Claims (10)
- 有機マトリックスによって高密度化されている補強材を備える有機マトリックス複合材料で作られているガスタービンケーシング(100、200、300、400)であって、前記ガスタービンケーシングの内面(101、201、301、401)に面する第1の面(120a、220a、320a、420a)と、流路(102、202、302、402)の一部分を画定する反対側の第2の面(120b、220b、320b、420b)とを有する構造部品(120、220、320、420)を、前記ガスタービンケーシングの前記内面上に有する内部体積部を画定するガスタービンケーシングにおいて、
前記ガスタービンケーシングの前記内面(101、201)に面する前記構造部品(120、220)の前記第1の面(120a、220a)が、前記ガスタービンケーシングの前記内部体積部の中に直接的又は間接的に開く溝(130、230)を含むことと、前記溝(130、230)は少なくとも前記ガスタービンケーシング(100)の軸方向に延びることを特徴とするガスタービンケーシング。 - 前記溝(230)は、前記構造部品(220)の少なくとも1つの軸方向端部において開くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンケーシング。
- 前記溝(130)は、前記構造部品(120)の前記少なくとも1つの軸方向端部の前で止まり、及び前記溝は、前記構造部品の前記第2の面(120b)の中で開く穿孔(140)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンケーシング。
- 第1の溝(130)が前記ガスタービンケーシング(100)の前記軸方向に延びることと、第2の溝(150)が前記第1の溝(130)に対して垂直方向に延びることとを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービンケーシング。
- 前記ガスタービンケーシングの前記内面は、前記構造部品を越えて開く溝を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービンケーシング。
- 前記構造部品(120、220、320、420)は、前記ガスタービンケーシング(100、200、300、400)の前記内面(101、201、301、401)に面するセル状構造(121、221、321、421)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービンケーシング。
- 前記溝は排出溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガスタービンケーシング。
- 前記構造部品(120、220、320、420)は、さらに、摩耗性被覆層(123、223、323、423)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のガスタービンケーシング。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービンケーシングを有するガスタービン航空機エンジン。
- 請求項9に記載の1つ又は複数のエンジンを含む航空機。
