Description
[01] 本特許出願は、参照によりその内容を本明細書に援用する、2012年8月20日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/684,991号の優先権の利益を米国特許法第119条(e)の下で主張する。
(1)Qpr=C(PO)γ
で表わすことができ、Qprは或る時点の予測流量を表し、Cはインターフェイス器具28における流れ口の伝導率(orifice conductance)を表し、POはその時点のインターフェイス器具28にわたる圧力を表し、γは圧力指数項を表す。導管26に沿って圧力が下がり、インターフェイス器具28が無視される場合、POは(例えば圧力発生器14の排気口における)圧力の測定値として概算され得る。
Claims (6)
- 対象者の気道に送り込むための呼吸可能ガス流を発生させる圧力発生器と、
前記呼吸可能ガス流を前記圧力発生器から対象者の気道に運ぶ患者インターフェイスアセンブリと、
前記呼吸可能ガス流の流量である第1の動的特性、及び該第1の動的特性と異なる物理的種類であり、圧力である第2の動的特性に関する情報を伝える出力信号を生成するセンサと、
コンピュータプログラムモジュールを実行するプロセッサであって、前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールは、
治療計画に従って前記呼吸可能ガス流の前記第2の動的特性を経時的に調節するために前記圧力発生器を制御する制御モジュール、
前記第1の動的特性の測定値がそれぞれの時点について現在進行の態様で求められるように、前記対象者の呼吸中に前記呼吸可能ガス流の前記第1の動的特性の測定値を求める特性決定モジュール、
前記第1の動的特性の測定値に、前記第1の動的特性の予測値を適合させることにより、前記対象者の気道が患者インターフェイスアセンブリに連結されていない場合のモデルのモデルパラメータのパラメータ値を求める、モデルパラメータモジュールであって、前記パラメータ値を求めた後、該パラメータ値を用いて、それぞれの時点における前記第1の動的特性の予測値を、同じ時点における前記第2の動的特性の測定値の関数として提供する、モデルパラメータモジュール、及び
前記第1の動的特性の測定値及び前記第1の動的特性の予測値の間の相関レベルと、所定の閾値との比較に基づき、前記呼吸可能ガス流を受け入れるために対象者の気道が前記患者インターフェイスアセンブリに連結されているかどうかを判定する外れ検出モジュールを含む、
プロセッサと
を含む、人工呼吸器。 - 前記外れ検出モジュールが、前記それぞれの時点の前記第1の動的特性の予測値と前記第1の動的特性の測定値との間の相関レベルを求め、前記相関レベルに基づき、対象者の気道が前記患者インターフェイスアセンブリに連結されているかどうかを判定する、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記モデルは、前記対象者が連結されていない状態での前記圧力発生器及び/又は前記患者インターフェイスアセンブリを通る呼吸可能ガス流をモデル化したものである、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 対象者が人工呼吸器から呼吸可能ガス流を受け取っているかどうかを判定するためのシステムであって、
対象者の気道に送り込むための呼吸可能ガス流を発生させるための手段と、
前記呼吸可能ガス流を発生させるための手段から対象者の気道に運ぶための手段と、
前記呼吸可能ガス流の流量である第1の動的特性、及び該第1の動的特性と異なる物理的種類であり、圧力である第2の動的特性に関する情報を伝える出力信号を生成するための手段と、
治療計画に従って前記呼吸可能ガス流の前記第2の動的特性を経時的に調節するために、前記呼吸可能ガス流を発生させるための手段を制御するための手段と、
前記第1の動的特性の測定値がそれぞれの時点について現在進行の態様で求められるように、対象者の呼吸中に前記呼吸可能ガス流の前記第1の動的特性の測定値を求めるための手段と、
前記第1の動的特性の測定値に、前記第1の動的特性の予測値を適合させることにより、前記対象者の気道が患者インターフェイスアセンブリに連結されていない場合のモデルのモデルパラメータのパラメータ値を求める手段であって、前記パラメータ値を求めた後、該パラメータ値を用いて、それぞれの時点における前記第1の動的特性の予測値を、同じ時点における前記第2の動的特性の測定値の関数として提供する手段と、
前記第1の動的特性の測定値及び前記第1の動的特性の予測値の間の相関レベルと、所定の閾値との比較に基づき、前記呼吸可能ガス流を受け入れるために対象者の気道が前記対象者の気道に運ぶための手段に連結されているかどうかを判定するための手段と
を含む、システム。 - 対象者の気道が前記対象者の気道に運ぶための手段に連結されているかどうかを判定するための前記手段が、前記それぞれの時点の前記第1の動的特性の予測値と前記第1の動的特性の測定値との間の相関レベルを求め、前記相関レベルに基づき、対象者の気道が前記対象者の気道に運ぶための手段に連結されているかどうかを判定する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記モデルは、前記対象者が連結されていない状態での前記呼吸可能ガス流を発生させるための手段及び/又は前記対象者の気道に運ぶための手段を通る呼吸可能ガス流をモデル化したものである、請求項4に記載のシステム。
