Claims (14)
- 幹細胞から成長させた三次元形状の網膜組織であるニューロン組織であって、ニューロン細胞を有し、前記ニューロン細胞に作用する影響に反応して該ニューロン組織の細胞内の電位を変化させるニューロン組織と、
前記ニューロン細胞が発生させた電位の変化を介して前記ニューロン組織のニューロン反応を測定するように構成されている読み出しデバイスと、
外的影響を前記ニューロン組織に及ぼすように構成された影響手段とを備え、
前記読み出しデバイスが、前記影響手段が及ぼす影響に反応した前記ニューロン組織のニューロン反応を測定するように構成されている、測定デバイス。 - 前記ニューロン細胞が光受容体であり、
前記ニューロン細胞に作用する影響が前記光受容体に入射する光であり、
前記ニューロン反応が結像性能である、請求項1に記載の測定デバイス。 - 前記結像性能が光誘起信号の発生及び現場処理である、請求項2に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記ニューロン組織がヒト人工多能性幹細胞から成長させたものである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記電位の変化が、前記ニューロン細胞によって引き起こされる前記ニューロン組織の細胞内の細胞質カルシウムイオンの濃度の変化によって生じ、
前記ニューロン組織の細胞がカルシウム感受性蛍光色素又はタンパク質を備え、
前記読み出しデバイスが、
高速蛍光顕微鏡法によって、前記ニューロン組織の細胞の測定された部分内のカルシウム感受性蛍光色素又はタンパク質の分布を測定し、
前記カルシウム感受性蛍光色素又はタンパク質の測定された分布から、前記細胞の測定された部分内の細胞質カルシウムイオンの濃度の変化を決定し、
前記細胞質カルシウムイオンの決定された濃度の変化から、前記細胞の測定された部分内の電位の変化を決定するように構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の測定デバイス。 - 前記電位の変化が、網膜光受容体によって引き起こされる前記ニューロン組織の細胞内の細胞質カルシウムイオンの濃度の変化によって生じる、請求項5に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記高速蛍光顕微鏡法が光シート顕微鏡法である、請求項5又は6に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記外的影響が物理的影響及び/又は化学的影響である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記物理的影響が機械的影響及び/又は光学的影響である、請求項8に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記読み出しデバイスが、前記影響手段が及ぼす影響に反応した網膜組織の結像性能を測定するように構成されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記影響手段が前記ニューロン組織の形状を決定するように構成されている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記影響手段が既知の制御可能な形態を有し、
前記ニューロン組織及び前記影響手段が互いに機械的に相互作用するように、前記ニューロン組織が前記影響手段内に埋め込まれ、
前記ニューロン組織の形状が、前記影響手段に対する機械的相互作用の影響から、又は光学的方法によって決定される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の測定デバイス。 - 測定されたニューロン反応及び/又はニューロン組織の決定された形状を所定のニューロン反応及び/又はニューロン組織の所定の形状と比較して、比較に基づき制御信号を発生させ、前記制御信号を前記影響手段に送信するように構成されている制御ユニットを更に備え、
前記影響手段が、前記制御信号に基づいて、前記ニューロン組織に物理的及び/又は化学的な影響を及ぼすように構成されている、請求項11又は12に記載の測定デバイス。 - 前記ニューロン組織が所定の初期形状を有し、及び/又は、異なる細胞種の所定の初期混合物のみを備える、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の測定デバイス。
