Claims (10)
- 被験者と人工呼吸器との間の非同期を非侵襲的に検出するように構成されたシステムであって、当該システムは、

複数の呼吸サイクルの間の前記被験者の1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータに関連する情報を伝達する出力信号を生成するように構成される1つ又は複数のセンサであって、前記1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータは、流量及び吸気圧を含む、1つ又は複数のセンサと、
コンピュータプログラム・コンポーネントを実行するように構成される1つ又は複数のプロセッサと、を有しており、
前記コンピュータプログラム・コンポーネントは、
治療レジメンに従って前記人工呼吸器を制御する制御コンポーネントと、
前記1つ又は複数のセンサから生成された前記出力信号に基づいて、前記1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータを特定するように構成される呼吸パラメータ・コンポーネントであって、該呼吸パラメータ・コンポーネントは、前記出力信号に基づいて、前記流量及び前記吸気圧を特定する、呼吸パラメータ・コンポーネントと、
前記呼吸パラメータ・コンポーネントによって特定された前記1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータの複数の呼吸サイクルに亘った変動を特定するように構成される統計コンポーネントであって、前記変動の特定は、個々の呼吸サイクル中の現在の流量のセットを以前の呼吸サイクルについての以前の流量のセットと比較すること及び前記個々の呼吸サイクル中の現在の吸気圧のセットを以前の呼吸サイクルについての以前の吸気圧のセットと比較することにより、呼吸プロファイルの相関を特定することを含む、統計コンポーネントと、
該相関に基づいて、前記被験者と前記人工呼吸器との間の非同期を判定するように構成される非同期コンポーネントと、を含み、
前記制御コンポーネントは、前記非同期コンポーネントによって判定された前記非同期に基づいて、前記人工呼吸器の動作を調整するようにさらに構成される、
システム。 - 前記1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータは、呼吸長さ、吸入持続期間、及び/又は呼気持続期間の1つ又は複数をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータは、一回換気量、ピーク流量、及び/又はリーク流れの1つ又は複数をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記以前の呼吸サイクルについての以前の流量のセットは、複数の以前の呼吸サイクルについての平均流量のセットを含み、前記以前の呼吸サイクルについての以前の吸気圧のセットは、複数の以前の呼吸サイクルについての平均吸気圧のセットを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記判定された非同期は、前記提供される非侵襲的な呼吸治療の予測される障害を示す、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 被験者と人工呼吸器との間の非同期を非侵襲的に検出するためシステムの作動方法であって、当該作動方法は、
前記システムの1つ又は複数のセンサが、複数の呼吸サイクルの間の前記被験者の1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータに関連する情報を伝達する出力信号を生成するステップであって、前記1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータは、流量及び吸気圧を含む、ステップと、
前記システムのプロセッサが、該生成された出力信号に基づいて、前記1つ又は複数の呼吸パラメータを特定するステップであって、前記流量及び前記吸気圧は、前記出力信号に基づいて特定される、ステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記1つ又は複数の特定された呼吸パラメータの複数の呼吸サイクルに亘った変動を特定するステップであって、前記変動の特定は、個々の呼吸サイクル中の現在の流量のセットを以前の呼吸サイクルについての以前の流量のセットと比較すること及び前記個々の呼吸サイクル中の現在の吸気圧のセットを以前の呼吸サイクルについての以前の吸気圧のセットと比較することにより、呼吸プロファイルの相関を特定することを含む、ステップと、
前記プロセッサが、該相関に基づいて、前記被験者と前記人工呼吸器との間の非同期を判定するステップと、を含む、
