Description
図5は、本実施形態に係る心肺蘇生器の一例を示す斜視図である。心肺蘇生器100は、図5に示すように、アーチ部10と、バーチカルロッド20と、背板30とを備える。
図2は、本実施形態に係る人工呼吸器のブロック図の一例である。図2を参照して人工呼吸器200を説明する。本実施形態に係る人工呼吸器200は、患者に呼吸用ガスを吹き込む第2ガス吹込みユニット210と、第2ガス吹込みユニット210を制御し、かつ、心肺蘇生器へのリモートコントロール信号を含む外部信号を生成する第2制御部230と、第2制御部230が生成した外部信号を外部に出力する外部信号出力部240と、患者の気道内圧を検知する気道内圧センサ250と、を有する。
図3は、本実施形態に係る心肺蘇生システムの概念図の一例である。本実施形態に係る心肺蘇生システム1は、心肺蘇生器100と、人工呼吸器200と、外部信号出力部240から外部信号入力部140に外部信号を伝達する信号伝達手段300と、を備え、第1ガス吹込みユニット110及び胸骨圧迫ユニット120が作動可能状態であり、かつ、第2ガス吹込みユニット210が停止状態であるローカルモードと、胸骨圧迫ユニット120及び第2ガス吹込みユニット210が作動可能状態であり、かつ、第1ガス吹込みユニット110が停止状態であるリモートモードとを有し、リモートモードでは、心肺蘇生器100と人工呼吸器200とが信号伝達手段300によって外部信号の伝達が可能な状態とされて、第2制御部230が胸骨圧迫ユニット120を制御する。

Claims (2)
- 患者の胸部上方にまたがって配置されるアーチ部と、
該アーチ部を上下方向に移動可能に支持するバーチカルロッドと、
前記患者の胸部下面を支持する背板とを備え、
前記アーチ部は、衝撃槌と該衝撃槌を上下に往復運動させる昇降手段とを有し、
前記衝撃槌は、前記昇降手段に連結する衝撃槌ロッドと、該衝撃槌ロッドの下端部に取り付けられ、前記患者の胸部に当てられる衝撃頭パッドと、を有する心肺蘇生器であって、
該心肺蘇生器は、前記バーチカルロッドに表示された目盛りを更に備え、前記衝撃頭パッドが前記患者の胸部に接した時点で前記目盛りが示す値が、前記患者の胸厚の値に相当し、
レーザー光が、前記衝撃槌の中央部から前記患者の胸部へ向けて照射され、前記レーザー光は、レーザーポインターのレーザー光であることを特徴とする心肺蘇生器。 - 前記衝撃槌は、前記胸厚の値を基に設定された圧迫深さで前記患者の胸部を圧迫することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心肺蘇生器。
