Claims (12)
- 列方向と行方向に配列され、サブ画素アレイを構成する複数のサブ画素、
行方向または列方向に延伸する複数の第1の導線、および
前記第1の導線に平行する複数の第2の導線を含み、
前記複数のサブ画素は、透過型サブ画素と反射型サブ画素を含み、且つ前記サブ画素アレイの各行と各列は、全て前記透過型サブ画素と前記反射型サブ画素を同時に有し、
前記第1の導線は前記第1の導線の両側に位置する前記透過型サブ画素に接続されてそれらを駆動し、前記第2の導線は前記第2の導線の両側に位置する前記反射型サブ画素に接続されてそれらを駆動する半透過半反射型液晶パネル。 - 前記第1の導線と前記第2の導線は、行方向に延伸するゲートラインであり、列方向上で交互に配列される請求項1に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 前記第1の導線と前記第2の導線は、行方向に延伸するゲートラインであり、各一対の隣接する前記サブ画素行の間に配置される請求項1に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 前記第1の導線は、第1の電極層と第2の電極層を含む請求項3に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 行方向と列方向上で、1つの前記透過型サブ画素と1つの前記反射型サブ画素が交互に配列される請求項2〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 列方向上で、1つの前記透過型サブ画素と1つの前記反射型サブ画素が交互に配列され、行方向上で、3つの前記透過型サブ画素と3つの前記反射型サブ画素が交互に配列される請求項2〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 前記第1の導線と前記第2の導線は、列方向に延伸するデータラインであり、行方向上で交互に配列される請求項1に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 前記第1の導線と前記第2の導線は、列方向に延伸するデータラインであり、各一対の隣接する前記サブ画素行の間に配置される請求項1に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 前記第1の導線は、第1の電極層と第2の電極層を含む請求項8に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 行方向および列方向上で、1つの前記透過型サブ画素と1つの前記反射型サブ画素が交互に配列される請求項7〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 行方向上で、1つの前記透過型サブ画素と1つの前記反射型サブ画素が交互に配列され、列方向上で、3つの前記透過型サブ画素と3つの前記反射型サブ画素が交互に配列される請求項7〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
- 行方向に延伸するゲートラインである複数の第3の導線と複数の第4の導線を更に含み、
前記透過型サブ画素は、前記第3の導線に接続されて前記第3の導線によって駆動され、前記反射型サブ画素は、前記第4の導線に接続されて前記第4の導線によって駆動され、
前記第3の導線と前記第4の導線は、行方向上で交互に配列される請求項2に記載の半透過半反射型液晶パネル。
