Description

The present invention relates to a method for folding a plate material in which a bending agent provided in a plate material body is coated with an adhesive and the folded groove is folded to fix the folded material.

In general, this type of plate material is folded by forming a groove in the plate body and then applying an adhesive to the groove and then folding the both sides of the groove with the adhesive interposed. Then, the plate body is fixed in a bent state by abutting.

The bending groove includes a protrusion protruding in an isosceles triangle shape from the bottom portion drilled in a substantially V shape from the back surface side to the front surface side of the plate body, and when the plate body is bent, One side surface of the projecting side of one side portion is brought into contact with the oblique side of one side, while the other side surface of the projecting side is brought into contact with the oblique side of the other side of the projection. There is known one in which a stepped portion on one side that expands in a staircase shape and a stepped portion on the other side of a side surface on the other side portion are brought into contact with each other (see Patent Document 1). In this case, the surface side end of the slope on both sides of the projection, the surface side end of one side surface of the projection side, and the surface side end of the projection side other side surface of the other side surface when the plate body is bent In order to prevent cracking, the surface side is as close as possible.

In addition, as other bending grooves, there are also ones formed by linear slopes drilled in a V shape from the back surface side to the front surface side of the plate material main body. In the bent groove, the bottom ends of the inclined surfaces are brought as close as possible to the surface side for the same reason.

By the way, in such a board | plate material, the coloring agent of the hue different from the hue of the raw material color of the board | plate material main body may be painted on the surface. In that case, if you fold the folding groove and then fold the plate body, the creases due to the hue of the material color of the plate body will appear strikingly due to the elongation on the surface side of the folding groove, and the surface will be coated with colorant The appearance of the corners on the surface side of the bent grooves of the plate body is greatly deteriorated.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to provide a material color of the plate material body that appears as a streak due to elongation at the surface side end of the bending groove when the plate material body is folded. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for folding a plate material in which the crease caused by the hue of the plate is not conspicuous at all, and the corners on the surface side of the folding groove of the plate material main body coated with a colorant can be finished with good appearance.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a bending groove is provided between one side portion and the other side portion of the plate material body, and the plate material body is bent by folding the bending groove to fold the plate material body. On the premise of the method, the plate body is applied with a colorant having a hue different from the hue of the material color on the surface. And while sticking a protective tape on the surface side of the plate material main body corresponding to the bending groove, a colorant having a hue substantially matching the color of the colorant painted on the surface of the plate material main body is attached to the back surface of the plate material main body. A first step of applying to one side portion side surface and the other side portion side surface of the folding groove so as to penetrate from the side to the surface side, and one side portion side surface of the bending groove and the other coated with a colorant in the first step A second step of applying an adhesive to the side surface of the side portion, a third step of bending the plate body and bringing the one side portion side surface and the other side portion side surface of the bending groove into contact with each other via the adhesive, It is characterized by having.

Furthermore, the bending groove is provided with a protrusion protruding in an isosceles triangle shape from the bottom. Then, when the plate body is bent in the third step, one side surface of the projecting side of the one side partial surface is brought into contact with the oblique side of the one side of the projection, while the other side of the projecting side is brought into contact with the oblique side of the projection. The other side surface of the other side portion is brought into contact with the other side surface of the projecting side and further spreads in a stepped shape of at least two steps on the side surface of the one side portion, and the other side of the stepped shape on the side surface of the other side portion. You may contact | abut the partial side level | step difference part.

In short, in summary, in the case of a plate body coated with a colorant having a hue different from the hue of the material color of the plate body, a colorant having a hue that substantially matches the hue of the colorant on the surface is applied to the plate body. The main body of the plate material that appears as a streak due to the elongation at the front side end of the bending groove when the plate body is folded by applying it to the one side surface and the other side surface so as to penetrate from the back side to the front side. The crease due to the hue of the material color is not noticeable at all. Thereby, the corner | angular part of the surface side of the bending groove | channel of the board | plate material main body which coated the coloring agent on the surface can be finished finely.

Further, when the plate body is bent, one side surface of the projecting side of the one side portion is brought into contact with the hypotenuse on one side of the projection at the bottom of the bending groove, while the side surface of the other side is brought into contact with the oblique side of the other side of the projection. The projecting side other side surface is brought into contact, and the one side part side stepped part that expands into a stepped shape of at least two steps on the one side part side and the stepped other side part side stepped part on the other side part side is brought into contact with each other. By doing so, it is possible to evenly distribute the stress generated at the time of bending at each stepped portion, and to prevent cracking on the surface side of the plate material main body, and on the one side portion side surface and the other side portion side surface of the bending groove Can be prevented by facing polymerization at the stepped portion.

An adhesive 23 (appears in FIG. 13) is applied between the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2. As this adhesive 23, in addition to a vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive, a urea resin adhesive, a melamine resin adhesive, a phenol resin adhesive, an aqueous polymer-isocyanate adhesive, a silicone sealant, Polysulfide sealing agents are applied. And by the adhesive effect by the hardening | curing of the adhesive agent 23 between the one side partial side surface 21 and the other side partial side surface 22 of the bending groove 2, both oblique sides 201 and 202 of the processus | protrusion 20, the 1st-4th step part 212- 215 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 are firmly fixed in contact with each other so as to face each other, and the plate body 10 is held in a bent state.

Further, the bending groove 2 has an application space 24. The application space 24 is formed so that the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 contact each other when the plate body 10 is bent and the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2 are brought into contact with each other. It is provided in the contact portion most rear surface portion 16. The application space 24 includes a one-side application space component 216 that is continuous with the fourth step portion 215 on the one-side partial side surface 21, and an other-side application space component 225 that is continuous with the fourth overlapping portion 224 on the other-side partial side surface 22. It consists of

The one-side application space constituting part 216 rises obliquely at an obtuse angle toward the back surface 11 of the one-side part 14 from the bottom part 216a extending substantially horizontally from the upper end of the fourth staircase part 215 and from the extending end of the bottom part 216a. Part 216b. On the other hand, the other-side application space constituting part 225 includes a horizontal part 225a continuously extending in the horizontal direction from the horizontal part 224b of the fourth overlapping part 224, and the rear end 11 of the other-side part 15 from the extending end of the horizontal part 225a. And a rising portion 225b that rises in an oblique direction toward an obtuse angle. When the plate body 10 is bent at a substantially right angle, the bottom part 216a of the one-side application space constituting part 216 and the horizontal part 225a of the other-side application space constituting part 225 constitute the bottom part of the application space 24 and are substantially parallel to each other. The coating space 24 is opened on the back surface 11 side of the plate body 10 through the opening hole 241 by the rising portions 216 b and 225 b of the one side coating space configuration unit 216 and the other side coating space configuration unit 225. In addition, the horizontal part 225a of the other-side application space constituting part 225 extends from the horizontal part 224b of the fourth overlapping part 224 in the horizontal direction so that the overlapping part with the rising part 215b of the fourth staircase part 215 is formed. When the plate body 10 is bent, the coating space 24 is formed between the rising portion 216b of the one-side application space constituting portion 216 and the rising portion 225b of the other-side application space constituting portion 225. Yes.

Further, the application space 24 is opened on the back surface 11 side of the plate body 10 through an opening hole 241. Then, an immediate effect adhesive 25 is applied to the application space 24 through the opening hole 241. As the quick-acting adhesive 25, a polyurethane-based hot-melt adhesive, EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) -based hot-melt adhesive, or the like that cures more quickly than the adhesive 23 and exhibits an adhesive effect is applied. At this time, the quick-acting adhesive 25 applied to the application space 24 is extended on the back side α and β of the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 when the plate body 10 is bent (appears as two-dot chain lines in FIG. 6). ) Located on the inner side of the coating space 24 with respect to the intersection of each other, and avoids interference with both of the backside extension lines α and β that intersect each other.

Next, the process from the creation of the bending groove 2 to the folding and fixing of the plate body 10 according to the bending method of the plate 1 of the present invention will be described in order with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of the plate material 1 showing a state in which the immediate effect adhesive is applied to the application space of the bending groove 2, and FIG. 16 is a cross section of the plate material 1 showing a state in which the immediate effect adhesive in the application space of the bending groove 2 is cooled by spray water. FIGS. 17A and 17B are cross-sectional views of the plate 1 showing a state where the immediate-acting adhesive in the application space of the bending groove 2 is cooled by blowing air.

First, as shown in FIG. 7, as shown in FIG. 7, after a protective tape 13 having elasticity is attached to a corresponding portion of the surface 12 of the plate body 10 corresponding to the bending groove 2, a substantially 90 ° V-shape is formed. With the first cutter member 32 having the cutting edge 31, the one-side slope 26 a and the other-side slope 26 b of the temporary groove 26 are engraved to the front side of the one-side partial side surface 21 and the other-side partial side surface 22 of the bending groove 2.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 on the one side portion side surface 21 of the bending groove 2 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 on the other side portion side surface 22 are conformed. By the second cutter member 34 provided with the cutting edge 33, the bottom portions 212a to 215a and the rising portions 212b to 215b of the first to fourth staircase portions 212 to 215 and the rising portions 221a of the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 are obtained. ˜224a and horizontal portions 221b˜224b are engraved. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9, the third cutter member 36 having an inverted V-shaped cutting edge 35 conforming to the shape of the protrusion 20 causes the one-side oblique side 201 and the other-side oblique side of the protrusion 20 at the bottom of the bending groove 2. 202 is engraved. At this time, the cutting edge 35 of the third cutter member 36 is brought close to the point where the surface 12 of the plate main body 10 disappears, so that the surface 12 side of the plate main body 10 does not tear when bent.

Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the one-side application space constituting part 216 is engraved by the fourth cutter member 38 provided with the blade edge 37 conforming to the shape of the one-side application space constituting part 216. After that, as shown in FIG. 11, the other side application space constituting part 225 is engraved by the fifth cutter member 40 provided with the cutting edge 39 conforming to the shape of the other side application space constituting part 225.

After that, as shown in FIG. 12, a water-based paint 41 (colorant) is sprayed and applied to the bottom side of the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2 by a spray gun 42. At this time, as the water-based paint 41, the water-based paint painted on the surface 12 of the plate body 10 is used as it is, so that the finish is almost the same as the hue of the surface 12 of the board body 10.

Next, as a second step, after the water-based paint 41 applied by the spray gun 42 on the bottom side of the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2 is dried, as shown in FIG. Adhesive 23 is applied to the bottom of 2. At this time, as the application amount of the adhesive 23, the plate material body 10 is bent, and the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 on the one side partial side surface 21 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 221 on the other side partial side surface 22. The amount is such that it does not spread over the coating space 24 evenly when it is face-to-face polymerized with 224. Note that the adhesive 23 is not applied by the water-based paint 41 applied to the bottoms of the one-side portion side surface 21 and the other-side portion side surface 22 of the bending groove 2. There is no need, and the time can be reduced.

Thereafter, as a third step, as shown in FIG. 14, the plate body 10 is bent so that the one-side partial side surface 21 and the other-side partial side surface 22 are brought into contact with each other via an adhesive 23. At this time, the adhesive 23 spreads evenly over the facing overlapping portions between the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 on the one side portion side surface 21 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 on the other side portion side surface 22.

Then, as shown in FIG. 15, as the fourth step, the one-side portion 14 and the other-side portion 15 in which the one-side portion side surface 21 and the other-side portion side surface 22 are brought into contact with each other in the second step. The immediate-acting adhesive 25 is applied to the application space 24 that becomes the backmost portion 16 of the mutual contact part. Specifically, the quick-acting adhesive 25 from the adhesive gun 43 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening hole 241, the bottom part 216 a and the rising part 216 b of the one-side application space constituting part 216 of the one-side partial side surface 21, It coat | covers so that the horizontal part 225a and the standup | rising part 225b of the other side application space structure part 225 of the other side part side surface 22 may be straddled. At this time, the quick-acting adhesive 25 applied from the adhesive gun 43 is a paste that is heated and melted.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 16, the bottom portion 216 a and the rising portion 216 b of the one side application space constituting portion 216 of the one side portion side surface 21 and the horizontal portion 225 a and the rising portion of the other side application space constituting portion 225 of the other side portion side surface 22. The immediate-acting adhesive 25 applied so as to straddle the portion 225b is cooled by the spray water 44 from the water nozzle 45 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening hole 241. Then, as shown in FIG. 17, the immediate-acting adhesive 25 is continuously cooled by the sprayed air 46 from the air nozzle 47 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening hole 241 instead of the water nozzle 45. As a result, the immediate-acting adhesive 25 is directly cooled and hardened more quickly, and it is possible to reliably hold the plate body 10 by the immediate-acting adhesive 25 in a short time.

Thereafter, the adhesive 23 is cured at the facing polymerization portion between the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 on the one side portion side surface 21 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 on the other side portion side surface 22, and the After waiting until the adhesive force by the adhesive 23 is exerted, the protective tape 13 is peeled off from the surface 12 of the plate body 10. At this time, even if the adhesive residue remains on the surface 12 of the plate main body 10 when the protective tape 13 is peeled off, the surface 12 of the plate main body 10 has already been coated. There is no need to newly finish the surface 12 after peeling off, and it is possible to avoid adverse effects due to the residue of the adhesive when the protective tape 13 is peeled off and finished.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, in the plate body 10 in which the surface 12 is coated with a dark brown hue aqueous paint having a hue different from the hue of the material color of the plate body 10, the aqueous paint painted on the surface 12 is used. Since the water-based paint 41 having the same hue as that is applied by spraying with the spray gun 42 on the bottom side of the one side portion side surface 21 and the other side portion side surface 22 of the folding groove 2, when the plate body 10 is folded, The hue of the base color of the plate body 10 that is thinner than the hue of the water-based paint painted on the surface 12 that appears streaked at both ends of the bottom surface 203 of the projection 20 due to the extension of the end of the bent groove 2 on the surface 12 side becomes inconspicuous. Thereby, the corner | angular part by the side of the surface 12 of the bending groove | channel 2 of the board | plate body main body 10 which coated the surface 12 with the aqueous coating material can be finished finely.

Further, the plate body 10 is bent, and the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 on the one side portion side surface 21 of the bending groove 2 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 on the other side portion side surface 22 are adhesives. 23, the bottom portion 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one-side painting space constituting portion 216 of the one-side portion side surface 21 and the horizontal portion 225a of the other-side painting space constituting portion 225 of the other-side portion side surface 22 and Since the quick-acting adhesive 25 is applied so as to straddle the rising portion 225b, the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 and the other side portion of the side surface 21 of the bent groove 2 by bending the plate body 10 are folded. Until the adhesive effect of the adhesive 23 is sufficiently exhibited without being influenced by the time difference of the curing timing of the immediate-acting adhesive when the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 of the side surface 22 are brought into contact with each other. During, it is possible to perform a reliable retention in a folded state the sheet body 10 by immediate adhesive 25.

Moreover, in the third step, the bottom portion 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one side application space constituting portion 216 of the one side partial side surface 21, and the horizontal portion 225a and the rising portion 225b of the other side application space constituting portion 225 of the other side portion side surface 22 The immediate-acting adhesive 25 applied so as to straddle the water is cooled by the spray water 44 from the water nozzle 45 inserted in the application space 24 and then sprayed from the air nozzle 47 inserted in the application space 24 instead of the water nozzle 45. The immediate-acting adhesive 25 is continuously cooled by the air 46. As a result, the immediate-acting adhesive 25 is directly cooled and hardened more quickly, and the immediate-acting adhesive 25 can be reliably held in a state where the plate body 10 is bent.

Further, when the plate body 10 is bent, the protrusion one side oblique side facing portion 211 of the one side partial side surface 21 is brought into contact with the one side oblique side 201 of the protrusion 20 of the bending groove 2, while The protrusion other side oblique side facing portion 221c of the first overlapping portion 221 of the other side surface 22 is brought into contact with the first side to the fourth step portions 212 to 215 of the one side portion side surface 21 of the bending groove 2 and the other side. Since the first to fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224 of the partial side surface 22 are brought into contact with each other, the stress generated when bent is caused by the first to fourth step portions 212 to 215 and the first to fourth overlapping portions 221. ˜224, each of which can be evenly dispersed to prevent cracking on the front surface 12 side of the plate body 10, and the deviation generated between the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the bending groove 2. The first to fourth staircase sections 212 to 215 and the first ~ Can be prevented by facing polymerization of the fourth overlapping portions 221 to 224, the appearance of the adhered portion between the folded one side portion side surface 21 of the groove 2 the other side portion side surface 22 can be kept satisfactory.

FIG. 28 and FIG. 28 show cross-sectional views of the plate 1 showing a state in which the immediate-acting adhesive 25 in the application space 24 of the bending groove is cooled by blowing air.

That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the bending groove 5 is provided on the back surface 11 (upper surface in FIG. 18) of the plate body 10. The bending groove 5 is provided between the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 of the plate body 10 and bends the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 at an angle of approximately 90 °. The bending groove 5 includes one side portion side surface 51 of the one side portion 14 and the other side portion side surface 52 of the other side portion 15.

The one side partial side surface 51 includes a one side oblique side 53. On the other hand, the other-side partial side surface 52 includes the other-side oblique side 54. The one-side hypotenuse 53 and the other-side hypotenuse 54 have the same length and intersect each other at approximately 90 ° on the surface side of the plate main body 10 so that when the plate main body 10 is bent, they are aligned with each other. Abut.

Further, the bending groove 5 has an application space 24. The application space 24 is provided on the abutting portion rearmost surface portion 16 between the one side oblique side 53 of the bending groove 5 and the other side oblique side 54 of the other side surface 52. The application space 24 includes a one-side application space constituting part 216 that is continuous with the one-side oblique side 53 of the one-side partial side face 51 and an other-side application space constituting part 225 that is continuous with the other-side oblique side 54 of the other-side partial side face 52. Has been. Then, an immediate effect adhesive 25 is applied to the application space 24 through the opening hole 241. At this time, the quick-acting adhesive 25 applied to the application space 24 is extended on the back side α and β of the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 when the plate body 10 is bent (shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 19). ) Located on the inner side of the coating space 24 with respect to the intersection of each other, and avoids interference with both of the backside extension lines α and β that intersect each other.

Next, the process from the creation of the bending groove 5 to the folding and fixing of the plate body 10 according to the bending method of the plate 1 of the present invention will be described in order with reference to FIGS.

First, as a first step, as shown in FIG. 20, a protective tape 13 is attached to a corresponding portion of the surface 12 of the plate body 10 corresponding to the bending groove 5. Then, the first cutter member 62 provided with a substantially 90 ° V-shaped cutting edge 61 engraves the one-side oblique side 53 of the bending groove 5 and the other-side oblique side 54 of the other-side partial side surface 52. To do. At this time, the blade edge 61 of the first cutter member 62 is brought close to the point where the surface 12 of the plate main body 10 disappears, so that the surface 12 side of the plate main body 10 does not tear when bent.

Next, as shown in FIG. 21, the one-side application space constituting part 216 is engraved by the fourth cutter member 38 provided with the cutting edge 37 conforming to the shape of the one-side application space constituting part 216. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 22, the other-side application space constituting part 225 is engraved by the fifth cutter member 40 provided with the cutting edge 39 conforming to the shape of the other-side application space constituting part 225.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 23, the water-based paint applied on the surface 12 of the plate body 10 on the bottom side of the one side oblique side 53 of the bending groove 5 and the other side oblique side 54 of the other side partial side surface 52. The water-based paint 41 having the same hue as the above is used as it is, and is sprayed and applied by the spray gun 42 so that the finish with the hue substantially the same as the hue of the surface 12 of the plate body 10 is obtained.

Next, as a second step, an adhesive 23 is applied to the bottom of the bending groove 5 as shown in FIG. At this time, the coating amount of the adhesive 23 is spread and applied evenly when the plate body 10 is bent and the one side oblique side 53 of the one side partial side surface 51 and the other side oblique side 54 of the other side partial side surface 52 face each other. The amount does not protrude into the space 24.

Then, as a third step, as shown in FIG. 25, the plate body 10 is bent so that the one side oblique side 53 of the one side partial side surface 51 and the other side oblique side 54 of the other side partial side surface 52 are mutually bonded via the adhesive 23. Make contact. At this time, the adhesive 23 spreads evenly over the facing overlapping portion between the one side oblique side 53 of the one side partial side surface 51 and the other side oblique side 54 of the other side partial side surface 52.

As the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 26, the one-side hypotenuse 53 and the other-side hypotenuse 54 in which the one-side partial side surface 51 and the other-side partial side surface 52 are brought into contact with each other in the second step. The immediate-acting adhesive 25 is applied to the application space 24 that becomes the backmost portion 16 of the mutual contact part. Specifically, the quick-acting adhesive 25 from the adhesive gun 43 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening hole 241, the bottom part 216 a and the rising part 216 b of the one-side application space constituting part 216 of the one-side partial side surface 51, It coat | covers so that the horizontal part 225a and the standup | rising part 225b of the other side application space structure part 225 of the other side part side surface 52 may be straddled. At this time, the quick-acting adhesive 25 applied from the adhesive gun 43 is a paste that is heated and melted.

Then, as shown in FIG. 27, the bottom part 216a and the rising part 216b of the one side application space constituting part 216 of the one side part side surface 51, and the horizontal part 225a and the rising part of the other side application space constituting part 225 of the other side part side surface 52 are formed. The immediate-acting adhesive 25 applied so as to straddle the portion 225b is cooled by the spray water 44 from the water nozzle 45 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening hole 241. Then, as shown in FIG. 28, the immediate-acting adhesive 25 is continuously cooled by the sprayed air 46 from the air nozzle 47 inserted into the application space 24 from the opening hole 241 instead of the water nozzle 45.

Thereafter, it waits until the adhesive 23 is cured in the facing polymerization portion between the one side oblique side 53 of the one side partial side surface 51 and the other side oblique side 54 of the other side partial side surface 52 and the adhesive force by the adhesive 23 is exerted. After that, the protective tape 13 is peeled off from the surface 12 of the plate material main body 10.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, in the plate body 10 in which the surface 12 is painted with a water-based paint having a dark brown hue, the hue almost matches the hue of the water-based paint painted on the surface 12 of the plate body 10. The water-based paint 41 diluted to about one third as it is is sprayed by the spray gun 42 on the bottom side of the one side oblique side 53 of the one side partial side surface 51 and the other side oblique side 54 of the one side partial side surface 52 three times. Since it is repeatedly applied every time it dries to a certain extent, the finish is made with a hue substantially the same as the hue of the surface 12 of the plate body 10. When the plate main body 10 is bent, the creases due to the hue of the material color of the plate main body 10 that appear streaked at both ends of the bottom surface 203 of the protrusion 20 due to the extension of the end of the bent groove 5 on the front surface 12 side are completely inconspicuous. Thereby, the corner | angular part by the side of the surface 12 of the bending groove | channel 5 of the board | plate main body 10 which coated the water-based coating material on the surface 12 can be finished finely.

Further, the plate body 10 is bent, and the one side oblique side 53 of the bending groove 5 and the other side oblique side 54 of the other side partial side surface 52 are brought into contact with each other via the adhesive 23. Immediately acting adhesive so as to straddle the bottom part 216a and the rising part 216b of the one side application space constituting part 216 of the side part side surface 51 and the horizontal part 225a and the rising part 225b of the other side application space constituting part 225 of the other side surface 52 25 is applied, the plate material body 10 is bent and the one-side oblique side 53 of the one-side partial side surface 51 of the bent groove 5 and the other-side oblique side 54 of the other-side partial side surface 52 are brought into contact with each other. Reliable holding in a state in which the plate material body 10 is bent by the immediate-acting adhesive 25 until the adhesive effect by the curing of the adhesive 23 is exerted without being influenced by the time difference of the curing timing of the agent 25 It can be carried out.

Further, in the third step, the bottom portion 216a and the rising portion 216b of the one side application space constituting portion 216 of the one side partial side surface 51, and the horizontal portion 225a and the rising portion 225b of the other side application space constituting portion 225 of the other side portion side surface 52, The immediate-acting adhesive 25 applied so as to straddle the water is cooled by the spray water 44 from the water nozzle 45 inserted in the application space 24 and then sprayed from the air nozzle 47 inserted in the application space 24 instead of the water nozzle 45. The immediate-acting adhesive 25 is continuously cooled by the air 46. As a result, the immediate-acting adhesive 25 is directly cooled and hardened more quickly, and the immediate-acting adhesive 25 can be reliably held in a state where the plate body 10 is bent.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes other various modifications. For example, in each of the above-described embodiments, the plate material body 10 made of wood plywood is used, but a plate material body made of wood material may be used.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, in the plate body 10 in which the surface 12 is coated with an aqueous paint having a hue darker than the hue of the base color, the aqueous paint having the same hue as the hue of the aqueous paint on the surface 12 is used. 41 is sprayed and applied to the bottom side of the one side surface 21 and the other side surface 22 of the folding groove 2 with a spray gun 42, but the water-based paint having the same hue as that of the surface 12 of the plate body 10 is not necessarily folded. It is not necessary to apply to the bottom side of the one side portion side surface and the other side portion side surface of the groove, and any colorant having substantially the same hue may be used.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the water-based paint 41 is applied by the non-contact spray gun 42 to the bottom side of the one-side partial side surfaces 21 and 51 and the other-side partial side surfaces 22 and 52 of the bending grooves 2 and 5. The water-based paint may be applied to the bottom side of the one side portion side surface and the other side portion side surface of the bending groove by a contact type application method using a roller or the like.

Moreover, the colorant applied to the bottom side of the one side part side surface and the other side part side surface of the folding groove is not limited to the water-based paint, and the bottom side of the one side part side surface and the other side part side surface of the folding groove. Any colorant can be used as long as it penetrates to the bottom side ends of the one side surface and the other side surface when sprayed. Further, if the hue of the water-based paint applied to the surface 12 of the plate body 10 is a dark color such as black or dark brown, a thin colorant is applied as a colorant to be applied to the one side portion side surface and the other side portion side surface of the folding groove. Ink juice may be used.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the application space 24 is provided in the bending grooves 2 and 5, but the application space may not be provided in the bending groove. It suffices that the coating is applied across the back surface of the one side portion and the back surface of the other side portion in the portion near the back surface of the abutting portion between the one side portion side surface and the other side portion side surface. At this time, if it is necessary to match a substantially right-angled corner on the surface side of another member with a corner on the back surface 11 side where the plate body 10 is bent, in order to avoid interference with the immediate-adhesive adhesive 25. It is only necessary to cut out substantially right-angled corners on the surface side of other members that may interfere with the quick-acting adhesive 25.

Further, in each of the embodiments, the one side portion 14 and the other side portion 15 of the plate body 10 are bent at an angle of about 90 ° by the bending grooves 2 and 5. The bending angle is not limited to approximately 90 °, and it may be bent at any angle regardless of an acute angle or an obtuse angle.
