Claims (10)

を備えるフィルターであって、
前記第1の多孔性金属エンドキャップの前記内面及び/又は前記第2の多孔性金属エンドキャップの前記内面が、前記内面から前記中空内部に向かって延びる複数の多孔性リブを含み、
及び/又は
前記多孔性金属メディアの前記内面が、前記内面から前記中空内部に向かって延びる少なくとも1つの多孔性リブを含む、フィルター。 - 前記第1の多孔性金属エンドキャップの前記内面上及び/又は前記第2の多孔性金属エンドキャップの前記内面上の前記多孔性リブが、放射状に配置されている、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 前記多孔性金属メディアの前記中空内部を画す前記内面が円形の水平断面を有し、前記多孔性金属メディアの前記内面上の前記少なくとも1つの多孔性リブが、前記多孔性金属メディアの前記内面に沿って円周方向又は螺旋状に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルター。

を備える、フィルター装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター、又は請求項8に記載のフィルター装置を通して流体を流通させるステップを含む、流体を濾過する方法。
- 前記流体が蒸気を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
