Description

The present invention relates to an angle member for connecting panels in a warehouse, a refrigerator, a clean room, or the like.

Generally, in a warehouse, a refrigerator, a clean room, or the like, a so-called angle material having a substantially L-shaped cross section is used when the panels are angled, particularly when they are connected at right angles. As a structure for connecting the panels using the angle material, the angle material having two contact pieces that contact the connecting frame material having a narrow opening provided on the end surfaces of the panels arranged at right angles to each other is contacted. A structure is known in which a bolt penetrating the contact piece is screwed into a square nut disposed in the opening of the connecting frame member, and the connecting frame member is fastened and connected between the square nut and the angle member ( For example, see Patent Document 1).
JP-A-7-257687 (paragraph number 0016, FIG. 2)

By the way, in a refrigerator, a clean room, and the like, airtightness is indispensable at a connecting portion between panels, and for this purpose, it is necessary to attach a packing in the longitudinal direction of the angle member.

However, if the packing is attached to the angle member described in JP-A-7-257687 as it is, there is a problem that a gap is generated between the panel and the angle member, so that the airtightness cannot be maintained.

In addition, it is possible to connect the panels by connecting the connecting side surfaces of the panels to the contact piece of the angle member described in JP-A-7-257687, but in this case, the head of the bolt is in contact. It will be exposed in the state which protruded to the piece, and not only the appearance beauty will fall, but there exists a possibility of contact with an operator or a storage thing. Further, in order to pass the bolt through the flat surface of the contact piece, it is necessary to position the bolt. However, since the positioning is troublesome, there is a problem that the efficiency of the panel connecting operation is lowered.

This invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, has high airtightness, workability, and freedom during construction, and eliminates a gap between the panel and the head of the fixing screw member. It is an object of the present invention to provide an angle member for panel connection that has no protrusion.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an angle material for panel connection according to the present invention is an angle material for panel connection that connects panels that intersect each other or a panel and a wall body. Two contact pieces that contact each other along the connecting side surface are formed at an angle, and a concave groove common to the packing arrangement or the screw arrangement along the contact piece is formed on both surfaces of each of the contact pieces. At least one or more are provided (Claim 1).

In the present invention, the angle between the two abutting pieces may be arbitrary as long as the two abutting pieces are in contact with the connected side surfaces at the intersection of the panels or the wall body. However, it is preferable that the two contact pieces are formed substantially at right angles (claim 2).

In addition, it is preferable that the angle material of the present invention is formed of an extruded shape made of an aluminum alloy.

According to this invention, since it is configured as described above, the following excellent effects can be obtained.

(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, both the surfaces of the two abutting pieces that are in contact with each other along the connecting side surfaces of both panels to be connected or the panel and the wall body are provided along the abutting pieces. Since at least one common groove is provided for packing arrangement or screw arrangement, the packing is arranged in the groove provided on the surface side that comes into contact with the panel or wall, and the groove on the other surface side is arranged. A screw head can be disposed in the groove in a state where the screw member for fixing the panel or the wall body is penetrated. Moreover, since the panels or the panel and the wall body can be connected in a state where the panels or the wall body are in contact with each other on both surfaces of the contact piece, the connection form of the panels or the panel and the wall body is possible. The degree of freedom can be increased. Therefore, it has high airtightness, workability, and freedom during construction, and has a good fit that eliminates the gap between the panel or the wall and eliminates the protrusion of the head of the fixing screw member. An angle material for connection can be provided.

(2) According to the invention described in claim 2, by forming the two abutting pieces substantially at right angles, the angle members can be connected to the vertically connected panels or the connection state between the panels and the wall body. Since the usage form can be selected, in addition to the above (1), the usability can be further improved.

(3) According to the invention described in claim 3, the angle material is formed of an extruded shape made of an aluminum alloy, whereby the weight and strength can be increased.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the best embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1A and 1B show an example of an angle member according to the present invention. FIG. 1A is a perspective view showing an inner side, and FIG. 1B is a perspective view showing an outer side. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the angle member.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the angle member 1 according to the present invention is used as, for example, a panel connecting member that connects vertically intersecting panels such as a wall panel 10 </ b> A and a ceiling panel 10 </ b> B.

The angle member 1 has a substantially L-shaped cross section in which two contact pieces 2 and 3 that are contacted along the connection side surfaces of the wall panel 10A and the ceiling panel 10B to be connected have an angle of, for example, 90 degrees. At least one or more common grooves 4 for packing arrangement or screw arrangement along the contact pieces 2 and 3 are formed on both surfaces of each contact piece 2 and 3 (in the case of one in the drawing) Is provided). In this case, the concave groove 4 is provided on the distal end side on the inner side surfaces of the contact pieces 2 and 3, and the concave groove 4 is provided on the proximal end side on the outer side surface.

The groove 4 has an opening 4 a formed in a narrow taper shape, and a V-shaped strip 5 for positioning a fixing screw 30, which is a screw member, is formed at the center of the bottom surface 4 b of the groove 4. It is provided along. Moreover, the inclined surface 6 is formed in the inner surface side of the connection part of both the contact pieces 2 and 3, and the connection part is thick.

The angle member 1 formed as described above is formed of an extruded shape member made of an aluminum alloy, and is lightweight and has high strength.

The wall panel 10 </ b> A and the ceiling panel 10 </ b> B are similarly formed of a panel body having heat insulating properties. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the panels 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B are formed by the double-sided material 11 and the frame material 20 with the frame material 20 interposed between the side portions of the pair of face materials 11. A core material 12 made of a heat insulating material such as polyurethane foam is filled in the space. In addition, the edge part of the face material 11 is wound in the side end surface of panel 10A, 10B, and has covered a part of frame material 20. As shown in FIG.

The frame member 20 is formed of a synthetic resin member such as vinyl chloride having heat resistance, for example. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the frame member 20 has a recess 22 that opens outward in the center of the panel, and a pair of hollows on the front and back sides of the panels 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B with respect to the recess 22. A rectangular portion 23 is provided.

Next, a structure for connecting the wall panel 10A and the ceiling panel 10B using the angle member 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.

The panel connection structure shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 connects the wall panel 10A and the ceiling panel 10B by bringing the outer side surfaces of the contact pieces 2 and 3 of the angle member 1 into contact with the connection side surfaces of the wall panel 10A and the ceiling panel 10B. This is the case. In this case, a packing 40 made of, for example, a thermoplastic elastomer having a substantially semicircular cross section is disposed or fitted into the groove 4 provided on the base end side of the both abutting pieces 2 and 3 so as to bulge outward. The fixing groove 30 is inserted into the concave groove 4 on the front end side at an arbitrary position of the V-shaped strip 5 for positioning, and is screwed to the face material 11 and the core material 12 of the panels 10A and 10B. ing.

By connecting the wall panel 10A and the ceiling panel 10B as described above, the packing 40 can be brought into close contact with the face material 11 of the panels 10A and 10B to eliminate a gap between the angle member 1 and the panels 10A and 10B. Since it can do, the airtightness of the connection part of panel 10A, 10B can be improved. Further, since the head 31 of the fixing screw 30 is accommodated in the concave groove 4 and does not protrude from the surface of the contact pieces 2, 3, there is no concern that an operator or stored items will come into contact. Furthermore, since the fixing screw 30 can penetrate to any position of the V-shaped strip 5 for positioning, the degree of freedom of the screw fixing position can be obtained and the work efficiency of panel connection can be improved.

On the other hand, in the panel connection structure shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the outer surface of one contact piece 2 of the angle member 1 is in contact with the wall panel 10A, and the inner surface of the other contact piece 3 is connected to the ceiling panel 10B. This is a case where the wall panel 10A and the ceiling panel 10B are connected to the side surface. In this case, the packing 40 is disposed or fitted in a bulging shape outwardly in a concave groove 4 provided on the base end side of one abutting piece 2. The fixing screw 30 is passed through an arbitrary position of the positioning V-shaped strip 5 and screwed to the face material 11 and the core material 12 of the panels 10A and 10B. Further, the packing 40 is arranged or fitted in a bulging shape outwardly in a concave groove 4 provided on the distal end side of the other abutting piece 3. A fixing screw 30 is penetrated at an arbitrary position of the V-shaped strip 5 for positioning, and is screwed to the face material 11 and the core material 12 of the panels 10A and 10B.

By connecting the wall panel 10A and the ceiling panel 10B as described above, the one abutment piece 2 can be accommodated in the joint between the wall panel 10A and the ceiling panel 10B. Therefore, since only the other contact piece 3 is exposed to the outside, the aesthetic appearance can be improved. Moreover, according to the panel connection structure shown in FIG.5 and FIG.6, the effect similar to the panel connection structure shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4 is acquired. That is, the airtightness of the connecting portion between the panels 10A and 10B can be improved, and the head 31 of the fixing screw 30 is accommodated in the concave groove 4 and does not protrude from the surface of the contact pieces 2 and 3. In addition, there is no fear that the worker or the stored items come into contact with each other, and the degree of freedom of the fixing position of the fixing screw 30 is obtained, so that the work efficiency of panel connection can be improved.

In addition, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the angle material 1 which concerns on this invention was used for connection of wall panel 10A and ceiling panel 10B, angle material is similarly used for connection of wall panels or a wall panel and a floor panel. 1 can be used.

Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the angle of both the contact pieces 2 and 3 of the angle material 1 was a right angle (90 degree | times), if the angle of both contact pieces 2 and 3 is 90 degrees or more, it is arbitrary. May be the angle.

Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the common ditch | groove 4 was provided for packing arrangement | positioning or screw arrangement | positioning provided in the contact pieces 2 and 3, one side, ie, an inner surface or the contact surface 2 or 3, Two or more concave grooves 4 may be provided on the outer surface. By forming in this way, for example, the packing 40 can be disposed in the plurality of concave grooves 4 to form a double seal structure, and the airtightness can be further improved.

In addition, panel 10A, 10B shown by the said embodiment is a heat insulation panel which interposed the frame material 20 between the side parts of a pair of face material 11, and was filled with the heat insulation core material 12 in the space. However, the panel to be connected is not necessarily limited thereto, and may be, for example, a building wall panel or a ceiling panel formed entirely of a synthetic resin or the like.

Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the object of connection was wall panel 10A, 10B and the ceiling panel 10B, the connection form using the angle material which concerns on this invention is not limited to this, On the other hand May be a ceiling panel and the other connected to a wall of an existing building.

It is a perspective view which shows an example of the angle material which concerns on this invention, (a) is a perspective view of an inner side, (b) is a perspective view of an outer side. It is sectional drawing of the said angle material. It is sectional drawing which shows 1st Embodiment of the panel connection structure using the said angle material. It is a section perspective view of the panel connection structure of a 1st embodiment. It is sectional drawing which shows 2nd Embodiment of the panel connection structure using the said angle material. It is a section perspective view of the panel connection structure of a 2nd embodiment.
