Claims (13)
- 波長変換部材上に第1の波長の光を発するように配されている高輝度光源であって、前記波長変換部材は、第2の波長の光を発する並びに前記第1の波長の光を伝達させる及び/又は前記第1の波長の光を反射する、高輝度光源と、
前記波長変換部材から発される、伝達される及び/又は反射される光を集光するように配されている集光レンズと、
を有する発光装置であって、
前記波長変換部材は、
前記第1の波長の光を前記第2の波長の光に変換するように配されている波長変換要素と、
前記第2の波長の光を反射するように配されている反射性熱伝導要素と、
前記第1の波長及び前記第2の波長の光を伝達するように配されているビーム成形熱伝導要素と、
を有し、
前記ビーム成形熱伝導要素は、前記第1の波長及び前記第2の波長の光を集光レンズの集光角の範囲内の角度分布によって、指向するように配されており、
前記波長変換要素は、前記ビーム成形熱伝導要素と直接的に熱的接触をしていると共に、前記反射性熱伝導要素と熱的接触をしており、前記波長変換要素は、代わりに前記波長変換要素が前記反射性熱伝導要素に面している一面を除いて全ての側から前記ビーム成形熱伝導要素によって囲まれている、
発光装置。 - 前記反射性熱伝導要素は、前記ビーム成形熱伝導要素と直接的に熱的接触をしている、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ビーム成形熱伝導要素は、半球状、球面、自由な型又はフレネルレンズである、請求項1又は2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換要素は材料のドープされた部分を有し、前記ビーム成形熱伝導要素は前記材料のドープされていない部分を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換要素及び/又は前記ビーム成形熱伝導要素は、イットリウム・アルミニウム・ガーネット(YAG)又はルテチウム・アルミニウム・ガーネット(LuAG)を有する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換要素は、Ceをドープされた、イットリウム・アルミニウム・ガーネット、(YAG)又はルテチウム・アルミニウム・ガーネット(LuAG)を有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換要素は、ドープされたAl2O3を有する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ビーム成形熱伝導要素は、YAG、CaF、Al2O3、ダイヤモンド又はガラスを有する、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記高輝度光源はモノクロである、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記高輝度光源は、レーザダイオード及び/又は発光ダイオード(LED)を有する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の波長の光及び前記第2の波長の光が混合部材内で混合されるように、前記波長変換部材から生じて前記集光レンズにより集光される光を混合するように配されている前記混合部材を更に有する、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換部材から生じ前記集光レンズにより集光される光を、前記光が前記集光レンズを出た後に前記混合部材に焦束させるように配されている付加的なレンズを更に有する、請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の発光装置を有するデジタル・プロジェクタ。
