Description

本開示は医療機器に、より具体的には、平面薄膜法を用いて装置上に超音波受信器を適用するためのシステムと方法に関する。
a)"有する"という語は所与の請求項に列挙されるもの以外の要素若しくは動作の存在を除外しない。
b)ある要素に先行する"a"若しくは"an"という語はかかる要素の複数の存在を除外しない。
c)請求項における任意の参照符号はその範囲を限定しない。
d)複数の"手段"は同じ項目又はハードウェア若しくはソフトウェア実装構造若しくは機能によってあらわされ得る。
e)具体的に示されない限り特定の動作順序が要求されることを意図しない。
Claims (14)
- 針のまわりに巻き付けるためのセンサ装置であって、前記センサ装置は、
複数の層を含む柔軟な平面ストリップであって、前記柔軟な平面ストリップは、遠位端部及び近位端部を有し、前記針を少なくとも部分的にカプセル化するように構成され、前記柔軟な平面ストリップは、
第一の誘電体層と、
前記第一の誘電体層上に配置される導電性シールド層と、
前記導電性シールド層上に形成される第二の誘電体層と、
前記第二の誘電体層上に配置されるパターン化導電層であって、前記パターン化導電層は、前記遠位端部に配置されるセンサ電極、前記近位端部に配置されるハブ電極、及び当該センサ電極と当該ハブ電極を接続するトレースを含む、パターン化導電層と、
前記パターン化導電層上に形成される第三の誘電体層と、
圧電性ポリマーフィルムを有する、圧電性ポリマーフィルム超音波センサと
を有し、
前記第二の誘電体層は、前記導電性シールド層の近位端部を露出するように前記近位端部において没入され、
前記第三の誘電体層は、前記センサ電極を露出し、前記ハブ電極を露出するようにそれぞれ前記遠位端部及び前記近位端部において没入され、
前記圧電性ポリマーフィルム超音波センサは、前記圧電性ポリマーフィルム超音波センサの第一の表面が前記センサ電極と電気的に接触し、前記圧電性ポリマーフィルム超音波センサの第二の表面は、前記センサ装置が前記針のまわりに巻き付けられるとき、前記針と電気的に接触するように露出されるように、前記センサ電極上に配置される、
センサ装置。 - 前記針が前記圧電性ポリマーフィルム超音波センサの前記第二の表面と電気的に接触する底部電極を形成するように、前記柔軟な平面ストリップが前記針に巻き付く、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記柔軟な平面ストリップが前記針の外周の少なくとも一部のまわりに形成される、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記針の上に前記柔軟な平面ストリップのエッジを固定するように構成される固定機構をさらに有する、請求項3に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記導電性シールド層の前記近位端部及び前記ハブ電極が外部電気接続を可能にするように折り返される、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記第三の誘電体層は前記針に固定されるように接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記第一の誘電体層が前記針の直径に等しい幅を持ち、前記柔軟な平面ストリップの少なくとも一つの他の層が前記針の前記直径未満の幅を持つ、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 医療装置を少なくとも部分的にカプセル化するために当該医療装置にらせん状に巻き付くように構成される、複数の層を含む柔軟な平面ストリップを有する、センサ装置であって、当該柔軟な平面ストリップが、
少なくとも一つの角度がついた端部を持ち、前記柔軟な平面ストリップの長手方向寸法から横方向にのびる少なくとも一つのトングを含む、前記柔軟な平面ストリップの第一の誘電体層と、
底部電極と、前記第一の誘電体層上に形成される当該底部電極に接続する底部電極トレースと、
前記底部電極上に形成される圧電層と、
上部電極と、前記圧電層上に形成される当該上部電極に接続する上部電極トレースと
を含む、
センサ装置。 - 前記医療装置が針であり、前記柔軟な平面ストリップが前記針のまわりに巻き付き、前記第一の誘電体層が当該針と接触する、請求項8に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記柔軟な平面ストリップが前記医療装置のまわりでらせん状になるときに前記トングが前記第一の誘電体層上で前記医療装置のまわりにリングを形成するように、前記少なくとも一つのトングが前記柔軟な平面ストリップとの角度を含む、請求項8に記載のセンサ装置。
- 医療装置に請求項1又は8に記載のセンサ装置を適用するための方法であって、
前記センサ装置を設けるステップと、
前記医療装置を少なくとも部分的にカプセル化するように前記医療装置に前記センサ装置を巻き付けるステップと、
前記柔軟な平面ストリップが前記医療装置上に設けられるように、前記柔軟な平面ストリップの上の固定機構を用いて前記医療装置に前記センサ装置を固定するステップと
を有する、方法。 - 前記柔軟な平面ストリップが、近位端部上に導電性シールド及びハブ電極を含み、外部電気接続を可能にするように前記導電性シールド及び前記ハブ電極を折り返すステップを更に有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な平面ストリップを医療装置の周りに巻き付けるステップは、前記柔軟な平面ストリップを前記医療装置の周りに螺旋状に巻き付けるステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟な平面ストリップは、前記柔軟な平面ストリップが前記医療装置のまわりでらせん状になるときにトングが前記医療装置のまわりにリングセンサを形成するように、前記柔軟な平面ストリップと角度をなす少なくとも一つの前記トングを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
