Abstract
本发明提供一种分离式热缩端子,具体涉及热缩端子生产领域,包括热缩管和裸端子管,所述裸端子管设于热缩管内,所述裸端子管的管径小于所述热缩管的管径,即所述裸端子管和所述热缩管之间为分离式结构,所述热缩管采用特氟龙或全氟丙烯,所述胶环采用尼龙或EVE或EAA。本发明可有效提高热缩端子连接便捷度以及防水性能和物理强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于热缩端子生产领域,具体涉及一种分离式热缩端子。
背景技术
热缩端子用于电气线路连接,产品使用安全快捷,具有绝缘,防水,应力保护的功能。现有的热缩端子多为一体式结构,普遍在热缩管内设置固定的金属管,此类热缩端子其防水性和整体强度普遍较低;
申请号为2016205415301的专利,公开了一种热缩端子,双壁管内部安装有裸端子,所述双壁管由外壁层和内壁层组成,内壁层的外围设置有外壁层,外壁层和内壁层一体式成型,裸端子安装在内壁层中部,该专利结构简单,设计合理,操作简便,但其防水性能和强度仍有待改进提高;
针对上述不足,现需要一种分离式热缩端子,可有效提高热缩端子连接便捷度以及防水性能和物理强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种分离式热缩端子,可有效提高热缩端子连接便捷度以及防水性能和物理强度。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种分离式热缩端子,包括热缩管和裸端子管,所述裸端子管设于热缩管内,所述裸端子管的管径小于所述热缩管的管径,即所述裸端子管和所述热缩管之间为分离式结构。
优选的,所述热缩管采用特氟龙或全氟丙烯,所述胶环采用尼龙或EVE或EAA。
优选的,所述裸端子管采用紫铜镀锡材质,所述镀锡镀层为2至4微米。
优选的,所述热缩管包括第一连接段、中间段和第二连接段,所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段对称设于所述中间段两端,所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段的直径大于中间段直径,且所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段与中间段为弧度一体成型结构。
优选的,所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段内径为1至10毫米,中间段内径为1至10毫米、裸端子管内径为1至5毫米;且所述第一连接段、所述第二连接段、所述中间段、所述胶环和所述裸端子管壁为0.2至1毫米,长度为5至50毫米。
优选的,所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段内设有胶环,所述胶环直径为1至10毫米,所述胶环壁厚为0.2至1毫米。
优选的,所述裸端子管的侧壁设有限位孔,所述限位孔位于所述裸端子管的中间位置。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过分离式结构可有效提高热缩端子连接便捷度,并通过更优材质的热缩管大大提高了防水性能和物理强度。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,一种分离式热缩端子,包括热缩管1和裸端子管3,所述裸端子管1设于热缩管1内,所述裸端子管3的管径小于所述热缩管1的管径,即所述裸端子管3和所述热缩管1之间为分离式结构;连接时裸端子管3是在热缩端子管1外部,操作空间大,连接直观可见,可提高连接的便捷度;所述热缩管1采用特氟龙或全氟丙烯,所述胶环2采用尼龙或EVE或EAA,此类材质耐腐蚀、耐高温,且物理强度高,可有效提高产品的使用寿命;所述裸端子管3采用紫铜镀锡材质,所述镀锡镀层为2至4微米,不仅可确保导电性,且可有效避免端子被腐蚀
其中,所述热缩管1包括第一连接段11、中间段12和第二连接段13,所述第一连接段11和所述第二连接段12对称设于所述中间段12两端,所述第一连接段11和所述第二连接段12的直径大于中间段13直径,且所述第一连接段11和所述第二连接段12与中间段13为弧度一体成型结构,整体结构呈哑铃状,更便于热缩端子的连接收缩,可有效提高防水性能;所述第一连接段11和所述第二连接段13内径为1至10毫米,中间段12内径为1至10毫米、裸端子管3内径为1至5毫米;且所述第一连接段11、所述第二连接段13、所述中间段12、所述裸端子管壁为0.2至1毫米,长度为5至50毫米,此参数可有效满足,常见的各类连接线材的需求;所述第一连接段11和所述第二连接段12内设有胶环2,所述胶环2直径为1至10毫米,所述胶环2壁厚为0.2至1毫米,通过胶环2可提高密闭防水性,且该参数的胶环可满足产品的使用需求;所述裸端子管3的侧壁设有限位孔4,所述限位孔4位于所述裸端子管4的中间位置,通过限位孔4可确保裸端子管3的稳固;

本产品无论可靠度、强度和防水性能优异,本发明连接时裸端子管3是在热缩端子管1外部,操作空间大,连接直观可见,可提高连接的便捷度;热缩管1采用特氟龙或全氟丙烯,胶环2采用尼龙或EVE或EAA,此类材质耐腐蚀、耐高温,且物理强度高,可有效提高产品的使用寿命;裸端子管3采用紫铜镀锡材质,镀锡镀层为2至4微米,不仅可确保导电性,且可有效避免端子被腐蚀。

1.一种分离式热缩端子,其特征在于:包括热缩管和裸端子管,所述裸端子管设于热缩管内,所述裸端子管的管径小于所述热缩管的管径,即所述裸端子管和所述热缩管之间为分离式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分离式热缩端子,其特征在于:所述热缩管采用特氟龙或全氟丙烯,所述胶环采用尼龙或EVE或EAA。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种分离式热缩端子,其特征在于:所述裸端子管采用紫铜镀锡材质,所述镀锡镀层为2至4微米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种分离式热缩端子,其特征在于:所述热缩管包括第一连接段、中间段和第二连接段,所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段对称设于所述中间段两端,所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段的直径大于中间段直径,且所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段与中间段为弧度一体成型结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种分离式热缩端子,其特征在于:所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段内径为1至10毫米,中间段内径为1至10毫米、裸端子管内径为1至5毫米;且所述第一连接段、所述第二连接段、所述中间段、所述胶环和所述裸端子管壁为0.2至1毫米,长度为5至50毫米。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种分离式热缩端子,其特征在于:所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段内设有胶环,所述胶环直径为1至10毫米,所述胶环壁厚为0.2至1毫米。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种分离式热缩端子,其特征在于:所述裸端子管的侧壁设有限位孔,所述限位孔位于所述裸端子管的中间位置。
