Claims (12)
- 作動面と、前記作動面の側部に沿って延びる周辺エッジと、を有する圧電基板と、
前記作動面に位置し、前記作動面内に表面弾性波(SAW)を生成するインターデジタルトランスデューサと、
霧化すべき液体を供給する浸透性部材を有する液体送出装置と、を備える、液体霧化装置であって、
前記浸透性部材は、前記圧電基板の周辺エッジに接し、
前記浸透性部材は、その上端に関して、前記浸透性部材の上面が、前記SAWにより前記浸透性部材から引き出される液体から前記作動面にわたって形成された液層内に規定される境界層であって、前記作動面に直接隣接して配置される境界層の厚さと同じかまたは小さい距離で、前記作動面から離間されるように配置され、前記境界層の厚さは前記作動面を通じて伝播する前記SAWの波長に等しい、液体霧化装置。 - 前記インターデジタルトランスデューサは、DART−SPUDTである、請求項1に記載の液体霧化装置。
- 前記インターデジタルトランスデューサは、前記SAWの波長の少なくとも1%の厚さを有する、請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の液体霧化装置。
- 前記インターデジタルトランスデューサの厚さは、前記SAW波長の1〜5%の間である、請求項3に記載の液体霧化装置。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置を用いて、生体物質を肺に送出する方法。
- 前記生体物質は、幹細胞を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の肺に送出する方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置を用いて、医薬物質を送出する方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置を用いて、芳香物質を送出する方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置を用いて、化粧物質を送出する方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置を用いて、人の口および喉に対し噴霧を生成する方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置を用いて、洗浄、消毒、抗アレルギー物質の噴霧を生成する方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置を用いて、除草剤、殺菌剤、殺虫剤、および肥料を含む農薬を送出する方法。
