Description
Claims (8)
- 地盤の対象表面から掘削された穿孔孔の所定深さに位置する定着長と、
前記対象表面の付近に位置するヘッド部と、
引張力を受けた状態で前記定着長と前記ヘッド部の間を連結し、前記定着長の定着力を構造体に伝達するように設置される引張材と、
その一端は前記定着長の所定位置に固定され、その他端は前記ヘッド部に自由端の形態で配置され、前記定着長に対する前記ヘッド部の相対変位を把握できるように設置される変位測定材とを含み、
前記ヘッド部の基準位置と前記変位測定材の他端の位置を比較できるように形成される比較マーカーをさらに含み、
前記比較マーカーは、
前記変位測定材の他端を囲んで前記ヘッド部に取り付けられる栓を含む、保有応力の自己診断が可能な地盤アンカー。 - 前記比較マーカーは、
前記変位測定材の他端が接触して押す力により前記ヘッド部から分離されるように形成された着脱形状部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の保有応力の自己診断が可能な地盤アンカー。 - 前記変位測定材は、鋼棒又は鋼線状に形成された、請求項1に記載の保有応力の自己診断が可能な地盤アンカー。
- 前記穿孔孔に充填されるグラウトをさらに含み、
前記変位測定材は、前記グラウトに付着しないようにホースで保護されて設置された、請求項3に記載の保有応力の自己診断が可能な地盤アンカー。 - 前記構造体は、前記ヘッド部と前記対象表面の間に配置された、請求項1に記載の保有応力の自己診断が可能な地盤アンカー。
- 前記ヘッド部は、前記変位測定材が自由に通過できるように形成された貫通孔をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の保有応力の自己診断が可能な地盤アンカー。
- 前記ヘッド部は、
前記引張材を固定できるように形成され、中間に前記変位測定材が通過するための第1孔を有する定着ヘッドと、
前記定着ヘッドと前記構造体の間に配置される支圧板と、
前記定着ヘッド及び前記引張材を保護するように形成され、前記変位測定材が通過するための第2孔を有する保護キャップとを含む、請求項1に記載の保有応力の自己診断が可能な地盤アンカー。 - 地盤の対象表面から穿孔孔を掘削するステップと、
前記穿孔孔の内部に引張材及び変位測定材を挿入するステップと、
前記穿孔孔の所定深さに定着長を形成できるように前記穿孔孔にグラウトを注入するステップであって、前記変位測定材が前記グラウトに接触しないように前記変位測定材をホースで保護するステップと、
前記対象表面に構造体及びヘッド部を設置し、前記引張材を所定の力で引張した状態で前記引張材を前記ヘッド部に固定するステップであって、前記変位測定材が前記ヘッド部を自由に通過するように設置するステップとを含み、
前記対象表面の基準位置と前記変位測定材の端部の位置を比較できるように形成される比較マーカーを設置するステップをさらに含み、
前記比較マーカーは、
前記変位測定材の端部が接触して押す力により前記ヘッド部から分離されるように形成された着脱形状部を有する栓を含む、保有応力の自己診断が可能な地盤アンカーの施工方法。
