Claims (4)
- 上方に開口する噴出口を有する容器と、該容器の底面を加熱する第1ヒータと、前記容器の内部に位置する第2ヒータとを備えており、
該第2ヒータは、前記噴出口と前記底面との間に位置しており、板状であって前記底面と対向するように位置しており、反っている過熱水蒸気発生ユニット。 - 上方に開口する噴出口を有する容器と、該容器の底面を加熱する第1ヒータと、前記容器の内部に位置する第2ヒータとを備えており、
該第2ヒータは、前記噴出口と前記底面との間に位置しており、板状であって前記底面と対向するように位置しており、底面に対して傾斜するように位置している過熱水蒸気発生ユニット。 - 前記第1ヒータが板状のセラミックヒータから成るとともに、前記容器の底面が金属板である請求項1または請求項2に記載の過熱水蒸気発生ユニット。
- 横断面視したときに、前記容器の内周が四角形状であるとともに、前記第2ヒータが前記内周の3辺に接触しており残りの1辺から離れて位置している請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の過熱水蒸気発生ユニット。
