Description
CumSCNm + HAT → [CumSCNm(HAT)]n ・・・(2)
UV−Vis−NIR拡散反射(紫外・可視・近赤外拡散反射)および吸収スペクトル測定は日立社製のHITACHI/U−4100形分光光度計を用いて行った。拡散反射については、固体試料の場合MgO(80mg)に試料(0.01mmol)を混合したものを用い、薄膜の場合はガラス板もしくは石英板上に成膜し、2600〜200nmの波長で測定を行った。
光電子分光スペクトル測定は北陸先端科学技術大学院大学が所有する理研計器製のAC−2を用いた。
太陽電池素子を作製しソーラーシミュレータから疑似太陽光を照射した状態でI−V測定を行った。この電流値を素子が照射光を受ける面積で割ることで得られるJ−Vカーブから短絡電流密度JSCと開放電圧VOCを求めた。
インピーダンス分光測定は東陽テクニカ製の6440B型LCRメーターを用いて行った。作製した素子に微小正弦波電圧信号0.01Vをかけ、DCバイアスは行っていない。得られたインピーダンスのコールコールプロットの半円の直径から抵抗値を求め、モジュラスのコールコールプロットの半円の直径から静電容量(直接には静電容量の逆数)を求めた。また得られた複素インピーダンス成分(Z’,Z’’)と複素誘電率成分(ε’,ε’’)から電気伝導度や誘電率を見積もった。比誘電率は等価回路のCPE(Constant Phase Element)のキャパシタンスから(7)式により算出した。
直流電気伝導度測定およびSCLC(Space−Charge Limited Current)法(空間電荷制限電流法)によるキャリア移動度測定はKEITHLEY 2400型汎用ソースメータとKEITHLEY 6517A 絶縁抵抗計(何れもTFFケースレーインスツルメンツ社製製品)を用い、有機薄膜トランジスタの解析ソフトである株式会社システムハウス・サンライズ社製のW32−6517TFTで測定を行った。具体的には、電圧−電流の関係をlogでプロットし、電圧の2乗に比例する電流が流れる領域における電気伝導度σSCLCを求めた。
配位高分子としてHATNAとチオシアン酸銅を用いた場合について半導体特性および太陽電池の活性層としての特性を調べた。HATANAは、HATのアゾベンゼンの外側にさらにベンゼンが結合したもので、HAT誘導体である。HATANAは以下のようにして合成した。

- 金属イオンに配位可能な窒素原子を骨格に含むπ共役有機分子とチオシアン酸銅からなり、前記π共役有機分子と前記チオシアン酸銅の銅イオンが配位結合しており、
前記π共役有機分子がヘキサアザトリフェニレンを骨格に含むことを特徴とする半導体材料。 - 請求項1に記載された半導体材料を活性層とする太陽電池。
