Description
The present invention relates to an optical liquid detection device for identifying a liquid in a pipeline, a beverage dispenser provided with the same, and a beverage dispenser management system.
BACKGROUND ART Beverage dispensers such as beer dispensers installed in restaurants and the like to supply beer are widely used. It is known that the beer dispenser, if not properly maintained, such as cleaning of the pipeline, may cause a decrease in the quality of beer supplied from the beer dispenser. Normally, a service person of a beverage sales company visits a restaurant once every few months to check the quality of beer and maintenance status such as cleaning of pipelines. Therefore, for a beverage sales company that sells beverages to restaurants, it is desirable that maintenance information such as cleaning of beer dispensers installed at each restaurant and the like can be obtained in real time from the viewpoint of maintaining the quality of beverages sold by the company. Was rare.
On the other hand,
Using the liquid detection sensor described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object to provide a liquid detection device capable of detecting a wider variety of liquids and detecting contamination of a pipeline.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a beverage dispenser having the above-described liquid detection device, and a beverage dispenser management system capable of remotely monitoring a liquid or the like flowing through a pipe of the beverage dispenser.
To achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a liquid detection device mounted on a light-transmitting pipe through which a liquid passes, and a main body case mounted on the pipe, A light-emitting unit provided with a light-emitting element composed of an LED arranged in the main body case so as to irradiate light from the side to the pipe, and a light-emitting element to receive light emitted from the light-emitting element through the pipe. There is provided a liquid detection device including: a light receiving unit including a light receiving element including at least one of a red, a green, and a blue sensor, disposed opposite to each other in a main body case.
Further, according to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a beverage dispenser including the liquid detection device according to the first aspect.
Further, according to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a beverage dispenser according to the second aspect, and a management device for receiving data of the received light intensity from the liquid detection device via a communication network, wherein the management device receives the data of the received light intensity. And a management device including a determination unit for determining the type of liquid and the presence / absence of dirt on the pipeline.
According to the present invention, the combination of the LED light emitting element and the light receiving element including at least one of the red, green, and blue sensors makes it possible to identify a liquid that could not be identified conventionally. For example, according to the present invention, in the beer dispenser, identification of washing water and beer, detection of contamination of a conduit caused by beer components, and identification of a brand of beer, which have been difficult in the past, can be performed. Therefore, for example, if the liquid detection device of the beer dispenser installed in the restaurant is connected to the beverage dispenser management device of the beverage sales company through communication, the management device can control the frequency of beer dispenser water washing and contamination of the pipeline. It will be possible to remotely monitor the presence or absence, or the brand of beer flowing through the beer dispenser.
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description and drawings, an example of the
First, a
By the way, the
FIG. 2 is a schematic external view of the
Further, the
The
In the first embodiment, the
送信部16の通信方式としては、Bluetooth(登録商標)やZigBee(登録商標)といった近距離無線通信だけでなく、例えばWifi(登録商標)などの無線LANや、LoRaWAN(登録商標)などの無線通信のような他の通信方式が採用されてもよい。
The transmitting
The
FIG. 3 shows a state in which beer, water, or beer foam is flowed into the
As described above, the
According to the
Although the combination of the blue LED and the green sensor is used for the combination of the
As described above, a combination of a single-color LED and a single-color sensor that can be used when a plurality of liquids to be identified are beer and water is exemplified, and a combination of a blue LED and a green sensor is optimal for beer and water. That was shown. However, if a plurality of liquids to be identified are different, it is obvious that the optimum combination of the single-color LED and the single-color sensor for identifying the liquids is different from the above-mentioned combination.
Modification of First Embodiment The
Next, a liquid detection device 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The liquid detection device 100 according to the second embodiment is different from the
It has been confirmed that the use of the liquid detection device 100 according to the second embodiment makes it possible to distinguish between water and beer, and further, to identify the brand of beer. FIGS. 8 to 12 show red, green, and blue sensors for the illuminated LED white light when water or four brands of beer or the like are flowed into the
8 is water, FIG. 9 is a brand A beer, FIG. 10 is a brand B beer, FIG. 11 is a graph of a brand C beer, and FIG. 12 is a graph of a brand D third beer. It will be clear from FIGS. 8 to 12 that it is possible to determine whether the liquid to be measured is water or any of brands A to D. However, the liquid detection device 100 of the second embodiment does not have a determination function, like the
8 to 12 show actual measurement data in the case of the clean
The
Next, a beverage
The
In the present embodiment, the

The liquid detection device 410 has a white LED as the
The liquid detection device 410 measures the received light intensity at a predetermined measurement time interval T1, and obtains the maximum value and the minimum value among the plurality of received light intensities within a predetermined evaluation time interval T2 longer than the measurement time interval T1. The maximum value and the minimum value are transmitted to the
The section A in FIG. 15 indicates that the
The downward peak Pmin of the graph line (2) in the section A of FIG. 15 indicates that the
The upward peak Pmax of the graph line (1) in the section A of FIG. 15 indicates that the
Thus, it can be seen from the sharp decrease and increase in the received light intensity that the barrel replacement and the water washing have been performed, respectively. In the beverage
FIG. 16 is a graph similar to FIG. 15, but shows an example of actual measurement data of the received light intensity of blue light over a longer time span from Monday to Friday of a certain week. FIG. 16 is a graph in a case where the measurement time interval T1 is 30 seconds, which is the same, but the evaluation time interval T2 and the transmission time interval T3 are each extended to 60 minutes. In the case of FIG. 16, the amount of data to be transmitted and the amount of data processed by the
FIG. 17 illustrates an example of measured data of the received light intensity of blue light in the same time span and the same time intervals T1, T2, and T3 as in FIG. From FIG. 17, it can be seen that the barrel replacement was performed seven times and the water washing was not performed even once. FIG. 17 also shows that the
