Description
‐電動工具の駆動機器としてのモータと、
‐制御装置と、
‐動作ディスプレイと
‐少なくとも第1のギアと第2のギアとを有する変速機と、
‐変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転速度を検出する第1のセンサと、
‐モータの回転速度を検出する第2のセンサと
を備えた電動工具、特にコアドリル、を制御する方法が提示される。
‐変速機をギアに入れた際に、変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の第1の回転速度を特定する工程と、
‐変速機をギアに入れた際に、モータの第1の回転速度を特定する工程と、
‐ギアの選択を、早見表に基づき、変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の第1の回転速度とモータの第1の回転速度との、規定された第1の比率に基づき確認する工程と、
‐動作ディスプレイの限界値を、選択されているギアの関数として早見表に基づき、設定する工程と
を備える。
選択されているギアに対して動作ディスプレイに示される限界値を自動的且つ適切に対応させることができるため、ユーザーは常に適切な出力範囲で電動工具を使用して生産性を向上させることができる。
‐電動工具の駆動機器としてのモータと、
‐制御装置と、
‐動作ディスプレイと、
‐少なくとも第1のギアと第2のギアとを有する変速機と、
‐変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転速度を検出する第1のセンサと、
‐モータの回転速度を検出する第2のセンサと、
を備えた電動工具、特にコアドリルであって、
本発明の方法を実行するための、電動工具、特にコアドリルが提供される。
Claims (2)
- ‐電動工具(1)の駆動機器としてのモータ(3)と、
‐制御装置(4)と、
‐動作ディスプレイ(5)と、
‐少なくとも第1のギアと第2のギアとを有する変速機(6)と、
‐前記変速機(6)の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転速度を検出する第1のセンサ(10)と、
‐前記モータ(3)の回転速度を検出する第2のセンサ(20)と
を備えた前記電動工具(1)、特にコアドリル、を制御する方法であって、
‐前記変速機(6)をギアに入れた際に、前記変速機(6)の前記少なくとも1つの構成要素の第1の回転速度を検出する工程と、
‐前記変速機をギアに入れた際に、前記モータ(3)の第1の回転速度を検出する工程と、
‐早見表に基づき、前記変速機(6)の前記少なくとも1つの構成要素の前記第1の回転速度と前記モータ(3)の前記第1の回転速度との第1の規定された比率により、前記ギアの選択を確認する工程と、
‐前記動作ディスプレイ(5)に、選択された前記ギアの関数として前記早見表に基づき前記ギアの過負荷の範囲を示す工程と
を備えた方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法を実行するための
‐電動工具(1)の駆動機器としてのモータ(3)と、
‐制御装置(4)と、
‐動作ディスプレイ(5)と、
‐少なくとも第1のギアと第2のギアとを有する変速機(6)と、
‐前記変速機(6)の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転速度を検出する第1のセンサ(10)と、
‐前記モータ(3)の前記回転速度を検出する第2のセンサ(20)と
を備えた電動工具(1)、特にコアドリル。
