Description
Claims (9)
- 電解質を含む電解水を収容する電解槽であり、電解水を電解して、水素を有するガスを発生するために用いられる電解槽;
ガス経路、ろ過器、及び分離構成要素を有する復水ろ過装置であり、前記ガス経路は、前記水素を有するガスを受けるために用いられ、かつ、前記ろ過器は、前記水素を有するガスをろ過して、ろ過された水素を有するガスを発生するために、前記ガス経路内に構成され、かつ、前記分離構成要素は、前記ガス経路内を各ブロックに分割し、前記各ブロック内に前記ろ過器を収容するために、前記復水ろ過装置内に構成される、復水ろ過装置;並びに
前記ろ過された水素を有するガスを受けるための噴霧化装置であり、前記ろ過された水素を有するガスと混合されるべき噴霧ガスを更に発生して、健康に良いガスを発生する噴霧化装置:
を有するガス発生器であって、
前記復水ろ過装置は、前記分離構成要素が配置された前記ガス経路の下面カバーを有し、
前記ろ過器は、複数のろ過膜を有し、
前記複数のろ過膜は、前記分離構成要素により分離され、前記ガス経路の下面カバー上に隣接して配置されることを特徴とするガス発生器。 - 前記分離構成要素は、分離した柱体または経路形成部材である、請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記復水ろ過装置は、ガス経路の上面カバーを有し、かつ、前記ガス経路の上面カバーは、前記ガス経路の下面カバー上に構成され、かつ、前記ガス経路は、前記ガス経路の上面カバーと前記ガス経路の下面カバーとの間に形成される、請求項2に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記ガス経路の下面カバーは、経路基板を有し、かつ、前記分離構成要素は、前記経路基板上に構成され、かつ、前記復水ろ過装置上で分配される前記ガス経路は、前記ガス経路の上面カバーと前記ガス経路の下面カバーとの間に形成される、請求項3に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記経路基板及び前記分離構成要素は、1つの工程により一体成形される、請求項4に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記復水ろ過装置は、吸気口及び排気口を有し、かつ、前記吸気口及び前記排気口は、それぞれ前記ガス経路に接続され、かつ、前記水素を有するガスは、前記吸気口を介して前記ガス経路に入り、かつ、前記排気口は、前記ろ過された水素を有するガスを排出するために用いられる、請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記分離構成要素は、前記ガス経路内における前記ろ過器の動作を制限することにより、前記ろ過器が、前記吸気口または前記排気口に流入することを防止するために用いられる、請求項6に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記ろ過器は、アスベストである、請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記復水ろ過装置及び前記噴霧化装置間に接続された加湿装置を更に有し、前記加湿装置は、前記排気口から受ける前記ろ過された水素を有するガスを更に加湿及びろ過すると共に、前記ろ過された水素を有するガスを前記噴霧化装置へ排出するために用いられるガス発生器であって、
前記噴霧化装置は前記加湿装置内に前記復水ろ過装置に囲まれるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
