図5〜図7は、本発明に係る面光源装置の構成を示す図である。図5Aは、平面図であり、図5Bは、正面図である。図6Aは、図5Bに示される6A−6A線の断面図であり、図6Bは、図5Aに示される6B−6B線の断面図である。図7は、図6Bの一部を拡大した部分拡大断面図である。
図8および図9は、本発明に係る光束制御部材300の構成を示す図である。図8は、裏側(基板210側)から見た斜視図であって、ゲート部および脚部を省略して示す図である。図9Aは、平面図であり、図9Bは、正面図であり、図9Cは、底面図であり、図9Dは、図9Aに示される9D−9D線の断面図である。
以下、光束制御部材300の上に拡散板を配置したときの、拡散板における輝度分布をシミュレーションした結果を示す。また、比較のため、複数の再帰反射部344eを有しない以外は同様に構成された比較用の光束制御部材の上に拡散板を配置したときの、拡散板における輝度分布をシミュレーションした結果も示す。

Claims (5)
- 発光素子から出射された光の配光を制御する光束制御部材であって、
その中心軸と交わるように裏側に形成された凹部の内面であって、発光素子から出射された光を入射する入射面と、
前記中心軸と交わるように表側に形成された、前記入射面で入射した光を外部に出射する出射面と、
前記入射面よりも外側で前記中心軸を取り囲むように裏側に形成された、環状の溝部と、
を有し、
前記環状の溝部は、前記中心軸から離れるほど裏側に向かう方向に傾斜する外側傾斜面と、前記中心軸に対して前記外側傾斜面よりも内側に配置された内側面とを有し、
前記外側傾斜面は、前記入射面で前記光束制御部材に入射して前記出射面でフレネル反射した光の少なくとも一部を前記中心軸から離れる方向に反射させる角度で傾斜しており、
前記内側面は、前記入射面から入射した光を反射させて、前記入射面を通過させるように前記入射面に向かう方向に再帰反射させる複数の再帰反射部を有する、
光束制御部材。 - 前記環状の溝部内の内側に、複数の第1凸部が設けられており、
前記第1凸部は、前記内側面を構成する第1傾斜面と、前記内側面を構成する第2傾斜面と、前記第1傾斜面と前記第2傾斜面との交線である稜線とを有し、
前記稜線は、前記中心軸と平行であるか、前記中心軸から離れるほど表側に向かう方向に傾斜しており、
前記再帰反射部は、前記第1傾斜面と前記第2傾斜面とから構成される、
請求項1に記載の光束制御部材。 - 前記環状の溝部内の外側に、複数の第2凸部が設けられており、
前記第2凸部は、前記外側傾斜面を構成する第3傾斜面と、前記外側傾斜面を構成する第4傾斜面と、前記第3傾斜面と前記第4傾斜面との交線である稜線とを有し、
前記稜線は、前記中心軸から離れるほど裏側に向かう方向に傾斜している、
請求項1または2に記載の光束制御部材。 - 発光素子と、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光束制御部材とを有し、
前記光束制御部材の中心軸と前記発光素子の光軸とが一致している、
発光装置。 - 請求項4に記載の発光装置と、
前記発光装置からの光を拡散させつつ、透過させる光拡散部材とを有する、
面光源装置。
