Description

[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a wedge-tight scaffolding clamp used when a wedge-tight scaffold is constructed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various works have been performed after constructing temporary scaffolds for workers at construction sites of various buildings, civil engineering sites, and the like. When constructing a temporary scaffold, for example, a scaffold component such as a support, a cloth material, a cloth frame, or a preceding handrail brace is used, and the cloth material or the like is connected to the support. As this connection structure, the structure which uses the wedge fixed so that it might protrude below to the edge part of a cloth material, for example, and the pocket fixed to the outer peripheral surface of a support | pillar (for example, patent documents 1-1) is known. 3). The pocket is formed by bending a metal plate and is open upward. A temporary scaffold can be constructed by connecting a plurality of scaffold components by inserting the wedges into the pockets. A temporary scaffold having a connection structure with wedges and pockets is called a wedge-tight scaffold.

As disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the support column has a plurality of pockets spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction, and one wedge can be inserted into one of the pockets and fixed. It has become. That is, the height of the cloth material or the like connected to the column is determined by the height of the pocket fixed to the column. Further, as disclosed in Patent Document 3, the metal plate material constituting the pocket is firmly fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the support by welding and cannot be removed from the support. It is common.

By the way, as described above, a plurality of pockets into which the wedges are inserted are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the support column, but are fixed by welding at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction. It cannot be moved in the circumferential direction. Therefore, for example, when connecting the cloth material to the support column, the cloth material can be connected only at a predetermined height and direction of the pocket, and there is a problem that the degree of freedom of installation of the cloth material is low. For example, even if an attempt is made to install a cloth material between pockets arranged in the vertical direction of the support column, there is no pocket, so that it cannot be installed, and it is extremely difficult to weld the pocket at a desired position on the site.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object thereof is to enable a pocket to be easily and surely fixed at an arbitrary position when a wedge-type scaffold is constructed. There is.

In order to achieve the above object, the first invention is a wedge-tightening type used in a wedge-tightening scaffold constructed by inserting and fixing a wedge provided on a scaffold component member into a pocket provided on a support column. In the scaffold clamp, a first sandwiching member and a second sandwiching member that are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the column from one side and the other side in the radial direction to clamp the column in the radial direction; A connection that connects the other end side of the first clamping member and the other end side of the second clamping member so that the one end side of the clamping member and the one end side of the second clamping member can rotate in a direction in which they are contacted and separated from each other. And a fastening member that fastens one end side of the first clamping member and one end side of the second clamping member in a direction approaching each other, and the pocket includes the first clamping member and the second clamping member Provided on at least one of And wherein the door.

According to this configuration, when the first holding member and the second holding member are rotated in a direction in which the one end side of the first holding member and the one end side of the second holding member are separated from each other, one end side of the first holding member Since the space | interval with the one end side of a 2nd clamping member spreads, it becomes possible to arrange | position a support | pillar between a 1st clamping member and a 2nd clamping member. After the support column is disposed between the first clamping member and the second clamping member, the first clamping member and the second clamping member are arranged so that the one end side of the first clamping member and the one end side of the second clamping member approach each other. Is rotated, the first clamping member and the second clamping member are brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the support column from one side and the other side in the radial direction of the support column, respectively. Then, the first clamping member and the second clamping member clamp the strut in the radial direction by fastening the one end side of the first clamping member and the one end side of the second clamping member closer to each other by the fastening member. The wedge-tight scaffolding clamp is fixed to the column. Since at least one of the first clamping member and the second clamping member is provided with a pocket, the pocket is securely fixed to the support column by the first clamping member and the second clamping member.

Since the first clamping member and the second clamping member are to clamp the strut in the radial direction, for example, the first clamping member and the second clamping member are moved in the height direction of the strut at the site where the scaffold is constructed, Easy to move in the direction. Therefore, the pocket position can be easily changed.

The second invention is characterized in that the pocket is provided in the first clamping member and the second clamping member.

According to this structure, the clamp provided in the 1st clamping member and the clamp provided in the 2nd clamping member can be fixed to the arbitrary positions of a support | pillar. In the fixed state, the first clamping member and the second clamping member are fastened to each other so as not to move, so that the relative positions of the first clamping member and the second clamping member do not change. Therefore, the change of the relative position of the clamp provided in the 1st clamping member and the clamp provided in the 2nd clamping member can be suppressed.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the width direction center portion of the pocket provided in the first holding member and the width direction center portion of the pocket provided in the second holding member are in the radial direction of the column. It is located on the same straight line extended in this.

According to this structure, the clamp provided in the 1st clamping member and the clamp provided in the 2nd clamping member can be positioned on the same straight line extended in the radial direction of a support | pillar. Thereby, the scaffold component connected to the clamp of the 1st clamping member and the scaffold component connected to the clamp of the 2nd clamping member can be positioned on the same straight line.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, portions of the first clamping member and the second clamping member that are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the column are configured by curved surface portions extending along the outer peripheral surface of the column. .

According to this configuration, when the first clamping member and the second clamping member are fastened, the curved surfaces of the first clamping member and the second clamping member come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the support column. And the contact area of a 2nd clamping member and a support | pillar can be ensured widely, and a pocket can be stabilized.

The fifth invention is characterized in that the member constituting the pocket is located radially outward of the support column from the curved surface portion.

According to this configuration, since the member constituting the pocket does not hit the outer peripheral surface of the support column in the state in which the first clamping member and the second clamping member are fastened, the curved surface portions of the first clamping member and the second clamping member The clamp can be fixed in place.

In a sixth aspect of the present invention, the first clamping member includes a first contact plate member and a second contact plate member that are provided at a distance from each other in the center line direction of the support column and contact the outer peripheral surface of the support column. It is characterized by being.

According to this configuration, the first abutting plate material and the second abutting plate material abut on the portions separated from each other in the center line direction on the outer peripheral surface of the support column, so that the first clamping member is stabilized in the fastening state, and as a result , Can stabilize the pocket.

The seventh invention is characterized in that the members constituting the pocket are fixed to the first contact plate material and the second contact plate material.

According to this structure, the part which mutually separated of the member which comprises the pocket can be fixed to a 1st contact board material and a 2nd contact board material. Therefore, the pocket can be firmly fixed to the first clamping member.

According to the present invention, the first clamping member and the second clamping member that clamp the strut in the radial direction are rotatably connected, and the first clamping member and the second clamping member can be fastened by the fastening member. Since the pocket to be inserted and fixed is provided in at least one of the first clamping member and the second clamping member, the pocket can be easily and reliably fixed to an arbitrary position of the support column.

Further, the first clamping member 10 may be provided with a pocket only in the second clamping member 20 without providing a pocket.

The first side plate portion 15 a of the first pocket 15 is fixed to the edge portion on the distal end side of the first base end side upper plate member 12 by welding, and also on the edge portion of the first notch portion 11 b of the first lower plate member 11. Fixed as well. The second side plate portion 15b of the first pocket 15 is fixed to the edge portion on the proximal end side of the first tip side upper plate material 13 by welding, and also on the edge portion of the first notch portion 11b of the first lower plate material 11 Fixed as well. Further, the end plate portion 15 c of the first pocket 15 is fixed to the edge portion of the first cutout portion 11 b of the first lower plate member 11 by welding. That is, the first lower plate member 11, the first proximal end upper plate member 12, and the first distal end upper plate member 13 are connected by the welded first pocket 15.

As shown in FIG. 1, the upper end portion of the first pocket 15 protrudes upward from the upper surfaces of the first base-side upper plate member 12 and the first tip-side upper plate member 13. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end portion of the first pocket 15 projects downward from the lower surface of the first lower plate member 11.

The members constituting the first pocket 15 are the lower curved surface portion 11a of the first lower plate material 11, the lower curved surface portion 12a of the first base end upper plate material 12, and the first distal end upper plate material 13. It is located radially outward of the column 200 from the lower curved surface portion 13a. As a result, when the wedge-tightened scaffolding clamp 1 is attached to the column 200, the members constituting the first pocket 15 do not hit the outer peripheral surface of the column 200.

(Configuration of the second pocket 25)
The second pocket 25 is a portion to which the wedge 101 is inserted and fixed in the same manner as the first pocket 15 and is made of a plate material such as a steel plate. The second pocket 25 is located on the proximal end side of the second clamping member 20 and extends in the up-down direction, and the second side plate part located on the distal end side of the second clamping member 20 and extends in the up-down direction. 25b and an end plate portion 25c. The end plate portion 25c extends from the outer end portion of the first side plate portion 25a to the outer end portion of the second side plate portion 25b. As a result, the second pocket 25 is opened both in the vertical direction, and the portion facing the outer peripheral surface of the support column 200 is also opened. Similar to the first pocket 15, the shape of the second pocket 25 may be changed according to the size, shape, and structure of the wedge 101 to be inserted. Even if the shape of the second pocket 25 is changed, the second pocket 25 can be provided similarly to the present embodiment. A plurality of second pockets 25 can be provided in the second clamping member 20. In this case, the plurality of second pockets 25 can be arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the support column 200. Further, the second clamping member 20 may be provided with a pocket only in the first clamping member 10 without providing a pocket.

The first side plate portion 25a of the second pocket 25 is fixed to the edge portion on the distal end side of the second base end side upper plate member 22 by welding, and also on the edge portion of the second notch portion 21b of the second lower plate member 21. Fixed as well. The second side plate portion 15b of the second pocket 25 is fixed by welding to the edge portion on the proximal end side of the second tip side upper plate member 23, and also on the edge portion of the second notch portion 21b of the second lower plate member 21. Fixed as well. Further, the end plate portion 25 c of the second pocket 25 is fixed to the edge portion of the second notch portion 21 b of the second lower plate member 21 by welding. That is, the second lower plate member 21, the second proximal end upper plate member 22, and the second distal end upper plate member 23 are connected by the welded second pocket 25.

As shown in FIG. 1, the upper end portion of the second pocket 25 protrudes upward from the upper surfaces of the second base end side upper plate member 22 and the second distal end side upper plate member 23. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end portion of the second pocket 25 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the second lower plate member 21.

The members constituting the second pocket 25 are the lower curved surface portion 21a of the second lower plate material 21, the lower curved surface portion 22a of the second proximal end upper plate material 22, and the second distal end upper plate material 23. It is located radially outward of the column 200 from the lower curved surface portion 23a. As a result, when the wedge-tightened scaffolding clamp 1 is attached to the support column 200, the members constituting the second pocket 25 do not hit the outer peripheral surface of the support column 200.

(Configuration of connecting member 30)
The connecting member 30 can be made of, for example, a metal round bar or the like, and extends in the vertical direction. The upper part of the connecting member 30 penetrates the base end side of the first base end side upper plate member 12 and the base end side of the second base end side upper plate member 22. That is, on the base end side of the first base end side upper plate member 12 and the base end side of the second base end side upper plate member 22, an insertion hole (not shown) through which the upper portion of the connecting member 30 can be inserted is formed. ing. The upper portion of the connecting member 30 is inserted through these insertion holes, and in this inserted state, the connecting member 30 is the base end side of the first base end side upper plate member 12 and the base end of the second base end side upper plate member 22. It can rotate relatively around the center line of the connecting member 30 with respect to the side. The upper end portion of the connecting member 30 protrudes upward from the upper surface of the first base end side upper plate member 12. An upper retaining ring 31 is fitted to the upper end portion of the connecting member 30.

The lower portion of the connecting member 30 passes through the proximal end side of the first lower plate member 11 and the proximal end side of the second lower plate member 12. That is, an insertion hole (not shown) through which the lower portion of the connecting member 30 can be inserted is formed on the proximal end side of the first lower plate member 11 and the proximal end side of the second lower plate member 12. The lower part of the connecting member 30 is inserted through these insertion holes, and in this inserted state, the connecting member 30 is connected to the base end side of the first lower plate member 11 and the base end side of the second lower plate member 12. Thus, it is relatively rotatable around the center line of the connecting member 30. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end portion of the connecting member 30 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the first lower plate member 11. A lower retaining ring 32 is fitted to the lower end portion of the connecting member 30. Thereby, the connecting member 30 does not fall off from the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20.

Therefore, the base end side of the first clamping member 10 and the base end side of the second clamping member 20 are connected by the connecting member 30, and the distal end side of the first clamping member 10 and the distal end side of the second clamping member 20 are connected. It can be rotated in the direction of contacting and separating from each other.

(Configuration of fastening member 40)
The fastening member 40 includes at least a fastening shaft portion 41, a nut 42, a support shaft 43, an upper retaining ring 44, and a lower retaining ring 45 (shown in FIG. 2). As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, a large diameter portion 41 a is formed at the proximal end portion of the fastening shaft portion 41. The portion other than the large-diameter portion 41a in the fastening shaft portion 41 is composed of a screw rod having a thread groove formed continuously on the outer peripheral surface, and can be composed of, for example, a bolt shaft portion. The nut 42 is a member that is screwed into the fastening shaft portion 41. The flange portion 42 a of the nut 42 is in contact with the peripheral edge portion of the shaft portion insertion notch portion 14 a in the vertical plate portion 14.

The support shaft 43 is a member for supporting the large-diameter portion 41 a of the fastening shaft portion 41 so as to be rotatable with respect to the distal end side of the second clamping member 20. The support shaft 43 is formed of a round bar that extends in the vertical direction in the same manner as the connection member 30. The upper portion of the support shaft 43 passes through the distal end side of the second distal end side upper plate member 23. That is, an insertion hole (not shown) through which the upper portion of the support shaft 43 can be inserted is formed on the distal end side of the second distal end side upper plate member 23. The upper portion of the support shaft 43 is inserted into the insertion hole. In this inserted state, the support shaft 43 is relatively around the center line of the support shaft 43 with respect to the front end side of the second front end side upper plate member 23. It can be turned. The upper end portion of the support shaft 43 protrudes upward from the upper surface of the second tip side upper plate member 23. An upper retaining ring 44 is fitted to the upper end portion of the support shaft 43.

The lower part of the support shaft 43 penetrates the tip side of the second lower plate member 21. That is, an insertion hole (not shown) through which the lower portion of the support shaft 43 can be inserted is formed on the distal end side of the second lower plate member 21. The lower portion of the support shaft 43 is inserted into the insertion hole. In this inserted state, the support shaft 43 is relatively around the center line of the support shaft 43 with respect to the distal end side of the second lower plate member 21. It can be turned. The lower end portion of the support shaft 43 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the second lower plate member 21. A lower retaining ring 45 is fitted to the lower end portion of the support shaft 43.

By rotating the fastening shaft portion 41, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the fastening shaft portion 41 is inserted into the shaft portion insertion notch portion 14a of the vertical plate member 14, and as shown in FIGS. The fastening shaft portion 41 can be switched to a state where the fastening shaft portion 41 is removed from the shaft portion insertion notch portion 14a of the vertical plate member 14. When the nut 42 is tightened in a state where the fastening shaft portion 41 is inserted into the shaft portion insertion notch portion 14a of the vertical plate member 14, the distal end side of the first sandwiching member 10 and the distal end side of the second sandwiching member 20 approach each other. Fastened in the direction.

(Effect of embodiment)
As described above, according to the wedge-tightened scaffolding clamp 1 according to this embodiment, the fastening shaft portion 41 is removed from the shaft portion insertion notch portion 14a of the vertical plate member 14 as shown in FIG. Thus, as shown in FIG. 8, the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20 can be rotated so that the distal end side of the first clamping member 10 and the distal end side of the second clamping member 20 are separated from each other. . When rotating, the first clamping member 10 is fixed, the second clamping member 20 is rotated with respect to the first clamping member 10, or the second clamping member 20 is fixed, The first clamping member 10 can be rotated with respect to the second clamping member 20.

When the wedge-tightened scaffolding clamp 1 is attached to the support column 200, the distal end side of the first clamping member 10 and the distal end side of the second sandwiching member 20 are separated from each other by a larger distance than the outer diameter of the support column 200. The support column 200 is disposed between the member 10 and the second holding member 20. And the 1st clamping member 10 and the 2nd clamping member 20 are rotated in the direction where the front end side of the 1st clamping member 10 and the front end side of the 2nd clamping member 20 mutually approach. Thereafter, when the nut 42 is tightened after the fastening shaft portion 41 is inserted into the shaft portion insertion notch portion 14 a of the vertical plate member 14, the flange portion 42 a of the nut 42 has a peripheral edge of the shaft portion insertion notch portion 14 a of the vertical plate material 14. Press contact with the part. Thereby, since the front end side of the 1st clamping member 10 and the front end side of the 2nd clamping member 20 are fastened, it is the lower side of the 1st base end side upper board | plate material 12 and the 1st front end side upper board | plate material 13. The curved surface portions 12a and 13a and the lower curved surface portions 22a and 23a of the second base-end-side upper plate material 22 and the second distal-end-side upper plate material 23 are both in pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the support column 200, and the first lower-side plate material 11 The lower curved surface portion 11 a and the lower curved surface portion 21 a of the second lower plate member 21 are both in pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the support column 200. Accordingly, the wedge-tight scaffolding clamp 1 is firmly fixed to the column 200.

Since the first holding member 10 is provided with the first pocket 15 and the second holding member 20 is provided with the second pocket 25, the first pocket 15 and the second pocket 25 are connected to the first holding member 10 and The second clamping member 20 is securely fixed to the support column 200.

Since the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20 clamp the strut 200 in the radial direction, for example, the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20 are moved in the height direction of the strut 200 at a site where a scaffold is constructed. It is possible to easily move the column 200 in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the position change of the 1st pocket 15 and the 2nd pocket 25 becomes easy.

Moreover, the 1st clamp 15 provided in the 1st clamping member 10 and the 2nd clamp 25 provided in the 2nd clamping member 20 can be fixed to the arbitrary positions of the support | pillar 200, and both clamps 15 and 25 can be fixed to a support | pillar. In the state fixed to 200, since the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20 are fastened to each other so as not to move, changes in the relative positions of the clamps 15 and 25 can be suppressed.

Moreover, the 1st clamp 15 provided in the 1st clamping member 10 and the 2nd clamp 25 provided in the 2nd clamping member 20 can be positioned on the same straight line extended in the radial direction of the support | pillar 200. FIG. Thereby, the cloth material 100 connected to the first clamp 15 and the cloth material (not shown) connected to the second clamp 25 can be positioned on the same straight line.

Furthermore, in a state where the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20 are fastened, the members constituting the first pocket 15 and the second pocket 25 do not hit the outer peripheral surface of the support column 200, so that each curved surface portion 11a, The clamp 1 can be fixed at a predetermined position by 12a, 13a, 21a, 22a, and 23a.

In the above-described embodiment, the fastening member 40 is configured to be able to obtain a fastening force with the screw and the nut 42. However, the present invention is not limited to this, but although not illustrated, the fastening force can be obtained using wedges. You may comprise as follows. For example, an opening portion into which a wedge can be inserted is formed in the fastening shaft portion 41, and the wedge portion is inserted into the opening portion and brought into pressure contact with the vertical plate member 14, whereby the distal end side of the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member are formed. The front end side of 20 can be fastened in a direction approaching each other. The fastening member of this invention should just be a structure which can fasten the 1st clamping member 10 and the 2nd clamping member 20, and is not restricted to the structure mentioned above.

Further, the pocket is not limited to the shape and structure described above, and may be, for example, a pocket in which a hole capable of inserting and fixing a wedge is formed in a plate material. Further, each member of the wedge-tightened scaffolding clamp 1 may be, for example, a press-molded plate material.

As described above, the wedge-tightened scaffold clamp according to the present invention can be used, for example, when constructing temporary scaffolds for workers at various construction sites or civil engineering sites.

And a fastening member that fastens one end side of the first clamping member and one end side of the second clamping member in a direction approaching each other, and the first clamping member is mutually in the center line direction of the support column The center of the column is provided at an interval The first contact plate material and the second contact plate material extending in a direction orthogonal to the first contact plate material, and the edge portions of the first contact plate material and the second contact plate material extend along the outer peripheral surface of the support column. The second holding member includes a first abutting plate member and a second abutting member that are provided at intervals in the center line direction of the support column and extend in a direction orthogonal to the center line of the support column. A contact plate member, and edge portions of the first contact plate member and the second contact plate member are formed of curved surfaces extending along an outer peripheral surface of the support column, and the pocket is defined as the first clamping member. consists of a separate plate, provided on said first clamping member, the plate material constituting the pocket, rather than the curved surface portion of the first clamping member positioned radially outward of the strut, the It is formed so that it may leave | separate from the outer peripheral surface of a support | pillar .

Thereby, the scaffold component connected to the clamp of the 1st clamping member and the scaffold component connected to the clamp of the 2nd clamping member can be positioned on the same straight line .
