Description

Claims (19)
- ハンドピースと、
前記ハンドピースに取り付けられ把持面を有する、レバーと、
前記把持面に関連付けられる圧力センサと
備える、医療装置であって、
前記医療装置の使用者が把持圧力を前記レバーに加えると、前記レバーが動いて前記医療装置の第1の機能への入力をもたらし、それと同時に、前記圧力センサが、第2の機能を制御する制御ユニットによって読み取られる圧力信号を生成し、
前記圧力センサが、前記把持面内に密閉される、
医療装置。 - 前記第1の機能が、機械的機能である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 第1のジョーおよび第2のジョーを備える一対のジョーをさらに備え、前記第2のジョーが、前記第1のジョーに隣接して位置決めされ、前記一対のジョーが、開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能であり、前記機械的機能が、前記一対のジョーの開閉である、請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記機械的機能への前記入力が、
前記第1のジョーおよび前記第2のジョーが組織を把持するように前記第1のジョーおよび前記第2のジョーを一緒に閉じるように、前記一対のジョー上で管状部材を動かす機構への機械的入力である、請求項3に記載の医療装置。 - 前記第1のジョーが、第1の電極を含み、前記第2のジョーが、第2の電極を含み、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極が、組織にエネルギーを送達するように構成される、請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第2の機能が、一対の前記電極にエネルギーを供給する電気的機能である、請求項5に記載の医療装置。
- 前記圧力信号が、前記一対の電極に供給されるエネルギー量を決定し、増加圧力信号が、連続関数に関係付けられる、請求項6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記圧力信号が、前記一対の電極に供給されるエネルギー量を決定し、増加圧力信号が、第1の電気出力から第2の電気出力に個別に関係付けられる、請求項6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記レバーの移動が、電気的入力をもたらすように電気スイッチをトリガする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記電気的入力が、電気サブシステムを起動する、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記電気サブシステムが、インジケータのライトおよびデブリードマン用モータのうちの1つである、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記圧力信号が圧力閾値を上回ったときに、前記第2の機能を起動する、請求項1に記載の医療装置。

ハンドピースと、
前記ハンドピースに連結される近位端、および遠位端を含む、細長い管状部材と、
前記細長い管状部材の前記遠位端に位置決めされる一対のジョーであって、第1の電極を含む第1のジョー、および、第2の電極を含み前記第1のジョーに隣接して位置決めされる第2のジョーを含み、開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能であり、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極が、組織にエネルギーを送達するように構成される、一対のジョーと、
前記ハンドピースに取り付けられ把持面を有する、レバーと、
前記把持面内に配置される圧力センサと
を備え、
医療装置の使用者が把持圧力を前記レバーに加えると、前記レバーが動いて前記一対のジョーが開閉され、それと同時に、前記圧力センサが、前記第1のジョーおよび前記第2のジョーに供給されるエネルギー量を制御する制御ユニットによって読み取られる圧力信号を生成する、
