前記加熱チャンバー中に位置する乾燥剤と、
前記加熱チャンバー中に保持されおよび前記加熱チャンバーを加熱するように構成されたヒーターと、
弁アセンブリであって、前記ハウジングによって保持され、ならびに、
前記弁アセンブリが前記加熱チャンバーと前記凝縮チャンバーとの間の前記脱着ポートを密閉し、および前記加熱チャンバーの中へ水蒸気を送るために前記加熱チャンバーの中への前記吸着ポートを開く吸着位置と、
