Claims (18)
- 吸入部が提供されるシェルと、
前記シェルの内部に具備され、冷媒の圧縮空間を形成するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの内部で軸方向に往復運動可能に提供されるピストンと、
前記シリンダの一側に提供され、前記冷媒の圧縮空間で圧縮された冷媒を選択的に排出する吐出バルブと、
前記シリンダに形成され、前記吐出バルブを介して排出された冷媒のうち少なくとも一部の冷媒を前記シリンダの内部に流入させるノズル部と、
を含み、
前記シェルの内部に備えられ、前記吸入部を介して吸入された冷媒のノイズを低減し、第1マフラー及び第2マフラーを含む吸入マフラーと、
前記吸入マフラーに設置される第1フィルタと、
前記第1マフラーと前記第2マフラーのうちいずれか一つに形成される溝部と、
前記第1マフラーと前記第2マフラーのうち他の一つに形成され、前記溝部に結合される突起部と、を更に含み、
前記第1フィルタの両側部は、前記溝部と前記突起部との間に介在することを特徴とするリニア圧縮機。 - 前記第1フィルタは磁性を有する材質を含む、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記第1フィルタはステンレススチール材質で構成される、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記シリンダの外側に固定されるフレームと、
前記シリンダと前記フレームとの間の冷媒の流動空間に設置される第2フィルタと、を更に含む、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記シリンダにはシリンダ本体及び前記シリンダ本体の半径方向外側に延長されるシリンダフランジ部が含まれ、
前記フレームには前記シリンダフランジ部が挿入される凹部及び前記シリンダフランジ部の一面が安着される安着部が具備される、請求項4に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記第2フィルタは前記フレームの前記安着部に置かれる、請求項5に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記第2フィルタは前記シリンダフランジ部の外周面と前記凹部の内周面との間に置かれる、請求項5に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記第2フィルタはリング状を有する、請求項4に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記第2フィルタにはPET材質の不織布が含まれる、請求項4に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記シリンダの外周面から凹んで前記ノズル部に連通するガス流入部と、
前記ガス流入部に設置される第3フィルタと、を更に含む、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記第3フィルタには、設定された厚さ又は直径を有する糸が含まれる、請求項10に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記糸はPET材質で構成される、請求項11に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記糸は前記ガス流入部に多数回巻かれるように設置される、請求項11に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 吸入部が提供されるシェルと、
前記シェルの内部に備えられ、冷媒の圧縮空間を形成し、シリンダ本体及び前記シリンダ本体の半径方向外側に延長されるシリンダフランジ部が備えられるシリンダと、
前記シリンダの外側に固定され、前記シリンダフランジ部が挿入される凹部及び前記シリンダフランジ部が安着される安着部が備えられるフレームと、
前記シリンダの内部で軸方向に往復運動可能に提供されるピストンと、
前記シリンダの一側に提供され、前記冷媒の圧縮空間で圧縮された冷媒を選択的に排出する吐出バルブと、
前記シリンダに形成され、前記吐出バルブを介して排出された冷媒のうち少なくとも一部の冷媒を前記シリンダの内部に流入させるノズル部と、
前記シリンダと前記フレームとの間の冷媒流動空間に設置され、前記フレームの前記安着部に置かれるフィルタと、を含む、リニア圧縮機。 - 前記フィルタは、リング状を有する、請求項14に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記フィルタは、PET材質の不織布を含む、請求項14に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 吸入部が提供されるシェルと、
前記シェルの内部に備えられ、冷媒の圧縮空間を形成するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの内部で軸方向に往復運動可能に提供されるピストンと、
前記シリンダの一側に提供され、前記冷媒の圧縮空間で圧縮された冷媒を選択的に排出する吐出バルブと、
前記シリンダに形成され、前記吐出バルブを介して排出された冷媒のうち少なくとも一部の冷媒を前記シリンダの内部に流入させるノズル部と、
前記シリンダの外周面から凹み、前記ノズル部に連通するガス流入部と、
を含み、
前記ガス流入部に設置され、設定された直径を有する糸が巻かれて構成されるフィルタを更に含む、リニア圧縮機。 - 前記糸は、PET材質で構成される、請求項17に記載のリニア圧縮機。
