Description
Claims (15)
- 心臓の電気活動マッピングのためのシステムであって、
第1の電極と第2の電極とを含む複数の電極が接続されたカテーテルシャフトと、
プロセッサと、を備え、前記プロセッサは、
ある時間間隔にわたって実行され、前記第1の電極に対応する第1の信号と、前記第2の電極に対応する第2の信号とを収集する処理と、
前記第1の信号に対応する第1の時間−周波数分布を生成する処理と、
前記第1の時間−周波数分布における第1の時点での第1の優位な周波数において発生する第1の優位な周波数値を特定する処理と、
前記第2の信号に対応する第2の時間−周波数分布を生成する処理と、
前記第2の時間−周波数分布における第2の時点での第2の優位な周波数において発生する第2の優位な周波数値を特定する処理と、
前記第1の優位な周波数値が前記第2の優位な周波数値と共通の周波数又は共通の時点のいずれか一方において共通の特性を共有する場合に特定の電極の特性として定義されるアトラクションポイントを決定する処理と、
前記アトラクションポイントから導出されて前記特定の電極の空間的位置に関連する電気活性パターンを定義する特性であるモードに基づいて、目標となる治療の適用のために特定の空間的位置を特定する処理と、
を実行可能である、システム。 - 前記第1の時間−周波数分布と前記第2の時間−周波数分布を生成する処理は、フーリエ変換、短時間フーリエ変換、又はウェーブレット変換のひとつを利用する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の時間−周波数分布を生成する処理が前記第1の信号のスペクトログラムを生成する処理を含み、又は、前記第2の時間−周波数分布を生成する処理が前記第2の信号のスペクトログラムを生成する処理を含み、あるいは、前記第1の時間−周波数分布を生成する処理が前記第1の信号のスペクトログラムを生成する処理を含むとともに、前記第2の時間−周波数分布を生成する処理が前記第2の信号のスペクトログラムを生成する処理を含んでいる、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の優位な周波数値又は前記第2の優位な周波数値は、最大周波数値、チャープ信号、持続最大周波数値、及び局所最大周波数値の少なくともいずれかひとつと等しい、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、周波数閾値を決定するように構成されており、前記最大周波数値と前記局所最大周波数値の少なくともいずれか一方は、前記周波数閾値以上である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の優位な周波数は、前記第2の優位な周波数と等しく、前記第1の時点は、前記第2の時点と等しい、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、ある時間間隔を特定するように構成されており、前記時間間隔は、前記第1の時点と前記第2の時点とを含み、前記第1の優位な周波数値は、前記時間間隔にわたって前記第2の優位な周波数値と共通の特性を共有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、ある時間間隔にわたって第3の電極から信号を収集するように構成されており、前記プロセッサは、第3の優位な周波数値を生成するものであり、前記プロセッサは、第1、第2、第3の優位な周波数値が相互に共通の周波数と共通の時点とのいずれか一方の共通の特性を共有する場合に前記アトラクションポイントを定義するように構成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、周波数間隔を特定するように構成されており、前記周波数間隔は、第1の優位な周波数値と、第2の優位な周波数値とを含み、前記第1の優位な周波数値は、前記周波数間隔にわたって前記第2の優位な周波数値と共通の特性を共有する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、ある時間間隔にわたって第3の電極から信号を収集するように構成されており、前記プロセッサは、第3の優位な周波数値を生成するものであり、周波数間隔は、前記第1、第2、及び第3の優位な周波数値を含み、前記第1、第2、及び第3の優位な周波数値は、前記周波数間隔にわたって相互に共通の特性を共有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、視覚的な表示を生成するように構成されており、前記視覚的な表示は、少なくともひとつの視覚的なインジケータの表示を含み、前記視覚的なインジケータは、前記第1の優位な周波数値と前記第2の優位な周波数値との少なくともいずれか一方に対応している、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記第1の優位な周波数と前記第2の優位な周波数の少なくともいずれか一方を表現する、少なくともひとつの正弦波曲線を生成するように構成されており、前記視覚的な表示を生成する処理は、前記少なくともひとつの正弦波曲線を表示する処理を含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記第1の優位な周波数と前記第2の優位な周波数の少なくともいずれか一方を表現する、少なくともひとつの位相マップであって、時間間隔にわたって前記第1の優位な周波数と前記第2の優位な周波数の少なくともいずれか一方の位相偏倚に対応しているものを生成するように構成されており、前記視覚的な表示の生成は、前記位相マップの表示を含む、請求項11又は12に記載のシステム。
- 前記視覚的なインジケータは、色彩、質感、又は色彩及び質感である、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記第1の優位な周波数と前記第2の優位な周波数の少なくともいずれか一方の動画であって、ある時間にわたって前記第1の優位な周波数と前記第2の優位な周波数の少なくともいずれか一方の変化に対応しているものを生成するように構成されており、前記視覚的な表示は、前記動画を含む、請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
