Description
Claims (16)
- セラミック光透過性障壁セルの空洞内に発光材料を封入するためにモノリシックセラミック構造を有するセラミック光透過性障壁セルを製造する方法であって、
前記発光材料は、吸収色分布に従って、前記発光材料に衝突する光の部分を吸収し、該吸収される光の部分を発光色分布を有する光に変換するように構成され、
当該方法は、
− 材料ミックスを第1の型内に提供することによって、予成形障壁セルの部分を形成する段階であって、前記材料ミックスは、光透過性セラミック材料を形成する無機粒子とバインダとを含む段階と、
− 前記予成形障壁セルの空洞を定めるために前記部分の上に犠牲層を提供する段階であって、前記犠牲層は、前記セラミック光透過性障壁セルを製造する当該方法において犠牲にされる犠牲材料を含む段階と、
− 前記材料ミックスを第2の型内に提供することによって、前記予成形障壁セルの残余の部分を形成する段階であって、前記第2の型は、前記犠牲層を備える前記部分を含む段階と、
− 前記予成形障壁セルから前記犠牲層を少なくとも部分的に取り除き、それにより、前記予成形障壁セルの前記空洞を得る段階とを含む、
方法。 - 前記バインダを少なくとも部分的に取り除くために、並びに前記予成形障壁セルを前記セラミック光透過性障壁セルに変態させるために、前記予成形障壁セルに熱を加える段階を更に含み、任意的に、前記犠牲層を少なくとも部分的に取り除く段階は、前記予成形障壁セルに熱を加える段階と組み合わせられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部分を形成する段階及び前記残余の部分を形成する段階は、射出成形、スリップ鋳造、圧力鋳造、又は低圧射出成形、のうちの1つによって少なくとも行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記残余の部分を形成する段階の後に、前記予成形障壁セルに溶解液を提供することによって、前記予成形障壁セルから前記バインダを少なくとも部分的に取り除く段階を更に含み、それは前記予成形障壁セルから前記バインダを少なくとも部分的に取り除き、任意的に、前記犠牲層を少なくとも部分的に取り除く段階は、前記バインダを少なくとも部分的に取り除く段階と組み合わせられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲層は、少なくとも、
− 溶解液又は他の溶解液中で溶解可能である、第1の有機材料である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記犠牲層は、
− 熱分解温度まで加熱されると分解して揮発性成分になる、第2の有機材料であって、第2の有機材料の熱分解は、前記熱分解温度で開始する、第2の有機材料、
− 熱及び/又は触媒の影響の下で解重合する材料、
− 光化学反応の結果として特定の溶解液中で溶解可能になる材料、
− その溶解温度より上に加熱されると液体になる材料、
− 前記無機粒子と反応しないエッチング液によるエッチング処理によって取り除かれる材料、
のうちの少なくとも1つである、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記犠牲層を少なくとも部分的に取り除く段階は、少なくとも、
− 前記犠牲材料が、前記溶解液又は前記他の溶解液中で溶解可能な前記第1の有機材料であるならば、前記溶解液又は前記他の溶解液を前記予成形障壁セルに提供する段階であって、前記犠牲層は前記予成形障壁セル内で少なくとも部分的に溶解する、段階、
を含む、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記犠牲層を少なくとも部分的に取り除く段階は、
− 前記犠牲材料が、前記熱分解温度まで加熱されると分解して揮発性成分になる、前記第2の有機材料であるならば、前記予成形障壁セルを前記熱分解温度より上の温度まで加熱して、前記分解される犠牲材料を取り除く、段階、
− 前記犠牲材料が、熱及び/又は触媒の影響の下で解重合する材料であるならば、前記触媒を前記予成形障壁セルに提供して、前記予成形障壁セルを、前記解重合を得るのに十分な高い特定の温度まで加熱する、段階、
− 前記犠牲材料が、光化学反応の結果として前記特定の溶解液中で溶解可能になる材料であるならば、前記予成形障壁セルに光を提供し、然る後、前記特定の溶解液が前記予成形障壁セルに提供される、段階、
− 前記犠牲材料が、その溶解温度より上まで加熱されると液体になる前記材料であるならば、前記予成形障壁セルを前記溶解温度より上の温度まで加熱し、ウィッキングを用いて前記液体を取り除く、段階、
− 前記犠牲材料が、前記エッチング液によるエッチング処理によって取り除かれてよい材料であってよい前記材料であるならば、エッチング液を前記予成形障壁セルに提供する、段階、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記残余の部分を形成する段階において、通路が前記空洞と前記予成形障壁セルの外側との間で開いたままにされ、
当該方法は、
− 前記セラミック光透過性障壁セルを得る前記加熱する段階の後に、前記通路を介して前記発光材料を前記空洞内に提供する段階や、
− 前記通路を気密及び液密シールで封止する段階も含む、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記犠牲層を提供する段階は、i)射出成形、スリップ鋳造、又は圧力鋳造を用いて前記犠牲層を製造すること、ii)前記部分の上に前記犠牲材料のシートを提供すること、iii)前記部分の上に前記犠牲材料の層を印刷すること、iv)前記部分の上に前記犠牲材料の層を分配すること、v)前記部分を前記犠牲層のフォイルと積層すること、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無機粒子は、以下の材料、即ち、多結晶酸化アルミニウム、イットリウムアルミニウムガーネット、スピネル、酸化イットリウム、アルミニウム酸窒化物、立方二酸化ジルコニウム、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部分及び前記残余の部分が射出成形を用いて形成されるならば、前記バインダは、以下の材料、即ち、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 光透過性セラミック材料の障壁セルであって、
当該障壁セルは、
空洞を含むモノリシックなセラミック構造と、
前記空洞内の発光材料とを含み、該発光材料は、吸収色分布に従って、前記発光材料に衝突する光の部分を吸収し、発光色分布に従って、前記吸収される光の部分を光に変換するように構成され、
当該障壁セルの外側層が、気体及び液体を通さない、
障壁セル。 - 当該障壁セルは、
− 前記発光材料が、量子閉込めを示し且つ少なくとも一次元においてナノメートル範囲内の大きさを有する粒子を含み、該粒子は、量子ドット、量子ロッド、又は量子テトラポッドのうちのいずれか1つを含むこと、
− 前記発光材料は、無機発光材料又は有機発光材料を含むこと、
のうちの少なく1つである、
請求項13に記載の障壁セル。 - 前記障壁セルは、前記空洞へのアクセスをもたらすために、前記外側層を通じる少なくとも1つの通路を含み、前記空洞が前記発光材料を含むならば、前記通路は気密及び液密シールによって閉塞される、請求項13に記載の障壁セル。
- 光を放射する光源であって、
− 光を放射する光エミッタと、
− 請求項13に記載の障壁セルとを含み、該障壁セルは、当該光源によって放射される前記光の少なくとも部分を受け取るように構成される、
光源。
