Description
Claims (4)
- 冷房時の入口が暖房時には出口となり、暖房時の入口が冷房時には出口となる出入口を両端に形成した円筒状のケーシングと、
大径な円板2枚と小径な円板2枚との組み合わせで構成され、大径な円板、小径な円板、小径な円板、大径な円板の順序で同心的に配列され、大径な円板と小径な円板との間の互いに対向する面に前面開放の多角形の小室をハニカム状に多数配列して前記ケーシング内に設置した導流単位体と、
前記円筒状のケーシングに発生する熱を放熱すべく、前記円筒状のケーシングを取り囲む放熱密閉槽と、
前記放熱密閉槽の内径よりも小さい外形を有し、自由振動が可能な状態で、当該放熱密閉槽の内側に設けたスプリングと
からなり、ヒートポンプシステムを構成する配管の経路上に設置して、当該ヒートポンプサイクルの冷媒と冷凍機油とを含む流体を撹拌する静止型液化促進装置であって、
前記大径な円板は前記ケーシングの内径に合致する直径を有するとともに、中心に流通孔を穿設し、
前記大径な円板と小径な円板の小室は互いの小室が対向する他の複数の小室に連通するように位置を違えて配列されており、
前記出入口を形成する円筒状のケーシングの両端には前記導流単位体の大径な円板を位置させてその流通孔をケーシングの出入口に連通させ、
前記ヒートポンプシステムを運転する際に、前記冷媒と前記冷凍機油とを含む流体が、0.2メガパスカルから10メガパスカルまでの圧力で前記静止型液化促進装置を通過して、前記ヒートポンプシステムのサイクルを繰り返し循環することにより、前記冷媒と前記冷凍機油を含む流体を均一混合すべく、当該流体を撹拌することを特徴とする静止型液化促進装置。 - 前記円筒状のケーシングの内側に、当該ケーシングの内径よりも小さい外形を有するスプリングを自由振動が可能な状態で設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静止型液化促進装置。
- 冷房時の入口が暖房時には出口となり、暖房時の入口が冷房時には出口となる出入口を形成した撹拌槽内の液中に、回転駆動源に連結した回転軸に取り付けられる混合回転体を配設してなり、ヒートポンプシステムを構成する配管の経路上に設置して、当該ヒートポンプサイクルの冷媒と冷凍機油とを含む流体を撹拌することにより液化促進する液化促進装置であって、
前記撹拌槽に発生する熱を放熱すべく、前記撹拌槽を取り囲む放熱密閉槽と、
前記放熱密閉槽の内径よりも小さい外形を有し、自由振動が可能な状態で、当該放熱密閉槽の内側に設けたスプリングと
をさらに有し、
前記混合回転体は、上下2枚の円板を一組みとして重ね合わせ、下方の円板の中央に流入口を形成すると共に、互いに対向する前面に、前方開口する筒状の小室を多数配列させて形成し、上方の円板の小室と、下方の円板の小室とは互いの小室が対向する他の小室に連通すると共に、一方の小室の中心に他方の小室を形成する側壁の交差接続部位が位置する様に位置を違えて配列させ、
前記ヒートポンプシステムを運転する際に、前記冷媒と前記冷凍機油とを含む流体が、0.2メガパスカルから10メガパスカルまでの圧力で前記液化促進装置を通過して、前記出入口を通過して、前記ヒートポンプシステムのサイクルを繰り返し循環することにより、前記冷媒と前記冷凍機油を含む流体を均一混合すべく、当該流体を撹拌することを特徴とする回転型液化促進装置。 - 前記撹拌槽の内側に、当該撹拌槽の内径よりも小さい外形を有するスプリングを自由振動が可能な状態で設けたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転型液化促進装置。
