Description
Claims (17)
- 多軸骨固定装置との使用のための機器であって、
前記多軸骨固定装置は、ロッド(100)を受け入れるとともに骨固定要素(1)のヘッド(3)を収容するための受入部分(5)を含み、前記ヘッド(3)は、クランプ要素(7)を介してその上に圧力を加えることによりクランプされることが可能であり、前記圧力は前記機器を使用して調節することが可能であり、
前記機器は、
確実な嵌合の態様で前記受入部分(5)を係合するように構成される第1の係合部分(12a,12b)を有する第1の部材(10,11)と、
前端部(20a)および第2の係合部分(22,22a)を有する第2の部材(20,21)とを含み、前記第2の係合部分(22,22a)は、前記クランプ要素(7)に係合し、かつ、前記クランプ要素にトルクを適用するように構成され、
第1の構成において、前記第2の部材(20,21)は長手方向軸(C)に沿って前記第1の部材(10,11)に対して軸方向にのみ変位可能であり、
第2の構成において、前記第2の部材(20,21)は前記第1の部材(10,11)に対して回転可能である、機器。 - 前記第2の構成において、前記第2の部材(20,21)は、前記長手方向軸(C)のまわりを、制限された角度範囲において前記第1の部材(10,11)に対して回転可能である、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記制限された角度範囲は約180°未満である、請求項2に記載の機器。
- 前記第1の部材(10,11)および前記第2の部材(20,21)は、前記第1の部材(10,11)に対する前記第2の部材(20,21)の回転運動を防止しつつ互いに対して線形の変位を可能にする協働する第3および第4の係合部分(24,30)を含み、前記第4の係合部分(30)は前記第1の部材(10,11)に設けられ、前記第3の係合部分は前記第2の部材(20,21)に設けられ、またはその逆も同様である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の機器。
- 前記第3の係合部分は長手方向溝(24)を含み、前記第4の係合部分は、前記長手方向溝(24)に係合する突出部(30)を含む、請求項4に記載の機器。
- 前記第2の構成において、前記第1の部材(10,11)と前記第2の部材(20,21)との間の回転運動を可能にするために前記第4の係合部分(30)と協働するように構成される第5の係合部分(25)が設けられる、請求項4または5のいずれか1項に記載の機器。
- 前記第5の係合部分(25)は、前記長手方向軸(C)に実質的に垂直に延在する水平凹部である、請求項6に記載の機器。
- 前記第5の係合部分は、前記第3の係合部分(24)に接続する、請求項7に記載の機器。
- 前記第3および第4の係合部分(24,30)は、前記第3の係合部分(24)が前記第4の係合部分(30)に係合する際に前記第2の部材(20,21)が前記第1の部材(10,11)に対して配される場合にのみ搭載が可能であるように、周方向において前記長手方向軸(C)のまわりに前記第1の部材(10,11)に対する前記第2の部材(20,21)の搭載位置を規定する、請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の機器。
- 前記第1の部材(10,11)は、前記受入部分(5)に対して前記第1の部材の軸方向の移動を制限するための停止部(14)を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の機器。
- 前記第1の部材(10)は第1の管状部分(11)を含み、前記第2の部材(20,21)は前記第1の管状部分(11)へ挿入可能である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の機器。
- 前記第2の部材は、前記第2の係合部分(22,22a)を含む前端部(20a)を有する第2の管状部分(21)を含む、請求項11に記載の機器。
- 機器および多軸骨固定装置のシステムであって、前記多軸骨固定装置は、ロッド(100)を受け入れるとともに骨固定要素のヘッド(3)を収容するための受入部分(5)を含み、前記ヘッド(3)は、クランプ要素(7)を介してその上に圧力を加えることによりクランプされることが可能であり、前記圧力は前記機器を使用して調節することが可能であり、前記機器は、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の機器である、システム。
- 前記受入部分(5)は、第1の端部(5a)と、第2の端部(5b)と、前記第1の端部(5a)および前記第2の端部(5b)を通って延在するとともに前記機器の長手方向軸と一致する中心軸(C)と、ロッドを受け入れるためのチャンネル(52)とを有し、前記受入部分(5)はさらに、骨固定要素(1)のヘッド(3)を収容するための収容空間(55)を規定し、前記収容空間は前記ヘッドを挿入するための開口部(56)を有しており、
前記収容空間(55)に少なくとも部分的に配される圧力要素(6)が設けられ、前記圧力要素(6)は挿入されたヘッドをクランプするようフレキシブル部分(63)を含み、
少なくとも部分的に前記フレキシブル部分(63)のまわりを延在するクランプ要素(7)が設けられ、前記クランプ要素(7)は、第1の位置から、前記圧力要素(6)にクランプ力を加える第2の位置へ移動するように構成され、前記移動は、前記機器を使用して前記中心軸(C)のまわりに前記クランプ要素を回転させることを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記受入部分(5)および前記クランプ要素(7)は、前記機器を使用して前記クランプ要素が前記中心軸(C)の周りを回転する際に前記クランプ要素(7)の軸方向の進行を可能にするように構成される進行構造(73,9a,9b)を含み、前記第2の部材(20,21)の前記第2の係合部分(22,22a)は前記クランプ要素(7)を係合し、前記機器は前記第1の構成にある、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記クランプ要素(7)は、前記機器の前記第2の部材(20,21)の前記第2の係合部分(22,22a)との係合のための係合部分(75)を含む、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記受入部分(5)は、前記受入部分に対する前記第1の部材(10,11)の回転を防止するよう前記機器の前記第1の部材(10,11)の前記第1の係合部分(12a,12b)と協働する外面部分(58a,58b)を含む、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
