Claims (9)
- プラズマ(P)および/または励起ガスもしくはガス混合物、をそれぞれ生成するための装置(10)を備える創傷治療用器具(1)であって、
筺体(30)と、
前記筺体(30)内に設けられ、自らの高電圧端(8)でプラズマ(P)を発生させる圧電トランス(5)と、
前記筺体(30)内に設けられ、制御回路(3)を有して、前記圧電トランス(5)が電気的に接続される回路基板(7)と、
前記筺体(30)に形成され、前記圧電トランス(5)の高電圧端が向けられる開口部(32)と、
前記筺体(30)の内部または前記筐体(30)に設けられ、前記筐体(30)内の空気の流れを前記開口部(32)に向けさせて、前記装置(10)によってそれぞれ生成された前記プラズマ(P)および/または前記励起ガスもしくはガス混合物が前記開口部(32)から噴出するファン(17)と、
前記筺体(30)に前記開口部(32)で着脱自在に接続される第一端部(21)と、治療すべき創傷部位(13)を取り囲むように設けられた第二端部(22)と、を含み、前記第二端部(22)の断面積(19)が前記第一端部(21)の断面積(18)よりも大きい、拡張部材(20)と、を備える
ことを特徴とする器具(1)。 - 前記拡張部材(20)は、複数の穿孔(26)を含む周囲側面(25)をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の器具(1)。 - プラズマ(P)または励起ガスもしくはガス混合物の流れ(15)が、それぞれ、前記治療すべき創傷部位(13)に向けられるように、少なくとも一つの導流部材(14)が前記周囲側面(25)の内側(27)に設けられる
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の器具(1)。 - 再供給部(28)が前記拡張部材(20)と前記装置(10)とに接続される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の器具(1)。 - 治療が完了したことを色の変化によって示すために、カラーセンサ(35)が前記拡張部材(20)に設置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の器具(1)。 - 前記拡張部材(20)の種類および前記装置(10)との関係付けによって少なくとも治療時間が設定可能となるように、RFIDチップ(34)が前記拡張部材(20)に設置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の器具(1)。 - オゾンセンサ(36)が、前記拡張部材(20)に配置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の器具(1)。 - フィルタ(38)が、前記拡張部材(20)の各穿孔(26)にそれぞれ配置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の器具(1)。 - 前記プラズマ発生装置(10)は、手持ち式装置である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の器具(1)。
