Description
複合充填材を形成する方法であって:
複合材料の層を成形工具の上に配置すること;
前記層の各々の中に個別の曲げを形成し、前記成形工具の上に曲がった層を備える前記複合充填材を形成すること;及び
前記曲がった層を備える前記複合充填材を、少なくとも1つの複合構造によって形成されるギャップの中へ配置することを含む、方法。
前記複合材料の前記層のうちの各々の層は、配置され、かつその後、前記複合材料の前記層の中に連続的な層を配置するのに先立って形成される、条項1に記載の方法。
前記層のうちの前記各々の中に前記個別の曲げを形成することは、前記層のうちの前記各々の中に個別の曲げを個別に形成することを含む、条項1に記載の方法。
前記層のうちの前記各々の中に前記個別の曲げを形成することは、一連のダイパンチを使用することを含み、前記ダイパンチの各々は前記層のうちの1つの中に個別の曲げを形成するために、個別の断面及び望ましい角度を有する、条項1に記載の方法。
前記複合材料の前記層のうちの少なくとも1つの層は、複合材料の複数のプライを備える、条項1に記載の方法。
前記複合充填材を前記ギャップの中へ配置するのに先立って、押出複合材を前記複合充填材に付加することをさらに含む、条項1に記載の方法。
前記複合充填材の断面は、実質的に三角形である、条項1に記載の方法。
複合材料の各々の連続的な層は、前記複合材料の前の層の幅よりも短い幅を有する、条項1に記載の方法。

前記第1の層は、前記複合充填材の前記実質的に三角形の断面の第1の側面及び第2の側面を形成する、条項13に記載の複合充填材。
前記第1の層及び前記第2の層のうちの少なくとも1つは、複合材料の複数のプライを備える、条項10に記載の複合充填材。
複数の複合層を備え、各々の複合層は個別の曲げ形状を有する、複合充填材。
押出複合材をさらに備える、条項17に記載の複合充填材。
前記複合充填材は、実質的に三角形の断面を有する、条項17に記載の複合充填材。

Claims (12)
- 複合充填材を形成する方法であって:
複合材料の層を成形工具の上に配置すること;
前記層の各々の中に個別の曲げを形成し、前記成形工具の上に曲がった層を備える前記複合充填材を形成すること;及び
前記曲がった層を備える前記複合充填材を、少なくとも1つの複合構造によって形成されるギャップの中へ配置することを含み、
前記複合材料の前記層のうちの各々の層は、配置され、かつその後、前記複合材料の前記層の中に連続的な層を配置するのに先立って形成され、
前記層のうちの前記各々の中に前記個別の曲げを形成することは、前記層のうちの前記各々の中に個別の曲げを個別に形成することを含む、方法。 - 前記層のうちの前記各々の中に前記個別の曲げを形成することは、一連のダイパンチを使用することを含み、前記ダイパンチの各々は前記層のうちの1つの中に個別の曲げを形成するために、個別の断面及び望ましい角度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複合材料の前記層のうちの少なくとも1つの層は、複合材料の複数のプライを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複合充填材を前記ギャップの中へ配置するのに先立って、押出複合材を前記複合充填材に付加することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複合充填材の断面は、実質的に三角形である、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記押出材が前記複合充填材のギャップに相補的である、
複合充填材。 - 前記複合充填材は、実質的に三角形の断面を有する、請求項8に記載の複合充填材。
- 前記複数の複合層は、第1の曲げ形状を有する第1の複合層を含み、前記第1の曲げ形状は実質的に、前記複合充填材の前記実質的に三角形の断面に追従する、請求項9に記載の複合充填材。
- 前記第1の複合層は、前記複合充填材の前記実質的に三角形の断面の第1の側面及び第2の側面を形成する、請求項10に記載の複合充填材。
- 複合材料の各々の連続的な層は、前記複合材料の前の層の幅よりも短い幅を有する、請求項8に記載の複合充填材。
