Claims (2)
- 気筒の内部の圧力を検出する筒内圧センサと、
エンジン負荷を検出する負荷検出器と、
前記筒内圧センサの検出結果及び前記負荷検出器の検出結果が入力される制御装置と、
前記気筒内へ空気を供給する吸気マニホールドと、
前記吸気マニホールドから供給される空気に気体燃料を噴射して混合させるガスインジェクタと、
前記気筒に液体燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
を備え、
前記ガスインジェクタが噴射した前記気体燃料を空気と混合させてから前記気筒内の燃焼室に流入させる予混合燃焼モードと、前記燃料噴射弁が前記液体燃料を前記燃焼室内に噴射することにより燃焼する拡散燃焼モードと、を切り替えて稼動可能であり、
前記制御装置は、前記負荷検出器によって検出された負荷がゼロであり、且つ、前記筒内圧センサの検出結果から得られる筒内圧力が閾値以上である場合、前記負荷検出器による検出に異常があると判定し、
前記制御装置は、前記予混合燃焼モードでの稼動中に前記負荷検出器による検出に異常があると判定した場合、前記予混合燃焼モードから前記拡散燃焼モードに切り替えることを特徴とするエンジン。 - 請求項1に記載のエンジンであって、
前記制御装置は、前記予混合燃焼モードでの稼動中に前記負荷検出器による検出に異常があると判定し、前記予混合燃焼モードから前記拡散燃焼モードに切り替える場合に、前記筒内圧センサの検出値に基づいてエンジン負荷を計算により推定し、推定されたエンジン負荷に基づいて、前記拡散燃焼モードへの切替直後に前記燃料噴射弁が噴射する前記液体燃料の量を算出することを特徴とするエンジン。
