Description

(2)接続は、一方のコネクタのスリーブを引き戻すことによって破壊される(この仕組みが、接続が手術中に偶発的に破壊されないことを保証する)。また、この操作は、手術者による実現が簡単であり、つまり専門的な訓練は必要とされない。及び、
(3)構成は、太い低損失ケーブルの周りで装置又は機器を容易に機械的に回転できるようにする(これは、従来のねじベースのコネクタ構成、例えばSMAを使用すると不可能であり、大きな直径のケーブルアセンブリに対して機器ハンドルに力がかけられるときに、又はユーザが固定位置に大きい直径のケーブルを保ちながら機器ハンドルを回転しようとするときに一方のコネクタが緩むために、接続が偶然に破壊される又は失われるリスクがある。
Claims (15)
- 電気手術器具であって、
生物組織の中にRFエネルギー及び/又はマイクロ波周波数エネルギーを送達するための電気手術機器と、
電気手術発生器と前記電気手術機器との間に無線周波数(RF)エネルギー及び/又はマイクロ波周波数エネルギーを伝えるためのインタフェースケーブルと、および
前記インタフェースケーブルと前記電気手術機器との間の電気接続部と、
を備え、
前記電気手術機器が、
前記インタフェースケーブルの端子コネクタと協調できる接続インタフェースと、
前記接続インタフェースを取り囲む滅菌バリアシースであって、前記接続インタフェースと前記端子コネクタとの間の接続部を取り囲むために前記インタフェースケーブルの一部分の上で拡張できる前記滅菌バリアシースと
を備え、
前記電気手術器具は、前記インタフェースケーブルの前記端子コネクタの周囲のまわりに固定される電気絶縁の管状本体をさらに備え、前記管状本体が通路を有し、前記通路は、前記端子コネクタの端部を露出させるために第1の端部で開いており、そこを通って前記インタフェースケーブルが拡張する、
電気手術器具。 - 前記滅菌シースが前記電気手術機器に固定された第1の端部を有する、請求項1に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記第1の端部が、前記電気手術機器に取外し自在に取り付けられるカラーに固定される、請求項2に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記滅菌バリアシースが、前記滅菌バリアシースが前記接続インタフェースのためにアクセス開口部を画定する圧縮構成から、前記滅菌バリアシースが1本の前記インタフェースケーブルを覆うために拡張する拡張構成に移動可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記滅菌バリアシースが、前記圧縮構成にあるときに蛇腹状に折り畳まれる1本の管を備える、請求項4に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記滅菌バリアシースが前記電気手術器具に固定された第1の端部及び前記第1の端部の反対に第2の端部を有し、これによって前記第2の端部が前記第1の端部に対して移動可能であって、前記圧縮構成と前記拡張構成との間で前記滅菌バリアシースを移動させる、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記第2の端部が、前記第2の端部に取り付けられた把持可能なプルタブを有する、請求項6に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記第2の端部が前記電気手術発生器に固定可能である、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記電気手術機器及び前記滅菌バリアシースが滅菌可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記管状本体が前記コネクタ上で外側被覆される、請求項1に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記管状本体が前記通路内で内向きに突出するリブを有し、前記内向きに突出するリブが前記通路を密閉するために前記端子コネクタに当接するように配置される、請求項1又は請求項10に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記管状本体が生体適合性材料から作られる、請求項1、請求項10または請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記インタフェースケーブルが、
前記RFエネルギー及び/又は前記マイクロ波周波数エネルギーを伝えるための同軸ケーブルと、
前記同軸ケーブルの第1の端部にある近位コネクタであって、前記電気手術発生器で協調する接続インタフェースとの電気接続を形成するように配置される前記近位コネクタと、
前記近位コネクタの上に取り付けられる絶縁ハウジングであって、前記近位コネクタの前記周囲の周りに固定される近位管状本体を備える前記絶縁ハウジングと
を備え、
前記端子コネクタが前記同軸ケーブルの第2の端部にある、
請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具。 - 前記近位管状本体が前記近位コネクタ上に外側被覆される、請求項13に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記滅菌バリアシースが前記近位コネクタまで拡張できる、請求項13または請求項14に記載の電気手術器具。
