Claims (7)
- 圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板上に設けられた櫛形電極と、
前記圧電基板上に前記櫛形電極に電気的に接続されて設けられた配線層と、
前記圧電基板上に前記櫛形電極を覆い且つ前記配線層上に開口を有して設けられ、前記櫛形電極よりも厚い第1絶縁膜と、
前記第1絶縁膜の上面と前記開口における前記第1絶縁膜の側面の全面とを覆って設けられ、前記第1絶縁膜よりも耐湿性が高い第2絶縁膜と、
前記開口で露出した前記配線層に接し、前記第2絶縁膜のうちの前記第1絶縁膜の側面を覆う部分の少なくとも一部を覆って設けられたパッドと、を備える弾性波デバイス。 - 前記パッドは、前記第2絶縁膜のうちの前記第1絶縁膜の側面を覆う部分の全てを覆って設けられている、請求項1記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板上に設けられた櫛形電極と、
前記圧電基板上に前記櫛形電極に電気的に接続されて設けられた配線層と、
前記圧電基板上に前記櫛形電極を覆い且つ前記配線層上に開口を有して設けられ、前記櫛形電極よりも厚い第1絶縁膜と、
前記第1絶縁膜の上面と前記開口における前記第1絶縁膜の側面の一部とを覆って設けられ、前記第1絶縁膜よりも耐湿性が高い第2絶縁膜と、
前記開口で露出した前記配線層に接し、前記第2絶縁膜のうちの前記第1絶縁膜の側面を覆う部分を覆い且つ前記第1絶縁膜の側面のうちの前記第2絶縁膜で覆われていない部分を覆って設けられたパッドと、を備える弾性波デバイス。 - 圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板上に設けられた櫛形電極と、
前記圧電基板上に前記櫛形電極に電気的に接続されて設けられた配線層と、
前記圧電基板上に前記櫛形電極を覆い且つ前記配線層上に開口を有して設けられ、前記櫛形電極よりも厚い第1絶縁膜と、
前記第1絶縁膜の上面と前記開口における前記第1絶縁膜の側面の少なくとも一部とを覆って設けられ、前記第1絶縁膜よりも耐湿性が高い第2絶縁膜と、
前記開口で露出した前記配線層に接して設けられたパッドと、を備え、
前記第2絶縁膜の前記配線層に接する部分の幅は、前記第1絶縁膜の前記側面の上側部分での前記第2絶縁膜の厚さよりも大きい、弾性波デバイス。 - 前記第2絶縁膜は、前記第1絶縁膜よりも密度が高い、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 前記第1絶縁膜は、酸化シリコン膜又はフッ素添加酸化シリコン膜であり、
前記第2絶縁膜は、酸化アルミニウム膜、窒化シリコン膜、酸窒化シリコン膜、又はダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の弾性波デバイス。 - 前記パッドは、金層を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載の弾性波デバイス。
