Claims (5)
- バッテリーと負荷を連結する一つ以上のスイッチ、
前記バッテリーの電圧値を測定する電圧測定部、
前記測定された電圧値に基づいて前記一つ以上のスイッチを制御する制御部、および
前記測定された電圧値を前記制御部に転送する通信部を含み、
前記電圧測定部、前記一つ以上のスイッチおよび前記通信部はバッテリー遮断ユニット(Battery Disconnecting Unit;BDU)として構成され、前記制御部は前記バッテリー遮断ユニットの外部に位置し、
前記バッテリーと並列連結されて基準電圧を生成する基準電圧生成部をさらに含み、
前記基準電圧生成部は、前記バッテリーの過充電を判断する第1基準電圧および前記バッテリーの過放電を判断する第2基準電圧を生成し、
前記通信部は、前記第1基準電圧および前記第2基準電圧を前記制御部に転送し、
前記通信部は、
前記測定された電圧値を電気的に絶縁させる絶縁部、および
前記電気的に絶縁された電圧値を前記制御部に転送する転送部をさらに含む
バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記バッテリー遮断ユニットは、前記バッテリーの側に位置し、
前記制御部は、前記負荷の側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記スイッチの動作を制御するスイッチ制御部、および
前記測定されたバッテリーの電圧値と前記生成された基準電圧に基づいて前記バッテリーの状態を診断する診断部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記診断部は、
前記バッテリーの電圧と前記第1基準電圧および前記第2基準電圧を比較する比較部を含み、
前記バッテリーの電圧が前記第1基準電圧より大きいかまたは前記バッテリーの電圧が前記第2基準電圧より小さい場合、前記一つ以上のスイッチを制御するスイッチ制御信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記電圧測定部、前記通信部および前記制御部はCANバス(Controller Area Network Bus)に連結され、前記電圧測定部および前記制御部がCAN通信をすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
