Claims (13)
- 試料基材を受けるように構成された基材領域を有する基材フレームと、

試料基材の一部に隔離ゾーンをもたらすように構成された圧縮アセンブリと、
隔離ゾーンに溶出流体を流すように構成された流体チャネルと、

前記隔離ゾーンは、前記試料基材の一部に設けられ、前記圧縮アセンブリは、前記基材カバー上に形成された屈曲部に配置された圧縮部材を含み、
前記屈曲部は、試料基材の試料領域付近に配置されるように構成されており、前記屈曲部は、隔離ゾーンに加えられる力を分配するように構成されている、試料保存抽出デバイス。 - 圧縮アセンブリが、二次部材をさらに含み、前記二次部材が基材フレームに配置されている、請求項1に記載の試料保存抽出デバイス。
- 基材フレーム、基材カバー又はその両方が1以上のギャップスタンドオフを含み、及び/又は基材カバーが入口ポートを含み、及び/又は基材フレーム及び基材カバーがそれぞれ入口ポート及び出口ポートを含み、及び/又は基材カバーがリビングヒンジを使用して基材フレームに接続されており、及び/又は基材カバーの少なくとも部分が基材フレームの少なくとも部分の上を滑動するように構成されており;及び/又は基材カバーが、圧縮アセンブリ及び試料基材の間の密閉表面の均一な圧力分布を容易にする1以上のバランス構造を含み、及び/又は基材フレームが基材カバーの圧縮部材の位置に対応する穴を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の試料保存抽出デバイス。
- 屈曲部が二重屈曲設計を含む、請求項1に記載の試料保存抽出デバイス。
- 薄膜多重層可撓性ヒータの形態である発熱素子を更に含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の試料保存抽出デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の試料保存抽出デバイスを準備するステップと、
基材フレームの部分に試料基材を配置するステップと、
試料基材に対して圧縮力を所定の方向に加えることにより、試料基材の一部に隔離ゾーンをもたらすステップと、
溶出流体を流して、隔離ゾーンを通過又は横断させるステップと、
圧縮力を解放するステップと、
隔離ゾーンから流出した溶出流体の部分を分析するステップと
を含む方法。 - 隔離ゾーンをもたらすステップが、試料を有する試料基材の部分を、試料基材の他の部分から隔離することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 隔離ゾーンをもたらすステップが、圧縮アセンブリ、例えば圧縮リングアセンブリの1以上の密閉特徴を、試料基材に対して圧縮することを含む、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の方法。
- 隔離ゾーンをもたすステップが、所定量の圧力を基材カバーに対して加えて、圧縮密閉を形成することを含む、請求項6乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
