Therefore, when the other end 38b of the signal line 38 is connected to the wrong terminal connection portion 31b, the heating operation of the room in which the remote control 37 is installed can be performed even if the remote control 37 performs an operation such as heating operation or temperature setting. Another room is heated without being performed or the correct temperature cannot be set, and such miswiring occurs not only in the installation of the equipment but also in the repair work of the failure. In order to prevent this miswiring, the pair of forward pipes 50 and return pipes 51, connection ports 29a and 30a to which they are connected, thermal valves 40 and connection ports 29a and 30a corresponding to these connection ports 29a and 30a By confirming the relationship between the signal line 38 fixed to the clip 39 corresponding to and the terminal connecting portion 31b with the naked eye, erroneous wiring of the signal line 38 is surely prevented.

The clip 39 is a nylon wire fixing tool, and is fixed by inserting a leg 39a into a small hole having a diameter of about 3 mm provided in the clip mounting portion 35b of the header fixing plate 35, and rotating the wire fixing portion 39b.
The procedure for installing the hot water heater will be described.
First, a plurality of radiators 7 such as a floor heating panel and a hot water radiation panel are installed in a room to be heated. A remote controller 37 is installed for each radiator 7 and each room. The number of radiators 7 to be used is at most the number of connection ports 29a and 30a of the hot water headers 29 and 30. In the present embodiment, the number is 4 and the number of remote controllers 37 to be used is 4 at most. The heating capacity of the machine 1 and the number of the connection ports 29a and 30a of the hot water headers 29 and 30 can be freely changed according to the usage form. Each radiator 7 is connected to a hot water communication pipe 6 composed of a pair of back and forth cross-linked polyethylene pipes and the like, and each remote controller 37 is connected to a terminal 38 a of a signal line 38.

Next, the hot water communication pipe 6 connected to the radiator 7 and the signal line 38 connected to the remote controller 37 are extended to the heat source unit 1 installed outdoors, and the hot water communication pipe 6 and the signal line 38 are connected to the heat source unit. Connect to 1. First, the top plate 15 and the right side plate 13, the pipe cover 24, the fixing bracket 24a, and the right cover 56 of the frame 2 are removed.

Next, the pair of hot water connecting pipes 6 for forward / return is connected with the connection port 29a of the forward hot water header 29 and the connection port 30a of the return hot water header 30 aligned vertically, and the number of the radiators 7 is repeated. Next, the middle of the signal line 38 connected to the remote controller 27 installed in the same room as the radiator 7 is fixed to the clip 39 provided immediately above the connection port 29a of the corresponding forward hot water header 29, Further, the terminal 38 b of the signal line 37 is connected to the terminal connection part 31 b provided on the printed circuit board 31 a of the hot water circuit control part 31. The heating operation of the target room is controlled by a signal from the remote controller 37 through the thermal valve 40 that opens and closes the connection port 29a of the outgoing hot water header 29 and the corresponding terminal connection portion 31b. The hot water communication pipe 6, the connection port 29a, the connection port 30a, and the clip 39 are aligned vertically, and this position and the terminal connection part 31b to which the terminal 38b of the signal line 37 is attached can be visually confirmed, so that the signal line 37 is incorrectly wired. To prevent.

Next, a power line 54 that supplies power to the heat source unit 1 is connected. The power supply line 5 can be supplied from two directions according to the position of the commercial power supply to be used. When supplying power together with the hot water communication pipe 6 and the signal line 38 from the room, the gap between the horizontal partition plate 3 and the right side plate 10 is passed through the power cord clamp 32a above the header base 32 from the pipe connection portion 34. Pass through and connect to terminal block 54. Further, when a commercial power source is provided in the vicinity of the heat source unit 1, it can be directly connected to the terminal block 54 through the hole 56 a provided in the right cover 56, and the power line is connected according to the position of the heat source unit 1 and the commercial power source. Since the arrangement of 54 can be selected, the installation work is facilitated, the fit of the power supply line 54 is good, and the aesthetic appearance can be improved.

Next, the top plate 15 and the right side plate 13 of the frame body 2, the pipe cover 24, the fixing bracket 24 a, and the right cover 56 are attached in the reverse order and are operated from the remote control 37 installed in each room. By performing the operation and performing a trial run with each remote controller 37 to determine whether the room where the remote controller 37 is installed is normally heated, the installation work is completed.

As described above, the clip fixing portion 35b for fixing a part of the signal line 38 connected to the remote controller 37 corresponding to each radiator 7 is provided on the header fixing plate 35 corresponding to each connection port 29a, 30a. Thus, the work of fixing the signal line 38 is facilitated, and the connection pipe 6 and the signal line corresponding to each of the connection ports 29a and 30a are provided by providing the clip mounting portions 35b on the extended lines of the connection ports 29a and 30a. 38 can be visually confirmed, and erroneous wiring in the connection work of the signal line 38 can be reduced.
