Claims (11)
- 電気導波路と冷却管とを接続するための接続片であって、
中空の内部空間を有する流体密封ハウジング(1)と、
前記導波路を受け入れるための前記ハウジング(1)内の導波路開口部(2)と、
冷却管を収容するための前記ハウジング(1)内の冷却管開口部(3)と、
電気絶縁性分離要素(4)を備え、
内部空間は前記導波路開口部(2)と前記冷却管開口部(3)とを液圧的に接続するように形成され、前記ハウジング(1)は、冷却管側ハウジング部(5)と、前記冷却管側ハウジング部(5)から分離可能な導波路側ハウジング部(6)とを備え、前記冷却管側ハウジング部(5)と前記導波路側ハウジング部(6)との間に分離要素(4)が配置され、分離要素(4)は冷却管側ハウジング部(5)と導波路側ハウジング部(6)とが互いから離間するように離れて隣接するように形成され、
分離要素(4)が冷却溝(7)を有する球状に形成される、ことを特徴とする、接続片。 - 前記分離要素(4)がセラミック材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続片。
- 前記接続片は、前記導波路開口部(2)内に配置された、前記導波路を前記導波路側ハウジング部(6)に固定するための導電性連結片(8)を備え、前記連結片(8)は、前記連結片(8)の玉側の端部に、球形の断片状または円錐形の凹部(9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の接続片。
- 前記連結片(8)は、前記連結片(8)の導波路側の端部に集積ディスク(10)を含み、集積ディスク(10)は電気導波路を受けるための2つ以上の孔を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の接続片。
- 前記連結片(8)はコンタクトプレート(11)を含み、前記コンタクトプレート(11)は、前記導波路側ハウジング部(6)を通って形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の接続片。
- 前記ハウジング(1)は2つ以上の内部空間を有し、前記内部空間の第1の内部空間と、第1の内部空間とは異なる前記内部空間の第2の内部空間は、前記ハウジング(1)の内部で液圧的に互いに離されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接続片。
- 前記第1の内部空間は1つの導波路開口部(2)に液圧的に接続され、前記第2の内部空間は3つの導波路開口部(2)に液圧的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の接続片。
- 前記第1の内部空間は2つの導波路開口部(2)に液圧的に接続され、前記第2の内部空間は2つの導波路開口部(2)に液圧的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の接続片。
- 冷却管側ハウジング部(5)と導波路側ハウジング部(6)は、板バネ軸受ネジ(12)によって互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の接続片。
- 前記冷却管側ハウジング部(5)は、銅から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の接続片。
- 前記導波路側ハウジング部(6)は、ガラス繊維強化プラスチックから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接続片。
