Description
Claims (10)
- 主マトリックスによって高密度化された主繊維補強材を備える複合材料でできた、ガスタービンエンジンの部品(1)のための耐火方法(S)であって、
火に対して保護されるべき部品(1)の表面(3)の形状に相当する形状を与えるように、プレプレグパネル(20)を予備成形するステップ(S1)であって、前記プレプレグパネル(20)が、二次マトリックスによって高密度化された二次繊維補強材を備える、ステップ(S1)と、
予備成形されたプレプレグパネル(20)を部品(1)に付着するステップ(S2)と、
耐火保護層(2)を生成するように前記プレプレグパネル(20)で被嵌された部品(1)の熱処理によって表面(3)にプレプレグパネル(20)を固定するステップ(S3)と、
を含み、
プレプレグパネル(20)がリングセクタによって予備成形され、前記リングセクタが、重ねることによって、保護される部品(1)の表面(3)に付着される、
耐火方法(S)。 - 熱処理が、部品(1)の劣化温度未満の温度で実施される、請求項1に記載の耐火方法(S)。
- 二次繊維補強材が、ガラス繊維を含む、請求項1または2に記載の耐火方法(S)。
- 二次マトリックスが、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂および/またはシアネートエステル樹脂を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の耐火方法(S)。
- 二次マトリックスが、HexPly(R)M26T/50%035タイプの樹脂を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の耐火方法(S)。
- 二次マトリックスが熱可塑性樹脂を備え、予備成形するステップ(S1)が、
保護される部品(1)の表面(3)の形状を与えるように、プレプレグパネル(20)を熱硬化性樹脂のガラス遷移温度よりも高い温度で予備成形するサブステップ(S12)と、
予備成形されたプレプレグパネル(20)と保護される部品(1)の表面(3)との間に粘着フィルムを付着するサブステップ(S14)と、
を含み、熱処理によって固定するステップ(S3)が粘着フィルムを重合するように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の耐火方法(S)。 - リングセクタが互いの上に重なることを保証するために、リングセクタ上に段付けが実施されるサブステップ(S13)を更に含む、組み合わされた請求項1から6のいずれか一項による耐火方法(S)。
- 二次マトリックスが熱硬化性樹脂を備え、予備成形するステップ(S2)が、保護される部品(1)の表面(3)の形状を与えるように、プレプレグパネル(20)を主マトリックスの重合温度未満の温度で予備成形するサブステップ(S11)を含み、熱処理によって固定するステップ(S3)が、熱硬化性樹脂を重合するように構成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の耐火方法(S)。
- 保護層(2)が、2つの重ねられたプレプレグパネル(20)を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の耐火方法(S)。
- プレプレグパネル(20)が、予備成形するステップ(S1)の間に、同時に重ねられ、予備成形される、請求項9に記載の耐火方法(S)。
