Description

The present invention relates to a technology for forming an outer wall with ceramic-based siding (outer wall material), and more particularly, to the fitting of ceramic-based siding (outer wall material) in a corner portion.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1, there is known a technique of forming an outer wall using a flat-plate-shaped outer wall material configured by ceramic-based siding. The outer wall material is fastened to the side of the column such as a pillar by a fixing bracket, and is arranged in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction to form a series of outer wall surfaces.

And in patent document 1, without using the outer wall material for corners of a planar view substantially L-shape, attaching a flat-shaped outer wall material together and forming a corner part (out corner part) is described. Specifically, with respect to a pair of outer wall materials to be attached at the projected corner, corner inclined surfaces in the direction of about 45 degrees in plan view are formed at the end of each outer wall material, and the corner inclined surfaces are opposed to each other. It arrange | positions so that materials may mutually become right angle, and comprises an exit corner part.

When an outer wall material as described above is used, there is a concern that the outer wall material may be displaced in the in-plane direction when an earthquake occurs, and one of the outer wall materials that is orthogonal to each other at the protruding corner portion Situations can arise where the end is pressed against the end of the other outer wall material.

In this case, with the configuration as in Patent Document 1, since the portion of the corner sloped surface is configured by a thin thin portion with thick wall, when the outer wall material orthogonal to it shakes due to an earthquake, it may be orthogonal depending on the direction of the movement. Since it shifts | deviates to the direction to cross | intersect with respect to the outer wall material to carry out, it is feared that pressing will generate | occur | produce in thin-walled parts and breakage of a thin-walled part will occur easily.

Moreover, in patent document 1, while it is the structure which makes corner clearance surfaces of planar direction view about 45 degree | times direction oppose, and it is filled with a sealing material in clearance gap, deterioration of a sealing material will arise by age. In addition, when the outer wall material shifts in the event of an earthquake, there is a concern that the sealing material may peel off, and the waterproofness may be deteriorated.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems, the present invention proposes a novel structure at the corner of the outer wall. Moreover, the novel structure applicable to the case where outer wall material structures, such as a sleeve wall and a pillar (gate post, porch pillar), are constructed using outer wall material as well as the raised corner portion of the outer wall is proposed.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is as described above, and next, means for solving the problem will be described.

Further, in the vertical strip portion 51c, a third vertical strip portion 51d extending toward the outdoor side is formed at an end opposite to the vertical strip portion 51b. A longitudinal piece 51 e extending to the opposite side of the longitudinal piece 51 c is formed at the end of the outdoor side of the longitudinal piece 51 d.

The vertical pieces 51c and 51d are perpendicular to each other, and the vertical pieces 51d and 51e are perpendicular to each other. Among them, the substantially L-shaped configuration composed of the vertical piece portions 51d and 51e is configured to follow the substantially L-shaped configuration of the backing portion 13 formed on the side end 12 of the outer wall material 11 There is. The backing part 13 has a prospective surface 13d in the thickness direction of the outer wall material 11 and a rear surface 13e orthogonal to the prospective surface 13d in plan view, and is formed in a substantially L shape in plan .

Further, a packing material 51q is attached to the vertical piece portion 51e, and a gap between the surface (the back surface portion 13e) of the backing portion 13 and the vertical piece portion 51e is closed by the packing material 51q. By disposing the packing material 51 q also on the vertical piece portion 51 e as described above, it is possible to effectively prevent the entry of water from the outside to the vertical groove portion 51 g side, and it is possible to enhance water fastness.

In addition to the packing material 51q or in place of the packing material 51q, the packing material may be disposed between the prospective surface portion 13d of the backing portion 13 and the vertical piece portion 51d. Furthermore, the packing material 51 q may not be disposed in the case where waterproofness is not required or in the case where the prospective surface portion 13 d is coated in advance.

In addition, at the portion on the outer wall material 21 side, the protruding corner bonding member 50 has a fixing piece portion 52a facing the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21 with an interval. The fixing piece portion 52a is fixed to the structural plywood 4 and the vertical frame 2 with a fixing tool such as a screw 55 via a spacer 32 having an L-shaped cross section.

In the fixed piece portion 52a, a longitudinal piece portion 52b extending toward the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21 is formed on the side closer to the side end 12 of the outer wall material 21.

In the fixed piece portion 52a, a longitudinal piece portion 52f extending toward the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21 is formed on the side far from the side end 12 of the outer wall material 21, and the end portion of the vertical piece portion 52f contacts the back surface 21a. Contact. The vertical piece portion 52f is folded back at a portion in contact with the back surface 21a.

A vertical groove 52g having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed by the fixed piece 52a, the vertical piece 52b, and the vertical piece 52f. Rainwater or the like that has entered the vertical groove 52g from the outside is discharged downward through the vertical groove 52g. In addition, the vertical piece part 52f functions as a water return part, thereby preventing the water from entering the back of the vertical piece part 52f, and the vertical piece part 52f is not in contact with the back surface 21a. It is also conceivable to

Further, in the vertical piece 52b, from the end opposite to the fixed piece 52a, a vertical piece 52c extending toward the side end 22 of the outer wall material 21 and facing the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21 is formed. Ru. In a gap between the vertical piece portion 52c and the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21, a vertical piece portion 62c (see FIG. 6) of a lateral displacement preventing fitting 62 (see FIG. 6) described later can be accommodated. The vertical piece portion 52c is provided to be overlapped with the above-described vertical piece portion 51c.

And packing material 52p is stuck on vertical piece part 52c, and a crevice between back 21a of outer wall material 21 and vertical piece part 52c is closed by packing material 52p. This packing material 52p can effectively prevent the entry of water from the outside to the side of the vertical groove 52g, and can improve water fastness.

Further, in the vertical piece 52c, a vertical piece 52d extending toward the outdoor side is formed at the end opposite to the vertical piece 52b. The vertical piece portion 52 d is provided so as to be overlapped with the above-described vertical piece portion 51 e without a gap.

Further, the vertical pieces 52d and 51e are configured to be in contact with the back surface 23e of the backing unit 23, so that no gap is formed between the vertical pieces 52e and 51e and the back surface 13e. And can improve the water barrier property. Further, the surface (the prospective surface portion 23d) of the backing portion 23 can be covered by the vertical piece portion 51e.

The side ends 12 and 22 of the outer wall members 11 and 21 are disposed close to each other on the outdoor side of the above-mentioned exit corner bonding member 50, and a corner gap 53 is formed between the side ends 12 and 22.

And when water infiltrates into corner crevice 53, while waterproofing performance by packing material 51p, 51q, 52p is exhibited, even if it passes packing material 51p, 51q, 52p temporarily, Water can be captured by the vertical groove portions 51g and 52g and drained downward, and it is possible to prevent water from entering the back surface of the outer wall members 11 and 21 through the exit corner joint member 50.

FIG. 4A shows the configuration of the side ends 12 and 22 of the outer wall materials 11 and 21. The side end 12 of the outer wall material 11 is disposed at the end and forms a plane in the viewing direction. Width of the outer wall material 11 from the indoor side end of the side end face 12m and the corner surface 12n (chamfered part) constituting the inclined surface in plan view in plan view from the outdoor end of the side end face 12m to the outer wall surface 11b A back surface portion 13e directed inward in the direction and a prospective surface portion 13d directed to the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11 from an end opposite to the side end surface 12m of the back surface portion 13e are formed. The back surface portion 13e and the prospective surface portion 13d are cut out in an L shape in plan view, and the backing determination unit 13 is configured.

Further, the width dimension We of the back surface portion 13e is smaller than the width dimension Wd of the prospective surface portion 13d. And the above-mentioned composition of side edge part 12 of outer wall material 11 is the same also about side edge 22 of outer wall material 21, and suppose that back side 23e and prospect surface part 23d have width dimensions We and Wd, respectively. .

Further, the prospective surface portion 13 d of the outer wall material 11 is disposed to face the back surface 21 a of the outer wall material 21. In other words, the side end face 12m of the outer wall material 11 is disposed to face the back surface portion 23e of the outer wall material 21, or the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11 is disposed indoors than the prospective surface portion 23d of the outer wall material 21 Be done.

Then, between the side end 12 of the outer wall material 11 and the back surface 23e of the outer wall material 21, the outer wall materials 11, 21 are constructed so as to secure a corner gap 53 having a predetermined width.

With the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the outer wall material 11 is shifted in the arrow X1 direction due to an earthquake, the prospective surface portion 13d abuts on the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21.

At this time, the corner gap 53 between the side end 12 of the outer wall material 11 and the back surface 23e of the outer wall material 21 is secured by the relationship between the width dimensions We and Wd described above. There is no chance that the thin part of the wall will hit the outer wall material 21.

Thereby, the occurrence of damage at the time of the occurrence of an earthquake can be prevented at the side end 12 configured to be thin. In FIG. 4B, the protruding corner bonding member 50 shown in FIG. 4A is omitted, and in fact, the vertical piece 51d of the protruding corner bonding member 50 is located between the prospective surface portion 13d and the back surface 21a. , 52c (FIG. 4 (A)), which also ensures the corner gap 53.

Further, in FIG. 4B, even if the outer wall material 21 is shifted in the direction of the arrow X2 due to an earthquake, a gap Sx having a sufficient width is formed between the prospective surface portion 23d and the back surface portion 13e. It can prevent that 23d collides with the back surface part 13e, and the side edge part 12 of the outer wall material 11 is damaged. In addition, about the shift | offset | difference to the arrow X 2 direction of the outer wall material 21, it is prevented by the side shift prevention metal fitting 62 (refer FIG.6 and FIG.7) mentioned later.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, the portion of the vertical piece portion 51e of the projecting corner bonding member 50 located inside the corner gap 53 is located outside the outer wall material 11 so that the corner gap 53 is not noticeable. It is preferable that the end 51s of the vertical piece 51e be in contact with or close to the back surface 23e of the backing portion 23 while being the same color as or similar to the wall surface 11b.

Thus, in the configuration in which the corner gap 53 is secured to prevent the side end 12 of the outer wall material 11 from being damaged, the corner gap 53 can be made inconspicuous. It is possible to construct a series of outer wall surfaces with no continuity.

In addition, when the end 51s of the vertical piece 51e abuts on the back surface 23e of the backing unit 23, a gap can be created between the end 51s and the back surface 23e, and water can flow through the gap. It is possible to prevent the water from invading inside, and it is possible to enhance the waterproofness while securing the corner gap 53.

Furthermore, as shown to FIG. 4 (A), the said corner surface 12n is formed by forming the corner surface 12n, 22n (chamfered part) which has fixed width in the side edge part 12 and 22 of the outer wall material 11 and 21. , 22n can be painted the same as the outer wall surfaces 11b, 21b. The width Wn of the corner surfaces 12n and 22n is wider than the width Wm of the side end surfaces 12m and 22m (for example, twice or more), so that the corner surfaces 12n and 22n are the same as the outer wall surfaces 11b and 21b. Painting is easy to apply.

As described above, the outer wall surfaces 11 b and 21 b and the corner surfaces 12 n and 22 n form the appearance by a series of continuous painting, and the corner gap 53 can be made inconspicuous. A series of continuous outer wall surfaces can be constructed.

In FIG. 4A, the side end surfaces 12m and 22m may be painted the same as the outer wall surfaces 11b and 21b in the same manner as the corner surfaces 12n and 22n, or the outer wall surfaces 11b and 21b It is also possible to apply different single paints.

Next, the content regarding how to paste an outer wall material is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 5 (A), with regard to the outer wall material 1D for exit corner used for the exit corner portion 1, the side end portions 12 and 22 on both sides in the width direction W thereof are backing portions 13 and 23, respectively. Is to be formed. In addition, for general portions other than the protruding corner portion, both-side backing wall members 16 in which the backing portions 17a and 17b are formed at the side ends 16a and 16b on both sides in the width direction W, and the width direction W A general outer wall material 18 is used in which the backing portion 19a is formed only at the side end 18a of the side.

And as shown to FIG. 5 (A), outer wall material 1D for projecting corner parts is cut into two, it is set as the outer wall materials 11 and 21, and the outgoing corner part 1 is comprised by arrange | positioning both orthogonally. Can.

Further, the both-side backing wall material 16 is disposed on the right side of the outer wall material 11, and the general-part outer wall material 18 is disposed on the right side on the both-side backing wall material 16. A plurality of general part outer wall materials 18 are arranged to form a series of outer wall surfaces. Then, the protruding corner portion 1A can be configured by similarly cutting and using the protruding corner outer wall material 1D at the corner portion on the opposite side of the protruding corner portion 1 as well.

Here, the dimensional adjustment of the entire surface width Wz can be performed by further cutting the cut side of the outer wall material 11 after cutting or by cutting the side end 19 b side of the general portion outer wall material 18.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 (B) and 5 (C) respectively, the joint portion Sa (FIG. 5 (B)) between the outer wall material 11 and the both-sides backing outer wall material 16 and the outer wall materials 16 and 18 In the joint portion Sb (FIG. 5 (C)), the backing portions 17b and 19a are formed only on one of the adjacent outer wall members, and the bonding portions 9b and 19a are joined to the backing portions 17b and 19a. By inserting the water blocking portion 9a, a dry joint is formed which ensures water blocking without a sealing material.

In addition, by appropriately performing the above-described adjustment at the construction site, the outer wall material by core fitting in which the bonding portions Sa and Sb are made to coincide with the core 2a by arranging the bonding object 9 on the core 2a of the vertical frame 2 (pillar) Installation of In addition, as FIG. 5 (B) and (C) show, by using suitably the junction part 9, it can use what is common in junction part Sa and Sb.

As described above, as shown in FIG.
With regard to the outer wall material used in a given corner portion 1, the outer corner wall material 1D for the output corner portion in which the backing portions 13 and 23 are formed at the side ends 12 and 22 on both sides in the width direction W Configure the exit corner 1 using the outer wall materials 11, 21 arranged orthogonally,
As for general portions other than the protruding corner portion, both-side backing wall members 16 in which the backing portions 17a and 17b are formed at the side ends 16a and 16b on both sides in the width direction W,
Using the general part outer wall material 18 in which the backing part 19a is formed only on the side end 18a on the side in the width direction W,
Cutting the general outer wall material 18 to adjust the overall surface width Wz of the outer wall surface,
Or
It is possible to further cut the outer corner wall material 1D after cutting and adjust the entire surface width Wz of the outer wall surface.

Next, the anti-slip fitting 62 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7.
FIG. 6 is a horizontal cross-sectional view showing the accommodation of the anti-slip fitting 62, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the structure of the anti-slip bracket 62.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the anti-slip fitting 62 is formed by bending the metal plate of the present embodiment by sheet metal processing, and has a plurality of longitudinal pieces that exhibit different functions. .

The anti-slip fitting 62 is fixed to the structural plywood 4 constituting a part of the casing via the spacer 32 and has a fixing piece 62 a facing the back surface 21 a of the outer wall material 21. In the fixing piece portion 62a, through holes 62k penetrating in the thickness direction are provided at a plurality of places, and fixing tools 63 such as screws and nails are inserted into the through holes 62k, and structural plywood 4 or vertical frame 2 The anti-slip fitting 62 is fastened to the (stud).

In the fixed piece portion 62a, a longitudinal piece portion 62b extending toward the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21 is formed at an end portion on the side end 22 side of the outer wall material 21. The end portion of the vertical piece portion 62b is the back surface 21a. Abut.

Further, in the vertical piece portion 62b, a vertical piece portion 62c extending from the end opposite to the fixed piece portion 62a toward the side end portion 22 of the outer wall material 21 and facing the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21 is formed. Ru.

And in the vertical piece part 62c, the engagement piece part 62d extended toward an outdoor side is formed in the edge part on the opposite side to the vertical piece part 62b. The engagement piece 62 d faces the prospective surface 23 d (surface in the depth direction) of the backing unit 23 formed on the side end 22 of the outer wall material 21 and abuts on the prospective surface 23 d to make the outer wall material It functions to prevent lateral displacement in the direction of the arrow X2 axis of 21.

Assuming that the vertical frame 2 is inclined during the earthquake and the outer wall material 21 is displaced from the vertical frame 2 when the engaging piece 62 d does not exist, the shaking of the earthquake is suppressed and the vertical frame 2 is restored to the upright state Even if, the shift | offset | difference of the vertical frame 2 and the outer wall material 21 will remain. The presence of the engagement piece portion 62 d makes it possible to return the outer wall material 21 to the original state along with the return of the vertical frame 2.

Further, in the fixed piece portion 62a, a longitudinal piece portion 62f extending toward the back surface 21a of the outer wall material 21 is formed on the side far from the side end 22 of the outer wall material 21.

In addition, the fixed piece portion 62 a, the vertical piece portions 62 b and 62 f, and a part of the vertical piece portion 62 c of the lateral deviation prevention metal fitting 62 are accommodated inside the vertical groove portion 52 g of the projecting corner joint member 50. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to arrange the fixing fitting 41 and the lateral deviation preventing fitting 62 both arranged at the upper edge of the outer wall material 21 side by side in the lateral direction.

The present invention can be implemented as described above.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (B), the structure of the projected corner portion 1 of the outer wall formed by joining the side end portions 12 and 21 of the outer wall members 11 and 21 The backing portions 13 and 23 are respectively formed on the side end portions 12 and 21 of 21. The backing portions 13 and 23 are expected surface portions 13d, which constitute a vertical surface in the thickness direction of the outer wall material in plan view. And 23d and back surfaces 13e and 23e that form vertical planes orthogonal to the prospective surfaces 13d and 23d in plan view, and the width dimension We of the back surfaces 13e and 23e is the width dimension Wd of the prospective surfaces 13d and 23d The side end face 12m of the side end 12 of one outer wall material 11 is smaller than the other, and is disposed to face the back surface 23e of the other outer wall material 21. A corner gap 53 is formed between the portions 23e, and the structure of the protruding corner portion of the outer wall To.

Thus, when an earthquake occurs, the prospective surface portion 13d of one outer wall material 11 abuts on the back surface 21a of the other outer wall material 21. Therefore, the side end surface 12m of the side end 12 of one outer wall material 11 abuts on the outer wall material 21 In the case of the side end 12 having a thin wall thickness, the occurrence of damage can be prevented.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, it is disposed on the indoor side of both the outer wall members 11 and 21 between the backing portion 13 of one outer wall material 11 and the backing portion 23 of the other outer wall member 21. The first vertical piece 51e of the protruding corner joint member 50 is disposed, and the packing material 51q is disposed between the vertical piece 51e and the back surface 13e of the backing portion 13 of the one outer wall material 11. It will be set up. In addition to or instead of the packing material 51q, another third packing material is provided between the vertical piece 51d and the prospective surface 13d of the backing part 13 of the one outer wall material 11. It may be arranged.

Thereby, the water which has entered the corner gap 53 can be stopped by the packing material 51 q.

Also, as shown in FIG. 4 (A),
The vertical piece portion 51 e of the projected corner joint member 50 abuts on or is disposed adjacent to the back surface portion 23 e of the backing portion 23 of the outer wall material 21. In addition, it is preferable to make the vertical piece part 51e into the same color as the outer wall surface 11b of the outer wall material 11, or a similar color.

Thus, in the configuration that secures the corner gap 53, the prospective surface portion 23d of the other outer wall material 21 can be hidden by the vertical piece portion 51e, the corner gap 53 becomes less noticeable, and the appearance of the projected corner portion 1 A series of continuous outer wall surfaces can be constructed. In addition, since the vertical piece 51e abuts on the back surface 23e, a gap can be created between the vertical piece 51e and the back surface 23e, and water may infiltrate into the room through the gap. It is possible to prevent water leakage while maintaining the corner gap 53.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4A, the packing material 51 q is disposed closer to the prospective surface portion 13 d of the backing portion 13 of the outer wall material 11 than the corner gap 53.

As a result, the packing material 51 q is disposed at a position recessed from the corner gap 53, and the packing material 51 q can be prevented from being viewed from the corner gap 53.

Furthermore, in the configuration described above, when the sleeve wall 100 is configured as shown in FIG. 8A, or as shown in FIG. Can be applied when configuring 8A and 8B show a schematic structure in which an internal structure such as a packing material is partially omitted.

FIG. 9 is a partial enlarged view of an end portion of the sleeve wall 100 of FIG. 8A, in the sleeve wall 100, of the vertical frame 2 (stud) (a square member constituting a column) which constitutes a part of a housing. Structural plywood 3 and 3 are attached to both sides, and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5 is pasted on the surface of the structural plywood 3 and 3.

The structural plywoods 3 and 3 are arranged in parallel with the vertical frame 2 interposed therebetween, and the outer wall members 11 and 11 'are disposed outside the structural plywoods 3 and 3. The upper edge portions of the outer wall members 11, 11 'are fixed to the structural plywood 3, 3 via the fixing fittings 41, 42, respectively.

The fixtures 41 and 42 form a gap between the outer wall members 11 and 11 ′ and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5 to form the ventilation layer 8 on the back side of the outer wall members 11 and 11 ′.

The side end 12, 12 'of the outer wall material 11, 11' is protruded in one direction from the position of the vertical frame 2, and the outer wall material 21 is closed so as to close the opening between the both ends of the side end 12, 12 '. Is provided. The outer wall material 21 is fixed to the vertical frame 2 via the fixing bracket 43.

The side end 12 of the outer wall material 11 and one side end 22 of the outer wall material 21 (the side end on the right side in the figure) are disposed adjacent to each other to form a joint corner 6A. Backing portions 13 and 23 are formed on the back surface side of the side end portions 12 and 22, respectively, and the backing portions 13 and 23 are disposed to be opposed to each other, and a substantially rectangular longitudinal groove space in plan view 30 are formed.

In the joint corner portion 6A, an out-corner joint member 50 (outer corner joiner) that joins the outer wall members 11, 21 is disposed on the back side of the outer wall members 11, 21. The structure of the comer joint member 50 is the same as that shown in FIG.

The projected corner joint member 50 is fixed to the structural plywood 3 or the vertical frame 2 through the spacer 32, and the projected corner joint member 50 positions the side end portions 12 and 22 of the outer wall members 11 and 21 or the outer wall Water is prevented from entering the back side of the material and drainage is performed.

Further, in the joint corner portion 6A, the vertical piece portion 51e constituting a part of the protruding corner joint member 50 includes the backing portion 13 of one outer wall material 11 and the backing portion 23 of the other outer wall material 21. Are disposed in the flute space 30 between them.

The configuration of the joint corner portion 6A is similarly realized in the joint corner portion 6B of the other outer wall material 11 'and the outer wall material 12.

Also in the joint corner portions 6A and 6B, the same configuration as that of the above-described protruding corner portion is realized. That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (B), backing portions 13 and 23 are formed on the side ends 12 and 21 of the outer wall members 11 and 21, respectively. The reference numeral 23 has prospective surface portions 13d and 23d constituting longitudinal surfaces in the thickness direction of the outer wall material in plan view, and back surface portions 13e and 23e constituting longitudinal surfaces orthogonal to the prospective surface portions 13d and 23d in planar view. The width dimension We of the back surface portions 13e and 23e is smaller than the width dimension Wd of the prospective surface portions 13d and 23d, and the side end surface 12m of the side end 12 of one of the outer wall members 11 is the back surface of the other outer wall member 21 A configuration is realized in which a corner gap 53 is formed between the side end surface 12m and the back surface 23e of the other outer wall material 21 so as to face the portion 23e.

Then, the following configuration is realized by the above configuration.
That is, as shown in FIG. 8A and FIG. 9, in the sleeve wall 100 (outer wall material structure) configured using the outer wall material,
Have at least three exterior wall materials,
A joint corner portion 6A constituted by one outer wall material 21 and the outer wall material 11 joined orthogonally to one end of the one outer wall material 21;
A joint corner portion 6B constituted by one outer wall material 21 and an outer wall material 11 'joined orthogonally to the other end of one outer wall material 21;
In the above, the structure of the corner of the present invention is to be constructed.

Moreover, as shown to FIG. 8 (B), in pillar 200 (outer wall material structure), such as a portal pillar comprised using outer wall material,
Have at least three exterior wall materials,
A joint corner portion 6A constituted by one outer wall material 21 and the outer wall material 11 joined orthogonally to one end of the one outer wall material 21;
A joint corner portion 6B constituted by one outer wall material 21 and an outer wall material 11 'joined orthogonally to the other end of one outer wall material 21;
In the above, the structure of the corner of the present invention is to be constructed.

In addition, in this column 200, joining corner parts 6A-6D appear in a total of four places by arrange | positioning so that a total of four outer wall materials may make a square shape by planar view.

As described above, according to the present invention, the outer wall material structure such as the sleeve wall and the column (gate post, porch column) and the like configured using the outer wall material as well as the protruding corner portion in which the two outer wall materials are arranged orthogonally It can be widely applied to objects.

And according to this structure, for example, in the case of the configuration of FIG. 8A, it is possible to construct the outer wall material 21 so as to cover the space between the two outer wall materials 11, 11 ′. Because of this, the accuracy of the construction of the vertical frame 2 that constitutes a part of the frame and the outer wall materials 11 and 11 'is poor, and these other members may need to be reworked. It can correspond. That is, since it is the structure which can attach and detach only the outer wall material 21, the structure excellent in construction property is realizable.

Further, for example, in the case of the configuration of FIG. 8 (A), a vertical joint does not exist in the outer wall material 21 that is particularly noticeable at the end of the sleeve wall, and a design with high verticalness does not exist in the front of the sleeve wall 100 Can be realized. Thus, the outer wall material 21 can be suitably applied as a sleeve wall siding (sleeve wall outer wall material) for constituting the front of the sleeve wall 100.

Also, for the out-corner joining member 50 used in the configuration of FIGS. 8A and 8B, for example, by increasing the thickness or the like to improve the rigidity of the out-corner joining member 50, FIGS. It is possible to secure the function of the anti-slip fitting 62 shown in FIG.

That is, as shown in FIG. 4A, by causing the vertical piece portion 51e of the protruding corner joint member 50 to abut on the prospective surface portion 23d of the backing portion 23, lateral displacement of the outer wall material 21 in the arrow X2 axial direction is obtained. To prevent.

In this manner, lateral displacement of the outer wall material 21 can be prevented by the projecting corner joining member 50 by improving the rigidity of the projecting corner joining member 50 (the vertical piece 51e) as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The same applies to the structure of That is, in FIG. 1, the use of the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 62 is omitted, and lateral displacement of the outer wall material 21 is prevented by the projecting corner joint member 50. Naturally, it is also possible to use the lateral deviation preventing fitting 62 in combination with the raised corner joining member 50 (vertical piece 51e) with improved rigidity.

The configuration of the present invention can be widely applied to the case where an output corner portion is configured in the case of using a plate-like outer wall material such as ceramic siding.
