Description
Claims (12)
- 第1回転力を提供する第1入力部と、
前記第1回転力と同一または異なる第2回転力を提供する第2入力部と、
前記第1入力部及び前記第2入力部に噛み合って前記第1回転力と前記第2回転力を合成するギヤ部と、
前記第1回転力と前記第2回転力との合成力が出力される出力部とを含み、
前記ギヤ部は、前記第1入力部の回転方向と前記第2入力部の回転方向が同じであるか否かに応じて前記第1回転力と前記第2回転力の速度またはトルクを合算し、
前記第1入力部または前記第2入力部のいずれかには前記ギヤ部と噛み合う2つのギヤが形成され、前記2つのギヤには、第1ワンウェイベアリング及び第2ワンウェイベアリングが形成され、
前記第1ワンウェイベアリングと前記第2ワンウェイベアリングの動力伝達遮断方向は互いに反対であることを特徴とする入力合成装置。 - 前記第1入力部及び前記第2入力部には、それぞれ前記ギヤ部と噛み合うギヤが形成され、前記第1入力部に形成されたギヤと前記第2入力部に形成されたギヤの個数は異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の入力合成装置。
- 前記ギヤ部は回転しない固定軸に形成された第3ワンウェイベアリングを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の入力合成装置。
- 前記第3ワンウェイベアリングの動力伝達遮断方向は、前記第1ワンウェイベアリングまたは前記第2ワンウェイベアリングのいずれかの動力伝達遮断方向と同じであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の入力合成装置。
- 前記第1ワンウェイベアリングまたは前記第2ワンウェイベアリングのうち、前記第3ワンウェイベアリングと同じ動力伝達遮断方向を有するワンウェイベアリングが形成されたギヤは、前記ギヤ部の遊星ギヤ部または差動ギヤ部と噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の入力合成装置。
- 前記第1ワンウェイベアリングまたは前記第2ワンウェイベアリングのうち、前記第3ワンウェイベアリングと異なる動力伝達遮断方向を有するワンウェイベアリングが形成されたギヤは、前記第3ワンウェイベアリングが形成されたギヤと噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の入力合成装置。
- 前記ギヤ部は、前記第1入力部に形成された第1入力ギヤ及び前記第2入力部に形成された第2入力ギヤと第3入力ギヤを含み、
前記遊星ギヤ部または前記差動ギヤ部は、前記第1入力ギヤと噛み合い、前記第2入力ギヤまたは前記第3入力ギヤと噛み合うように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の入力合成装置。 - 前記第1ワンウェイベアリング及び前記第2ワンウェイベアリングは、それぞれ前記第2入力ギヤ及び前記第3入力ギヤに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の入力合成装置。
- 前記遊星ギヤ部は、
前記第1入力ギヤと噛み合う第1中間ギヤと、
該第1中間ギヤに形成され、前記第1中間ギヤの回転方向に公転する遊星ギヤと、
該遊星ギヤの間に形成されて前記遊星ギヤの自転方向と反対方向に回転するサンギヤと、
前記遊星ギヤと噛み合って、前記遊星ギヤの自転方向と同一方向に回転するリングギヤと、
該リングギヤが内部に形成され、前記リングギヤと同一方向に回転し、前記出力部が連結される第2中間ギヤと、
前記サンギヤと同一回転軸に連結形成された第3中間ギヤとを含み、
該第3中間ギヤは前記第2入力ギヤと噛み合い、前記第2中間ギヤは前記第3入力ギヤと噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の入力合成装置。 - 前記差動ギヤ部は、
前記第1入力ギヤと噛み合う第1中間ギヤと、
該第1中間ギヤの平面部に形成された第1べべルギヤと、
該第1べべルギヤと噛み合うアイドルギヤと、
該アイドルギヤが回転可能に形成された回転軸が連結され、前記アイドルギヤの公転方向と同一方向に回転する第2中間ギヤと、
前記アイドルギヤと噛み合い、前記第1べべルギヤと向かい合うように形成された第2べべルギヤと、
該第2ベベルギヤが平面部に形成される第3中間ギヤとを含み、
前記アイドルギヤが形成された回転軸には、前記出力部が連結されて、
前記第3中間ギヤは前記第2入力ギヤと噛み合い、前記第2中間ギヤは前記第3入力ギヤと噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項8記載の入力合成装置。 - 前記第2中間ギヤと、前記第3入力ギヤとの間には、第4中間ギヤが噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の入力合成装置。
- 前記第3ワンウェイベアリングは、前記第3中間ギヤに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の入力合成装置。
