Description
燃料噴射部材200の動作時、新気流入口150を介して隔壁300内側の燃焼室に新気が流入する。新気流入口150を介して流入した新気は、バーナボディ100の一側からバーナボディ100の他側への排ガスの移動を助けることができる。
Claims (5)
- 還元剤の熱分解に利用するためにエンジンから排出される排ガスを昇温させるバーナシステムであって、
燃料を噴射させる燃料噴射部材と、
一側が前記燃料噴射部材を支持し、前記燃料噴射部材から噴射された燃料により排ガスを昇温させる一側領域と、前記一側領域で昇温された排ガスと熱分解された還元剤とが混合される他側領域と、他側に設けられ、前記他側領域を通過した排ガスが排出される排ガス排出口と、また前記一側と前記他側との間に配置され、前記一側領域に排ガスが流入されるように案内する排ガス排出口とを含むバーナボディと、
前記バーナボディの一側領域の内側に、前記バーナボディの内周面と離間して設けられ、前記バーナボディの排ガス流入口から流入した排ガスを前記バーナボディの一側領域の長手方向に沿って前記燃料噴射部材に向かって移動させる隔壁と、
前記隔壁の内部に還元剤を噴射する還元剤噴射部材と、
前記他側領域の内周面に突設され、前記バーナボディの長手方向に沿って複数個設けられ、前記他側領域を通過する熱分解された還元剤と排ガスとが混合されるように旋回流を形成するベーンと、を含むバーナシステム。 - 前記バーナボディは、前記バーナボディの一側に設けられ、前記燃料噴射部材により供給された燃料の噴射時に前記燃料が燃焼されるように新気を供給する新気流入口をさらに含む請求項1に記載のバーナシステム。
- 前記還元剤噴射部材は、前記新気流入口と前記排ガス流入口との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバーナシステム。
- 前記一側領域に設けられ、前記燃料噴射部材から噴射された燃料により発生した火炎の長さを調節することができるスワラをさらに含む請求項1に記載のバーナシステム。
- 前記一側領域における火炎の温度を検出する火炎検出部材と、
前記火炎検出部材で検出された火炎温度情報に基づいて前記還元剤噴射部材の動作を制御する制御部と、をさらに含む請求項2乃至4中のいずれか1項に記載のバーナシステム。
