前記切断ユニットは、前記麺帯ガイド部材から突出して前記回転軸に一体的に固定され、前記回転軸の回転駆動とともに回転可能な板状の切断刃と、前記切刃ユニットに送られる前記麺帯を前記切断刃の刃先との間で切断する刃先受部材とを有し、
