Description

The present invention relates to a technique for configuring an outer wall with an outer wall material such as ceramic siding, and more particularly to a metal fitting for preventing lateral displacement of the outer wall material and accommodation of the outer wall material at a corner.

Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1, a metal fitting (lateral deviation prevention metal fitting) for preventing lateral deviation of a flat outer wall material formed by ceramic siding is known.

Patent Document 1 discloses a lateral displacement prevention metal fitting that is disposed at a left and right joint portion of an outer wall plate fastened to a square-wave metal base material and prevents lateral displacement of the outer wall plate, and is provided in a part of the metal fitting. The lateral displacement of the outer wall material is prevented by bringing the one piece portion (upper contact plate, lower contact plate) into contact with the side end surface of the outer wall material.

As disclosed in Patent Document 1, if the lateral shift prevention metal fitting is disposed at the left and right joints of the outer wall plate, the lateral slip prevention can be realized by a configuration including a single portion that is simply inserted into the left and right joints. .

However, as shown in FIGS. 11 (A) and 11 (B), when the side corners of the outer wall material are joined together to form a protruding corner, a laterally-preventing metal fitting having a suitable form is studied at this joined part. There is a need.

For example, as shown in FIG. 11A, in the case where a ventilation layer 93 is formed between the pillar 91 and the outer wall material 92, the lateral slip prevention that abuts on the side end portions 92a and 93a of the outer wall materials 92 and 93 is performed. When the metal fittings 94 and 95 are examined, the piece portions 94a and 95a interfere with each other, so that it is difficult to install the lateral shift prevention metal fittings 94 and 95. That is, if the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 95 is attached first, the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 94 cannot be attached.

Further, as shown in FIG. 11B, it is assumed that the lateral wall prevention metal fitting is not provided and the outer wall material 92 is shifted once in the arrow A direction with respect to the column 91 when an earthquake occurs. After that, even if the shaking of the earthquake stops and the column 91 returns in the direction of arrow B and returns to the original position, the outer wall material 92 is not engaged with the column 91, so it remains in a position shifted from the column 91. Will be left behind. That is, once the outer wall material 92 is laterally displaced, it remains displaced from the column 91.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 12, according to the use of the L-shaped projected corner material 96 in plan view, the projected corner material 96 is fixed to the column 99 so that the projected corner material is fixed. 96 can prevent the lateral displacement of the outer wall members 97 and 98. Further, since the pillar 99 and the corner member 96 are integrated, it is possible to prevent the lateral displacement of the outer wall materials 97 and 98 with respect to the pillar 99 in the event of an earthquake.

However, when the protruding corner material 96 is used, the joint portions 96a and 96b are formed at a total of two locations between the protruding corner material 96 and the outer wall materials 97 and 98. Therefore, the two joint portions 96a are formed. 96b should be considered.

In particular, in actual implementation, flat corner wall members 96 are sequentially arranged in the horizontal direction after the corner member 96 is fastened to the column 99. The corner member 96 has two exterior surfaces 96A, 96B, and the angle of one exterior surface 96A affects the other exterior surface 96B. For example, if the joint portion 96b is opened too much because the angle of the one exterior surface 96A is bad, it becomes necessary to re-fasten the protruding corner material 96. Because the corner material 96 is reworked, the outer wall materials 97 and 98 may be re-stretched.

As described above, when the corner corner material 96 is used, it is necessary to consider the contact with the outer wall materials 97 and 98 arranged on both sides of the corner corner material 96, which places a large burden on the installer. It was strong.

Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention proposes a novel structure for a lateral slip prevention metal fitting that can be suitably used at the protruding corner.

Another object of the present invention is to propose a novel junction structure of a corner that does not use a corner corner material.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is as described above. Next, means for solving the problem will be described.

In the fixed piece portion 51a, a vertical piece portion 51f extending toward the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11 is formed on the side far from the side end portion 12 of the outer wall material 11, and the end portion of the vertical piece portion 51f contacts the back surface 11a. Touch. The vertical piece 51f is folded back at the place where it comes into contact with the back surface 11a.

The fixed piece 51a, the vertical piece 51b, and the vertical piece 51f form a vertical groove 51g having a substantially U-shaped cross section. Rainwater or the like that has entered the vertical groove 51g from the outside is discharged downward through the vertical groove 51g. The vertical piece portion 51f functions as a water return portion to prevent water from entering deeper than the vertical piece portion 51f. The vertical piece portion 51f is configured not to contact the back surface 11a. It can also be considered.

Further, in the vertical piece 51b, a vertical piece 51c extending from the end opposite to the fixed piece 51a toward the side end 12 of the outer wall material 11 and facing the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11 is formed. The In the gap between the vertical piece 51c and the back surface 11a of the outer wall member 11, a vertical piece 61c (see FIG. 7) of a lateral displacement prevention fitting 61 (see FIG. 7) described later can be stored.

And the packing material 51p is affixed on the vertical piece part 51c, and the clearance gap between the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11 and the vertical piece part 51c is block | closed by the packing material 51p. By this packing material 51p, it is possible to effectively prevent water from entering from the outside to the vertical groove 51g side, and it is possible to increase the water stoppage.

Further, in the vertical piece portion 51c, a vertical piece portion 51d extending toward the outdoor side is formed at the end opposite to the vertical piece portion 51b. A vertical piece 51e extending to the opposite side of the vertical piece 51c is formed at the outdoor end of the vertical piece 51d.

The vertical piece 51c and the vertical piece 51d are formed to be orthogonal to each other, and the vertical piece 51d and the vertical piece 51e are formed to be orthogonal to each other. Among these, it is comprised so that the substantially L-shaped shape comprised by the vertical piece parts 51d and 51e may follow the substantially L-shaped shape of the back decision part 13 formed in the side edge part 12 of the outer wall material 11. Yes. In addition, the back decision part 13 has the prospective surface part 13d of the thickness direction of the outer wall material 11, and the back surface part 13e orthogonal to the prospective surface part 13d in planar view, and makes it substantially L-shaped in planar view. .

Further, in addition to the vertical piece portion 51c, a packing material 51p is also attached to the vertical piece portion 51d, and a gap between the surface (expected surface portion 13d) of the back-side determination portion 13 and the vertical piece portion 51d is formed by the packing material 51p. It is blocked. By arranging the packing material 51p also in the vertical piece portion 51d as described above, it is possible to effectively prevent water from entering the vertical groove portion 51g from the outside, and it is possible to increase the water stoppage.

In addition, by adopting a configuration in which the vertical piece portion 51e is attached to the back surface portion 13e of the back-to-back determination portion 13, it is possible to prevent a gap from being formed between the vertical piece portion 51e and the back surface portion 13e. The aqueous property can be increased.

The above-described configuration of the protruding corner joining member 50 on the outer wall member 11 side is the same on the outer wall member 21 side with the symmetry line H in between, and the corner joint portion 53 at a portion where the end portions of the vertical piece portions 51e and 52e are continuous. Is configured.

The corner joint portion 53 is disposed between the side end portions 12 and 22 of the outer wall materials 11 and 21, and a gap between the side end portions 12 and 22 is filled with the corner joint portion 53. Thereby, the corner joint part 53 extended in an up-down direction appears in the external appearance in the joining corner | angular part 6 which the outer wall materials 11 and 21 adjoin.

The corner joint portion 53 is not compressed and sandwiched between the outer wall materials 11 and 21, and a structure that is less likely to deteriorate compared to the case of using a sealing material or a packing material is realized. 6 can be maintained for a long time.

Moreover, since the corner joint part 53 appears in an external appearance, it is preferable to be comprised by the color of the same color system as the outer wall materials 11 and 21. FIG. In addition to making the entire corner connecting member 50 the same color as the color of the outer wall material, only the portion of the corner joint portion 53 may be the same color as the color of the outer wall material.

Furthermore, when water is about to enter the gap between the corner joint portion 53 and the outer wall materials 11 and 21, the water-stopping property is exhibited by the packing materials 51p and 52p, and temporarily passes through the packing materials 51p and 52p. Even if it has done, it can capture | acquire by the vertical groove parts 51g and 52g, and can discharge water below, and water infiltrates to the back of the back surface of the outer wall materials 11 and 21 through the corner joint member 50. Can be prevented.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the corner | angular surface part 53A which has the surface which makes about 45 degree | times with respect to the surface of the outer wall materials 11 and 21 about the site | part which appears between the side end surfaces 12m and 22m of the outer wall materials 11 and 21 is comprised. As described above, the vertical piece portions 51e and 52e may be connected by the vertical piece portion 53a.

Also with this configuration, the gap between the side end portions 12 and 22 of the outer wall materials 11 and 21 can be filled with the corner surface portion 53A, and the angle at which the outer wall materials 11 and 21 extend in the vertical direction at the adjacent joint corner portion 6. A configuration in which the surface portion 53A (flat joint) appears in the appearance can be realized.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (A), for the outer wall material 11 for the projected corner portion used in the projected corner portion 1, the back end determination portions are respectively formed on the side end portions 12 and 14 on both sides in the lateral width direction W. 13 and 15 are formed, and with respect to the general part outer wall material 16 used for the general part other than the protruding corner part, the back decision part 18 is formed only at the side end part 17 in the lateral width direction W side. It will be done.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 5A, the dimension adjustment of the overall surface width Wz can be performed by adjusting the dimension with one certain general outer wall material 16.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, in a series of outer wall surfaces, the other corners 1A on the side opposite to the corners 1 are also connected to the side edge portions 12 and 14 on both side ends 13 and 14. It is possible to adjust the dimensions by using the outer wall material 11A for the projected corner portion having 15 and cutting the side end portion 12 side of the outer wall material 11A for the projected corner portion.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, in the joint portion Sa between the outer wall material 11 and the outer wall material 16 and the joint portion Sb between the outer wall materials 16 and 16, only one adjacent outer wall material is used. Back sealing portions 15 and 18 are formed, and by inserting the water stop portion 9a of the bonding agent 9 into the back sealing portions 15 and 18, a dry joint that ensures water stopping without a sealing material is configured. Is done.

Further, by appropriately performing the above-described adjustments at the construction site, the outer wall material is installed by the core fitting in which the joining portion Sb is aligned with the core 2a by arranging the bonding agent 9 on the core 2a of the vertical frame 2 (column). Is possible.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, it is good also as using the outer wall material 11 for an outer corner part about the outer corner part 1, cut | disconnecting the outer wall material 11 for an outer corner part, and performing core accommodation in the junction part Sa. In this case, the bonding agent 9 is installed in the direction opposite to the bonding portion Sb.

Further, in FIG. 6, the outer wall material 11B for the projected corner portion is disposed next to the outer wall material 11 for the projected corner portion that is arranged and cut at the projected corner portion 1, and the outer wall material 11B for the projected corner portion and the general portion The outer wall material 16 is arranged adjacent to each other. In this way, the outer wall material 11B for the projected corner portion may be used at a place other than the projected corner portion 1.

As described above, for the outer wall material used in a certain protruding corner portion 1, the protruding corner outer wall material 11 in which the back end determination portions 13 and 15 are formed at the side end portions 12 and 14 on both sides in the width direction W is used. And
As shown in FIG. 5 (A), for the general part outer wall material 16 used for the general part other than a certain protruding corner part 1, a back decision part 18 is formed at the side end part 17 on one side in the lateral width direction W. Using the general part outer wall material 16A, the general part outer wall material 16A is cut to adjust the overall surface width Wz of the outer wall surface.
Or
As shown in FIG. 5 (B), the outer wall material 11A for the projected corner portion is used also for the projected corner portion 1A opposite to the projected corner portion 1, and the general outer wall material 16 is used for the other portions. The outer wall material 11A for the outer corner (or the outer wall material 11 for the outer corner) may be cut to adjust the overall surface width Wz of the outer wall.
Or
As shown in FIG. 6, the outer wall material 11B for the protruding corner is also used next to the outer wall material 11 for the protruding corner used for a certain protruding corner 1, and the general outer wall material 16 is used for the other parts. The outer wall material 11 for the projected corner portion (or the outer wall material 11B for the projected corner portion) may be used to adjust the overall surface width Wz of the outer wall surface.

Next, the lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 7 is a horizontal sectional view showing the accommodation of the lateral slip prevention metal fittings 61 and 62, FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the accommodation of the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61, and FIGS. It is a perspective view shown about the structure.

As shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9A to FIG. 9C, the lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61 is formed by bending a metal plate material of the present embodiment by sheet metal processing, and has a plurality of vertical portions each exhibiting different functions. It has one part.

The lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61 is fixed to the structural plywood 3 constituting a part of the housing, and has a fixed piece portion 61a facing the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11. The fixing piece portion 61a is provided with a plurality of through holes 61k penetrating in the thickness direction, and fixing tools 63 such as screws and nails are inserted into the through holes 61k, and the structural plywood 3 and the vertical frame 2 are inserted. The lateral slip prevention fitting 61 is fastened to the (stud).

In the fixed piece portion 61a, a vertical piece portion 61b extending toward the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11 is formed at the end portion on the side end portion 12 side of the outer wall material 11, and the end portion of the vertical piece portion 61b is formed on the back surface 11a. Abut.

Further, in the vertical piece portion 61b, a vertical piece portion 61c extending from the end portion on the opposite side to the fixed piece portion 61a toward the side end portion 12 of the outer wall material 11 and facing the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11 is formed. The

And in the vertical piece part 61c, the engagement piece part 61d extended toward an outdoor side is formed in the edge part on the opposite side to the vertical piece part 61b. This engagement piece portion 61d faces the prospective surface portion 13d (surface in the depth direction) of the back-to-back determination portion 13 formed on the side end portion 12 of the outer wall material 11, and comes into contact with the prospective surface portion 13d. 11 functions to prevent lateral shift.

Further, in the fixed piece portion 61a, a vertical piece portion 61f extending toward the back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11 is formed on the side far from the side end portion 12 of the outer wall material 11.

A vertical piece 61e extends from the end of the vertical piece 61f opposite to the fixed piece 61a toward the side opposite to the side end 12 of the outer wall member 11 and faces the back surface 11a of the outer wall member 11. It is formed.

Further, the fixed piece portion 61 a, the vertical piece portions 61 b and 61 f, the vertical piece portion 61 e, and a part of the vertical piece portion 61 c of the lateral shift prevention metal fitting 61 are accommodated inside the vertical groove portion 51 g of the protruding corner joining member 50. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1, the fixing metal fitting 41 and the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 that are both arranged at the upper edge portion of the outer wall material 11 can be arranged side by side in the horizontal direction.

Here, in order to firmly fasten the outer wall material 11, it is preferable that the fixing bracket 41 is fastened to the vertical frame 2 (stud) functioning as a casing. In order to prevent the lateral displacement of the frame, it is preferable to fasten it to the vertical frame 2 (stud) that functions as a housing. For this reason, it is necessary to arrange both the fixing metal fitting 41 and the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 close to the projected corner portion. When the projected corner joining member 50 is used as in this embodiment, the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 is used. It is preferable that the space of the vertical groove 51g is effectively used by placing the inside of the vertical groove 51g.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in the lateral slip prevention metal fittings 61 and 62, vertical piece portions 61c and 62c are formed along the back surfaces 11a and 12a of the outer wall materials 11 and 12, respectively, and end portions of the vertical piece portions 61c and 62c are formed. By forming the engaging piece portions 61d and 62d on the left and right sides, it is possible to form the marginal spaces 61y and 62y in the portions of the vertical piece portions 61c and 62c opposite to the outer wall material 11.

By securing the marginal spaces 61y and 62y in this way, the lateral displacement prevention fittings 61 and 62 installed close to each other at the protruding corner 1 can be installed without interfering with each other.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9A, in this embodiment, the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f are arranged in the middle in the vertical direction of the fixed piece portion 61a of the lateral shift prevention metal fitting 61, and the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f are arranged. The through holes 61k are respectively formed at positions above and below the engaging piece 61d in the fixed piece 61a.

Thereby, the shape of the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 can be made into a vertically symmetrical shape, and by reversing the vertical position, either of the outer wall materials 11 and 21 to which the side end portions are joined at the protruding corner portion. Can also be used. Thus, if it is set as the structure which can be used also about any outer wall materials 11 and 21, while being able to hold down manufacturing cost low, handling becomes easy for an operator and the structure excellent in workability | operativity is realizable.

Next, the drop restricting metal fitting 70 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9A to 9C will be described.
The drop restricting metal fitting 70 is used together with the lateral deviation preventing metal fitting 61, and when the lateral deviation preventing metal fitting 61 is fastened, it is formed in a gap behind the outer wall material 11 (in this embodiment, the vertical groove 51g of the protruding corner joining member 50). This is to prevent it from falling.

The drop regulating metal fitting 70 is continuous with the upper plate surface portion 71, the vertical plate surface portion 72 suspended downward from the upper plate surface portion 71, and the lower plate portion of the vertical plate surface portion 72, and is opposed to the upper plate surface portion 71 with a space therebetween. And a lower plate surface portion 73 to be formed.

A space H <b> 1 is secured between the upper plate surface portion 71 and the lower plate surface portion 73. This interval H1 is configured to be larger than the vertical width dimension H2 of the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f and the vertical piece portions 61c and 61e of the lateral shift prevention metal fitting 61.

Further, the vertical plate surface portion 72 has a horizontal width dimension W1. The lateral width dimension W1 is configured to be smaller than the interval W2 between the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f of the lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61.

With such a design, as shown in FIG. 9 (A), in the lateral shift prevention metal fitting 61, the fixed piece portion with respect to the space 61m formed by being surrounded by the three surfaces of the fixed piece portion 61a and the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f. By inserting the vertical plate surface portion 72 from the side facing the 61a, the drop restricting fitting 70 is combined with the lateral displacement prevention fitting 61 as shown in FIG. 9B.

Further, the upper plate surface portion 71 and the lower plate surface portion 73 have a width dimension W3. This lateral width dimension W3 is configured to be larger than the interval W2 between the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f of the lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61.

With such a design, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9B, the upper plate surface portion 71 is positioned on the upper side of the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f in the state where the drop-preventing bracket 70 is combined with the lateral shift prevention bracket 61. The upper plate surface portion 71 can be supported from the lower side by the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f. As a result, the fall-preventing metal fittings 61 are engaged with the lateral displacement-preventing metal fittings 61 so that the drop-regulating metal fittings 70 are moved downward with respect to the lateral deviation preventing metal fittings 61 so as not to fall.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9B, in a state where the fall-preventing metal fitting 61 is combined with the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61, the lower plate surface portion 73 is located below the vertical piece portions 61b and 61f, and the lower plate The vertical piece portions 61b and 61f can be supported from the lower side by the surface portion 73. As a result, the fall-preventing metal fittings 61 are engaged with the lateral displacement-preventing metal fittings 61 so that the lateral deviation-preventing metal fittings 61 are moved downward relative to the drop-regulating metal fittings 70 and do not fall.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9B, the upper plate surface portion 71 of the drop restricting metal fitting 70 is placed on the upper surface portion 11g of the upper edge portion 11f of the outer wall member 11. In the upper plate surface portion 71, an inclined surface portion 74 extending obliquely downward is formed at the end opposite to the vertical plate surface portion 72.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 8, the upper edge part 11f of the outer wall material 11 is formed with a decision part 11m (front decision part) formed by cutting out the surface side of the outer wall material 11, and the decision part An inclined surface 11n is formed at 11m. The portion of the inclined surface portion 74 of the drop restricting metal fitting 70 rides on the inclined surface 11n from above, so that the drop restricting metal fitting 70 is locked to the upper edge portion 11f of the outer wall material 11.

As described above, the upper plate surface portion 71 and the inclined surface portion 74 of the drop restricting metal fitting 70 form the locking portion 77 for locking to the upper edge portion 11f of the outer wall material 11, and this locking portion 77. In the state where the outer wall member 11 is locked to the upper edge portion 11f, the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 is supported from the lower side by the lower plate surface portion 73 of the drop restriction metal fitting 70, so that the fall of the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 can be restricted.

In this way, by restricting the fall of the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 by the fall restriction metal fitting 70, when the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 is fastened, the fall wall prevention metal fitting 61 and the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 are combined into the outer wall material 11. Temporary placement can be performed, and both hands can be placed in a free state, and the side slip prevention metal fitting 61 can be fastened. In particular, since the construction work at a high place is scheduled, the effect of securing workability by the drop restricting metal fitting 70 becomes large.

Further, if there is no drop-regulating metal fitting 70 and the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 cannot be temporarily placed, the probability that the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 will be dropped on the back side of the outer wall material 11 increases. Since it is the back side of the material 11, depending on the case, it will be necessary to remove the outer wall material 11 and so on.

Furthermore, according to the configuration of the lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61 and the drop restricting metal fitting 70 described above, the vertical position of the lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61 is reversed as shown in FIGS. Can be used for any of the outer wall materials 11 and 21 to which the side end portions are joined at the protruding corners. Thus, if it is set as the structure which can be used also about any outer wall materials 11 and 21, while being able to hold down manufacturing cost low, handling becomes easy for an operator and the structure excellent in workability | operativity is realizable.

In the above embodiment, the lateral shift prevention fitting 61 and the separate drop regulation fitting 70 are combined, but the same portion as the locking portion 77 for locking to the upper edge portion 11f of the outer wall member 11 is provided. It is also conceivable that the lateral shift prevention fitting 61 is integrally provided.

The present invention can be implemented as described above.
That is, as shown in the embodiment of FIGS.
Two outer wall materials 11 and 21 constituting a corner (protruding corner 1) perpendicular to each other;
A joining member (protruding corner joining member 50) having a joint part (corner joint part 53) exposed between the two outer wall materials;
It is set as the structure of the corner of the outer wall which has.

Thereby, since the structure which is hard to deteriorate compared with the case where a sealing material and packing material are used is implement | achieved, it becomes possible to maintain the beauty | look in the joining corner | angular part 6 for a long period of time.

Also, as shown in FIGS.
The protruding corner joining member 50 is
On the back side of the outer wall material 11,

Thereby, it can prevent that water permeates over the vertical piece part 51f in the back side of the outer wall material 11, and can ensure water-stopping.

As shown in FIG.
A back surface 11a of the outer wall material 11,
Between the vertical piece 51c of the protruding corner joint member 50 facing the back surface 11a,
The packing material 51p is arranged.

Thereby, the water stop by the packing material 51p can be exhibited. In addition, since the packing material 51p is disposed on the back side of the outer wall material 11, the design of the corner joint portion 53 and the outer wall materials 11 and 21 of the protruding corner joint member 50 is excellent in the protruding corner portion 1 without appearing in the appearance. Can be realized.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B and FIG. 6, the outer wall material 11 disposed at the corner (protruding corner 1) or the outer wall material adjacent to the outer wall material 11 disposed at the corner. 11B (FIG. 6) is configured in a rectangular plate shape, and back-end determination portions 13 and 15 are formed on the side end portions 12 and 14 on both sides in the lateral width direction W, respectively.

Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5 (A), the outer wall material 16 that is used for the general portion other than the protruding corner portion and in which the side edge portion 17 on one side in the lateral width direction W is formed is cut. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5 (B), the outer wall material 11A in which the back and back decision portions 13, 15 are formed on both sides used for the protruding corner portion 1A opposite to the protruding corner portion 1, or By cutting the outer wall material 11A in which the back lining portions 13 and 15 are formed on both sides of the protruding corner portion 1 adjacent to the outer wall material 11, the overall surface width Wz of the outer wall surface can be adjusted.

Also, as shown in FIGS.
A lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 for preventing lateral displacement of the outer wall materials 11, 21 to which the side end portions 12, 21 are joined in the protruding corner portion 1,
A fixing piece 61a fastened to the housing side;
A first vertical piece 61b extending from the fixed piece 61a toward the back surface of the outer wall member 11,
A second vertical piece 61c extending from the end of the first vertical piece 61b toward the side end 12 of the outer wall member 11,
An engagement piece portion 61d provided at an end portion of the second vertical piece portion 61c for engaging with the side end portion 12,
The lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61 is provided.

As a result, marginal spaces 61y and 62y can be formed on the opposite side and part of the outer wall members 11 and 21 in the second vertical piece portions 61c and 62c. 61 and 62 can be installed without interfering with each other.

Moreover, it shall have the latching | locking part 77 latched to the upper edge part 11f of the outer wall materials 11 and 21. FIG.

As a result, the lateral slip prevention metal fitting 61 can be temporarily placed on the outer wall material 11, and the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 can be fastened with both hands free. In particular, since construction work at a high place is scheduled, the effect of ensuring workability is great.

Further, in the fixed piece portion 61a, through holes 61k serving as fastening portions to the housing side are formed at positions above and below the engagement piece portion 61d. The through hole 61k may not be formed, and a hole may be formed during construction. In this case, the plate surface of the fixed piece portion 61a functions as a fastening portion.

Thereby, the through-hole 61k used as a fastening part can be arrange | positioned upwards rather than the upper end position 11k of the outer wall material 11, and the lateral slip | shift prevention metal fitting 61 is made to the housing side (vertical frame 2, structure) without interfering with the outer wall material 11. Can be fastened to the plywood 3). Further, by flipping the lateral displacement prevention metal fitting 61 up and down, it can be used for both the outer wall materials 11 and 21 to which the side end portions are joined at the protruding corner portion, and can be used for any of the outer wall materials 11 and 21. The manufacturing cost can be kept low, the operator can easily handle, and a construction excellent in workability can be realized.

Also, as shown in FIGS.
The structure of the protruding corner portion 1 formed by joining the side end portions 12 and 21 of the adjacent outer wall materials 11 and 21,
In the side edge parts 12 and 21 of each outer wall material 11 and 21,
The engagement pieces 61d and 62d of the lateral slip prevention metal fittings 61 and 62 fastened to the housing side are engaged,
At least one of the lateral slip prevention fittings 61 and 62 is
Fixed pieces 61a, 62a fastened to the housing side;
First vertical piece portions 61b and 62b extending from the fixed piece portion 61a toward the back surface of the outer wall member 11,
Second vertical piece portions 61c and 62c extending from the end portions of the first vertical piece portions 61b and 62b toward the side end portion 12 of the outer wall material 11,
Engagement piece portions 61d, 62d provided at the end portions of the second vertical piece portions 61c, 62b for engaging with the side end portions 12, 22;
It is set as the structure of the protrusion corner part 1 made into the structure which has these.

According to this, marginal space 61y, 62y can be formed in the opposite side and part of the outer wall materials 11, 21 in the second vertical piece portions 61c, 62c, and the lateral displacement that is installed close to the protruding corner portion 1 The prevention metal fittings 61 and 62 can be installed without interfering with each other.

In the example of FIG. 7, the two lateral displacement prevention fittings 61 and 62 are configured to have the second vertical piece portions 61 c and 62 c, and the marginal spaces 61 y and 62 y are constructed for both lateral deviation prevention fittings 61 and 62. However, as shown in FIG. 10 (A), when the marginal space 61y is formed for one lateral displacement prevention metal fitting prevention bracket 61A, the marginal space for the other lateral deviation prevention metal fitting 62A is not formed. Thus, the two lateral displacement prevention fittings 61A and 62A can be installed without interfering with each other.

In the example of FIG. 7, the back-side determination portion 13 is formed on the outer wall material 11 and the engagement piece portion 61 d is engaged with the prospective surface portion 13 d. However, as shown in FIG. The engagement piece portions 61d and 62d may be engaged with the side end surfaces 12m and 22m of the outer wall materials 11B and 21B where no concluding portion is formed.

The configuration of the present invention can be widely applied to the case where the protruding corner portion is configured in the case where a plate-like outer wall material such as ceramic siding is used.
