adhesive extends over the bottom portion 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one side application space forming portion 216 of the side portion side surface 51 and the horizontal portion 225a and the rising portion 225b of the other side application space forming portion 225 of the other side portion side surface 52. 25 is applied, when the plate material body 10 is bent and the one oblique side 53 of one side 51 of the bent groove 5 and the other oblique side 54 of the other side 52 are brought into contact with each other, an immediate effect bonding is performed. Without being influenced by the time difference of the curing timing of the adhesive 25, the immediate-acting adhesive 25 securely holds the plate material body 10 in a folded state until the adhesive effect by the curing of the adhesive 23 is exerted. It can be carried out.

In the third step, the bottom portion 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one side application space forming portion 216 of the one side portion side surface 51, and the horizontal portion 225a and the rising portion 225b of the other side application space forming portion 225 of the other side portion side surface 52 are formed.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but includes various other modified examples. For example, in each of the above embodiments, the plate material body 10 made of wood plywood is used, but a plate material body made of wood material may be used.

In each of the above-described embodiments, in the plate member main body 10 in which the surface 12 is coated with the aqueous paint having a hue darker than the base color hue, the aqueous paint having the same hue as the hue of the aqueous paint on the surface 12 is used. 41 is sprayed and applied to the bottom side of the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2 by the spray gun 42, but the water paint having the same hue as the hue of the surface 12 of the plate body 10 is necessarily bent. It is not necessary to apply to the bottom side of one side surface of the groove and the other side surface of the groove, and a colorant having substantially the same hue may be used.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the water-based paint 41 is applied to the bottom sides of the one-side partial side surfaces 21 and 51 and the other-side partial side surfaces 22 and 52 by the spray gun 42 in a non-contact manner. A water-based paint may be applied to the bottom side of one side surface and the other side surface of the bending groove by a contact-type application method using a roller or the like.

Moreover, the colorant applied to the bottom side of the one side surface and the other side surface of the bending groove is not limited to the water-based paint, and the bottom side of the one side surface and the other side surface of the bending groove. Any colorant may be used as long as it penetrates to the bottom end of the one side surface and the other side surface when sprayed. Further, if the hue of the water-based paint applied to the surface 12 of the plate material body 10 is dark, such as black or dark brown, a thinner colorant is applied as a colorant applied to one side surface of one side of the bending groove and the bottom side of the other side surface. Black ink may be used.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the application space 24 is provided in the bending grooves 2 and 5. However, the application space may not be provided in the bending groove. It is only necessary that the coating be applied across the back surface of the one side portion and the back surface of the other side portion in the portion closest to the back surface of the contact portion between the one side portion side surface and the other side portion side surface. At this time, if it is necessary to match a substantially right-angled corner on the front surface side of another member with a corner on the back surface 11 side where the plate material body 10 is bent, in order to avoid interference with the immediate-acting adhesive 25. A substantially right-angled corner on the surface side of another member that may interfere with the quick-acting adhesive 25 may be cut out.

Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 of the plate material main body 10 are bent at an angle of approximately 90 ° by the bending grooves 2 and 5, but the one side portion and the other side portion are bent. The bending angle is not limited to approximately 90 °, and may be bent at any angle regardless of an acute angle or an obtuse angle.
