Description
The present invention relates to a leading handrail used for a curved scaffold.
There are inventions described in the following patent documents as a handrail used for a curved scaffold such as a circular scaffold or a scaffold having a curved portion.
In Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 10, a horizontal member a1 disposed between a pair of adjacent columns b as a scaffolding handrail a, and both ends of the horizontal member a1 are rotatable via pivots. The upper shaft member a3 and the lower shaft member a4 provided at both ends of the diagonal member a2 are connected to the flange of the support column b. A configuration is disclosed in which a wedge hole d provided in c is pivotally mounted around an axial direction of the shaft member so as to be rotatable.
As shown in FIG. 11, the scaffolding handrail of this configuration can be attached to the column b so that the longitudinal direction of the horizontal material a <b> 1 and the longitudinal direction of the wedge hole d are not parallel in plan view. .
However, the above-described conventional invention has at least one of the following problems.
(1) The contact stability between the scaffolding handrail and the support is poor.
Since the front end surface of the upper shaft member a3 has a flat shape, the contact position between the scaffolding handrail a and the column b changes with the change in the longitudinal inclination angle of the horizontal member a1 with respect to the column b. There arises a problem that the handrail a does not come into contact with the support b, and the contact stability is poor.
(2) The handrail for scaffolding rattles.
As described in (1) above, since the contact relationship between the scaffolding handrail a and the support column b is unstable, a gap generated between the scaffolding handrail a and the support column b even after the scaffolding handrail a is installed. In addition, the scaffolding handrail a may rattle due to play between the wedge hole d of the flange c and the upper shaft member a3.
As described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a handrail with higher stability in the construction of a curved scaffold.

Therefore, regardless of the angle at which the handrail is attached to the column X, it is possible to always ensure a certain level of stability.
