Claims (10)
- 第1導体及び前記第1導体を囲む第2導体を有する容量性プローブと、
前記容量性プローブに関連付けられた測定結果に基づいて信号を生成するとともに、前記容量性プローブを送信アンテナとして用いて送信を行うために前記信号を前記第1導体に供給する無線通信部と、を含み、
前記容量性プローブは、前記第1導体から前記第2導体へ無線周波信号を伝搬する、前記第1導体から前記第2導体へ向かって延伸する1つ又は複数のスタブを含む、センサー装置。 - 前記1つ又は複数のスタブは、スロット放射レベル制御のために、前記第1導体から延伸し、前記1つ又は複数のスタブの各々と前記第2導体との間に空隙が形成されている、請求項1に記載のセンサー装置。
- 前記第1導体は、第1周波数で前記第2導体から電気的に隔離され、前記第1導体は、第2周波数で前記第2導体と電気的に接続し、前記第1周波数は、前記第2周波数よりも低い、請求項1又は2に記載のセンサー装置。
- 前記第1導体、前記第2導体、又はこれら両方は、1つ又は複数のスロットを画成する、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のセンサー装置。
- 整合回路と、前記無線通信部を前記容量性プローブに接続する給電部とを更に含む、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のセンサー装置。
- 受信した無線信号からエネルギーを獲得するように構成されているエネルギー獲得素子を更に含む、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のセンサー装置。
- 前記エネルギー獲得素子は、温度勾配、振動、又は動きのうち、少なくとも1つからエネルギーを生成するように構成されている、請求項6に記載のセンサー装置。
- 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の前記容量性プローブを用いてセンサーデータを生成することと、
前記容量性プローブを送信アンテナとして用いて、前記センサーデータに基づく信号を送信することと、を含む方法。 - 前記信号は、第1周波数で送信され、前記センサーデータは、第2周波数での電気的読み取りに基づいて生成され、前記第2周波数は、前記第1周波数よりも低い、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記容量性プローブを含むセンサー装置において、温度勾配、振動、動き、又はそれらの組み合わせに基づいてエネルギーを生成し、前記センサー装置に電力を供給することを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
