- 大腸の内部の便の状態を評価する診断装置であって、
エコー信号検出手段と、便状態評価手段を備え、
前記エコー信号検出手段は、前記大腸を伝搬方向とする超音波を発生して前記大腸からのエコー信号を検出し、
前記便状態評価手段は、
前記エコー信号を前記伝搬方向とは垂直方向に統計処理を施した後に、
前記伝搬方向に対して、2次多項式の近似曲線を用いて前記大腸の内部の便の状態が硬便であるか否かを評価する、診断装置。 - 大腸の内部の便の状態を評価する診断装置であって、
エコー信号検出手段と、便状態評価手段を備え、
前記エコー信号検出手段は、前記大腸を伝搬方向とする超音波を発生して前記大腸からのエコー信号を検出し、
前記便状態評価手段は、
前記エコー信号において、前記大腸を含む部分に対してフーリエ変換を行って高周波成分を確認すること、並びに/又は、前記大腸の内部の滞留物のサイズ及び/若しくは個数を検出することにより、前記大腸の内部の便の状態が軟便であるか否かを評価する、診断装置。 - 大腸の内部の便の状態を評価する診断装置であって、
エコー信号を用いて前記大腸の超音波画像データを得る画像取得手段と、
前記超音波画像データにおいて、超音波画像の前記大腸を含む部分に対して2次元フーリエ変換を行い、軟便判定値よりも高周波成分を確認し、並びに/又は、前記大腸の内部の滞留物のサイズ及び/若しくは個数を検出し、並びに/又は、前記超音波画像データにおいて、前記大腸の内部の動きを検出して、前記大腸の内部の便の状態が軟便であるか否かを評価する便状態評価手段を備える診断装置。 - 前記便状態評価手段は、前記超音波画像の前記大腸を含む部分に対して2値化処理を行い、膨張収縮処理を行うことによって基準個数以上の粒状の滞留物を検出する、請求項3記載の診断装置。
- 大腸の内部の便の状態を評価する診断装置における診断方法であって、
前記診断装置が備える画像取得手段が、エコー信号を用いて前記大腸の超音波画像データを得るステップと、
前記診断装置が備える便状態評価手段が、前記超音波画像データにおいて、超音波画像の前記大腸を含む部分に対して2次元フーリエ変換を行い、軟便判定値よりも高周波成分を確認し、並びに/又は、前記大腸の内部の滞留物のサイズ及び/若しくは個数を検出し、並びに/又は、前記超音波画像データにおいて、前記大腸の内部の動きを検出して、前記大腸の内部の便の状態が軟便であるか否かを評価するステップを含む診断方法。
