Claims (5)
- インペラと、
前記インペラに連結された回転子と、
前記回転子を収容したハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを外側から包囲した複数の分割鉄心と、
前記複数の分割鉄心のそれぞれに取り付けられた複数の分割コイルボビンと、
前記複数の分割コイルボビンにそれぞれ巻回された複数の分割コイルと、
複数のバスバーを含むバスバーユニットと、を備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記回転子を回転可能に支持する軸部を直接的に又は間接的に起立保持する底壁部を有し、
前記底壁部は、前記回転子の軸方向に直交する直交方向で複数の前記分割コイルの少なくとも一部に重なり、
前記バスバーユニットは、複数の前記分割コイルに導通接続され、前記底壁部に保持されており、
複数の前記バスバーは、前記直交方向で複数の前記分割コイルに重なる、電動ポンプ。 - 前記ハウジングの前記底壁部と前記回転子との間には、前記インペラの回転により流動する流体が流れる、請求項1の電動ポンプ。
- 前記底壁部は、隣接する前記バスバーを前記直交方向で隔てる隔離部を有する、請求項1又は2の電動ポンプ。
- 前記底壁部は、前記バスバーの周方向での位置ずれを規制する規制部を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れかの電動ポンプ。
- 前記底壁部は、前記バスバーを収容した溝部を有し、
前記溝部は、隣接する前記バスバーを前記直交方向で隔てる隔離部と、前記バスバーの周方向での位置ずれを規制する規制部と、を有している、請求項1乃至4の何れかの電動ポンプ。
