Description
The present invention relates to a work vehicle that performs fertilization work while detecting field information.
A conventional work vehicle has a technique for increasing or decreasing a fertilizer application amount in accordance with field information such as fertilizer concentration, field depth, and water temperature (Patent Document 1).
In
In order to increase or decrease the fertilizer amount, it is necessary to set a reference fertilizer amount as a reference, so that the teaching work is performed during the first work run and the reference fertilizer amount is calculated based on the detected field information Yes.
Thereby, since the amount of fertilization can be increased / decreased for every position in a farm field, it is prevented that the growth failure of a seedling arises by a fertilizer shortage or a fertilizer excess.
However, since the work vehicle of
In order to avoid the above problem, the position suitable for teaching work can be set as the first work travel position, but it is necessary to travel at a position significantly different from the conventional work travel position, so the work efficiency is lowered. There is.
An object of this invention is to provide the work vehicle which can calculate the reference | standard fertilization amount suitable for increase / decrease in fertilization amount by making the starting position of teaching work into arbitrary positions.

However, since conditions such as fertilizer concentration and depth differ depending on the field, in order to perform the above-described variable fertilization work, it is necessary to determine a fertilization amount as a reference in advance.
In order to calculate the reference fertilization amount, before starting the variable fertilization work, a teaching work for measuring field information of a predetermined section of the work field, that is, fertilizer concentration, depth, and water temperature is required.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 19A, the teaching work is performed by operating a
The travel distance of the traveling
Here, the
When it is determined that the work travel is being performed, the teaching operation is started when the rear wheel rotation sensor 11a detects the advance of a predetermined distance after the turn travel, and the detected fertilizer concentration, the depth and water temperature of the field, that is, the field Information is recorded in the recording area of the
Thereafter, the
Note that the field information detected until the teaching work is started is not recorded or recorded as data, but not used for calculating the reference fertilizer amount, and the accuracy of the calculated reference fertilizer amount is improved. Plan. Or it is good also as a structure which does not acquire agricultural field information until the time of the start of teaching work.
Since the standard deviation is less likely to become large by starting teaching from a position that has been moved a predetermined distance, not just after turning, specifically from a position away from the end of the field where there is a large difference in fertilizer concentration or depth, Improves accuracy.
The above teaching work is started when the traveling
In order to prevent the occurrence of the above problem, a planting
According to the above, since the fertilization reference amount can be calculated based on the field information of the place where the seedling planting work was actually performed, the start of teaching work and variable fertilization work is accelerated, and the fertilization amount is stabilized, The work efficiency of the post process and the quality of the harvest can be improved.
In the above teaching work, as shown in FIG. 18 (a), it is necessary to move the traveling

As a result, the field information can be acquired only at the position that the operator wants to use for teaching, so that the calculated standard fertilization amount can be optimized, the seedling growth failure due to excess or shortage of fertilizer, the yield of the harvest, Quality degradation is prevented.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 18B and 18C, the teaching work may be started when the
As shown in FIG. 19 (c), the
The above teaching work start conditions are applied without problems when the field shape is a square or a rectangle, but when working in a so-called modified field where there is an arc or inclined side at the field edge, Differences are likely to occur in the movement distance of each process, and the teaching work may not be started.
In order to correspond to the work in the deformed field, the
According to the above, even when working on a modified field, teaching work is started when turning after traveling in two steps, so a certain amount of fertilizer continues to be supplied, resulting in excess or deficiency of fertilizer concentration for each position in the field Can be prevented.
Since a plurality of field information recorded in the

In order to prevent this, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, when the standard deviation of the fertilizer concentration and depth is less than the set value, the set value is set as the standard deviation.
Thereby, since it can prevent that the fertilization

At this time, as shown in FIG. 14, the
On the other hand, when the difference between the first average depth D1 and the second average depth D2 is greater than or equal to a predetermined value, it is considered that an impossible change has been erroneously detected, and the second average depth D2 is replaced with the first average depth D1. Then, the replaced first average depth D1 is compared with the next acquired third average depth D3, and if the difference is less than a predetermined value, the third average depth D3 is acquired and the next xth average depth Dx In addition to the comparison, the third average depth D3 is replaced with the first average depth D1 if it is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, and is compared with the next xth average depth Dx.
As a result, a change in depth different from the actual field can be recorded in the
However, depending on the field, the depth of the field may actually change greatly. However, if the above average depth is compared in this field, the average depth acquired after the depth has changed significantly is excluded. The average depth before the depth changes is recorded. As a result, the detected depth differs from the actual depth of the field, and an erroneous reference fertilization amount and soil fertility are calculated, so that an appropriate amount of fertilizer is not supplied.
In order to prevent the above problem, as shown in FIG. 15, the first average depth D1 is compared with the second average depth D2, and when the difference in average depth is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the second average depth D2 is set to the first average depth D2. While replacing with the average depth D1, the second average depth D2 is recorded. Then, when the first average depth D1 is compared with the subsequent xth average depth Dx and replaced with the first average depth D1 for a predetermined number of times (example: 5 times) or a predetermined time (example: 1 second), The second average depth D2 is not erroneously detected as an impossible change, but it is determined that the depth has actually changed greatly, the second average depth D2 is acquired, and the next acquired xth average depth Dx is Compare with the second average depth D2.
Thereby, when there is a large change in the depth of the field, it is possible to prevent the reference fertilization amount and the soil fertility from being calculated based on the incorrect field depth, so that the amount of fertilization can be optimized.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 22, the depths used for calculating the average depth are arranged in order, and a plurality of upper and lower levels, for example, two depths (DMax1, DMax2, DMin1, DMin2) from the upper level and the lower level are average values. It is good also as a control structure excluded from calculation. By excluding numerical values near the maximum and minimum of multiple depths, it is possible to prevent the average depth from becoming deeper or shallower than the actual depth, so the reference fertilization amount calculated by teaching work and the field Since soil fertility based on information is suitable for actual fields, the amount of fertilization can be further optimized.
In particular, when an extremely deep or shallow depth is detected due to false detection of the

In addition, since there is basically no operation of the sub-transmission transmission mechanism at the “moving speed” in the field, it is optimal as a reference for determining that the work has been completed.
As described above, since it is possible to prevent the field information of one field from being divided and acquired due to an erroneous operation, it is possible to prevent the number of work maps from being increased and to prevent the work plan from being easily set. .
In addition, when the sub-shift switch lever 900 is set to “moving speed” when moving to the next field, it is considered that the operation is finished, and the detected values of the
Even when the key is turned off, the work area and the reference fertilization amount held in the memory area are called when the work is resumed, so that it is not necessary to perform the teaching work again after the key is turned on, thereby improving work efficiency and fertilization accuracy.

Thereby, since the worker can search for a farm field on which a work map is to be confirmed on the map, the time for searching for the work map is shortened, and the work efficiency is improved.

If the farm where the work map is generated is close, the numbers and markers displayed on the map are difficult to operate and easy to misoperate. Work efficiency is improved.
