Claims (11)
- バレル18と、前記バレル18内を動くように適合されたプランジャアセンブリ12と、を有する安全注射器10の為のバレルアダプタ20であって、
前記バレル18の遠位端と封止係合するように適合されたバレル先端32と、
針28と、前記針28が貫通して延びる針ハブ24と、針封止材26と、を含む針アセンブリ42であって、前記針アセンブリ42は、少なくとも一部分が前記バレル先端32内に配置されており、前記針28は、前記針28が前記バレル先端32の遠位端から延びる注射位置から、前記針28が前記バレル先端32内又は前記バレル18内の少なくとも一方に配置される引き込み位置まで動くように適合されている、前記針アセンブリ42と、
針引き込み機構21であって、前記針引き込み機構21は、付勢部材30及び作動可能なロック構成31を含み、前記作動可能なロック構成31は、ロック機構22を含み、前記ロック機構22は、前記ロック構成31がロックされている場合には、前記付勢部材30をエネルギ蓄積位置で維持するように前記バレル先端32と解放自在に係合し、作動している場合には、前記付勢部材30を解放し、前記ロック構成31は、前記付勢部材30が少なくとも部分的にエネルギ放出可能となるように前記バレル先端32から前記ロック機構22を解放するように、前記プランジャアセンブリ12を押下げることが可能であり、前記付勢部材30は、前記エネルギ蓄積位置から解放された場合に、前記針28を前記注射位置から前記引き込み位置まで動かすように配置されている、前記針引き込み機構21とを備え、
前記針28が、前記針引き込み機構21の内部にスライド可能に受容され、前記針アセンブリ42の一部は、前記ロック機構22の近位端から突出し、前記付勢部材30は、圧縮され、ねじられて、前記ロック機構22と前記バレル先端32との間に取り付けられており、前記ロック機構22が前記バレル先端32に向かって動くと、前記ロック機構22が回転して、前記ロック機構22と前記バレル先端32とが切り離される、圧縮ばねである、
バレルアダプタ20。 - 前記バレル先端32及び前記ロック機構22の少なくとも一方は、少なくとも1つのロック面32aを含み、前記バレル先端32及び前記ロック機構22のもう一方は、少なくとも1つの、対応する受け側部品46を含む、請求項1に記載のバレルアダプタ20。
- 前記ロック面32aは突起を含み、前記受け側部品46は前記突起を摺動可能に受容するように構成された溝47を含む、請求項2に記載のバレルアダプタ20。
- 前記付勢部材30は、ねじり付勢の圧縮ばねを含み、前記ロック構成31は、圧縮又はねじれの少なくとも一方によって作動可能である、請求項1に記載のバレルアダプタ20。
- 前記針28が前記引き込み位置にある場合に、前記針28が前記バレル先端32を貫通して遠位方向に動くことを阻止するように配置された針ブロック34を更に備える、請求項1に記載のバレルアダプタ20。
- 前記針引き込み機構21は、少なくとも一部分が前記バレル先端32内に配置されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のバレルアダプタ20。
- 前記ロック機構22は、前記針ハブ24と係合する、請求項1に記載のバレルアダプタ20。
- 遠位端及び近位端を有するバレル18と、
前記バレル18内を動くように適合されたプランジャアセンブリ12と、
前記バレル18の前記遠位端と封止係合している、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のバレルアダプタ20と、
を備える自動引き込み式安全注射器10。 - 自動引き込み式安全注射器10の組み立て方法であって、
バレル18内を動くプランジャアセンブリ12を配置するステップと、
バレル先端32を前記バレル18の遠位端と封止係合させるステップと、
前記バレル先端32を前記バレル18の前記遠位端と封止係合させる前記ステップの前又は後に、前記バレル先端32内及び前記バレル18内を動く針アセンブリ42を、前記針アセンブリ42の針28が前記バレル先端32から延びる注射位置と、前記針28が前記バレル先端32内又は前記バレル18内の少なくとも一方に配置される引き込み位置との間に配置するステップと、
付勢部材30及び作動可能なロック構成31を含む針引き込み機構21を前記バレル18内に配置するステップであって、前記作動可能なロック構成31は、ロック機構22を含み、前記ロック機構22は、前記ロック構成31がロックされている場合には、前記付勢部材30をエネルギ蓄積位置で維持するように前記バレル先端32と解放自在に係合し、作動している場合には、前記付勢部材30を解放し、前記ロック構成31は、前記付勢部材30が少なくとも部分的にエネルギ放出可能となるように前記バレル先端32から前記ロック機構22を解放するように、前記プランジャアセンブリ12を押下げることが可能であり、前記付勢部材30は、前記エネルギ蓄積位置から解放された場合に、前記針28を前記注射位置から前記引き込み位置まで動かせるように配置されている、前記ステップとを含み、
前記針28が、前記針引き込み機構21の内部にスライド可能に受容され、前記針アセンブリ42の少なくとも一部は、前記ロック機構22の近位端から突出し、前記付勢部材30は、圧縮され、ねじられて、前記ロック機構22と前記バレル先端32との間に取り付けられており、前記ロック機構22が前記バレル先端32に向かって動くと、前記ロック機構22が回転して、前記ロック機構22と前記バレル先端32とが切り離される、圧縮ばねである、
